Looking for very cheap and reliable hospital here in Banawe where you can find a suitable cure for your illness I would give 4 star, They could reconstructed the ceiling so that the patient who are waiting for a very long time could be comfortable without any hesitation that might something else could fall on their heads Some Tips for you : You can go to social welfare for more discount located at the court.

2 only doctors on duty for senior and non senior out of patient check up. Waiting for your turn is terrible because of long queue and messy line for people. If they decide to finish all senior citizens and new arrival is much much longer. The guard also recommended to fall in line early around 5am even the arrival of doctors around 9am to 10am.

The Philippine Orthopedic Center caters mainly to a patient clientele with Orthopedic, Musculoskeletal problems and Neuromuscular conditions. The Center is also the major referral center for Spinal injuries in the country. The Medical Division consists of the Trauma Services, Adult Orthopedic Service, Children's Orthopedic service, Tumor Unit, Hand service and Spine Surgery service. The hospital also has the Anaesthesia department, Radiology Department, Rehabilitation Medicine Department, Laboratory Department, Specialty Service and Dental service. The Laboratory Department is divided into the Blood Bank, Bacteriology unit, and Clinical Pathology unit. Its Rehabilitation Medicine Department has the Medical Rehabilitation Service, Physical Therapy section, the Occupational Therapy Section, Psychology Section, Electrodiagnostics Unit, Neurology Service and the Prosthetics and Surgical Appliance Factory. The specialty service includes General Surgery, Neurosurgery, Urology, Neurosurgery, Internal Medicine (pulmonary and cardiology) and Diabetes Care. The Nursing Division comprises both the main Nursing service and the Nursing training service. The Social service and Chaplaincy is being placed under the Administrative office. Most people who consult there have little money or none at all, some nurses or doctors are stressed but still they manage to smile. I'm glad with how they handle their service, with discipline and patience you'll manage somehow your first visit there :)

On my opinion this is one of the best hospital here in the Philippines, it may not be the best in location, comfort and facilities but they have the best Doctors and crew and staff, though the place is old and overcrowded with plenty of patients they always do their best to accommodate their patients and performed their professional services. I think the Hospital needs expansion and renovation.

doctor was good, however since i really doesnt have any funds and being the patient as well i cant proceed to have the laboratory test, doctor was well concerned i tried to reach out to the social department to seek help yes i was advised that they can give discount in a rude manner. i filed up for a weaver since i choose to go home instead since i cant afford the test and other things that will be done since i was all alone. only the doctor was assisting me. upon signing off the clearance for me to go out the man inside says "ohh wag nang babalik ahh" do you think it was a sick joke for a patient signed a weaver .. ive been diagnosed with cauda equina to rule out.

It is by appointment and I arrived 10 mins ahead and i waited 45 mins. The receptionist said it was because the doctor had surgery therefore he was late and caused a domino effect. The receptionist should have foreseen that when the Doctor had not started his after appointments and advised patients of a 1 hr delay. That way we aren't waiting for an hour and we woul be late for out other appointments. Other doctors now have receptionists who are able to manage appointments not just receive patents. It's not good service especially the technology is available and we actually call to make an appointment days ahead.

So far so good. All guards are well-mannered when asking questions and the service is quite organized. I just need to submit sample to TB Dots but its so far from the entrance and can't take shortcut when you're in Laboratory area.

The expertise and great care from everyone at the Philippine Orthopedic Center is exceptional! They are extremely helpful and well organized during service. First class institution. Everyone from nurses, assistants, and doctors were courteous and professional. They are dedicated to your healing and comfort. I would recommend Philippine Orthopedic Center for their bone expertises. Although minsan mainit at mahaba pila. Their knowledge about bone injuries is unmached

The building is old and needs renovation. Out-patient stay there almost overnight just to fall in lone for the service because of they lack automation and better system for the process. Not enough ventilation for the people standing there for long hours while waiting to be attended by doctors. The nurses and other staff would annoyingly shout at you when you ask questions. This is from my personal experience when my son got into an accident. It was a nightmare going back and forth to this poor place. It needs more budget for improvement.

They may have lack of certain facilities, and the buildings may not be new, but they have the best doctors here. I have spent some time here to take care of an aunt, I had the worst experience here but I give the hospital and the people employed here aFive star rating. They are the best!

They have good doctors here but only one person allow to go with patient if your patient is admitted the companion of the patient will sleep overnight outside of hospital AND THE WORST IN THIS HOSPITAL IS THE GUARD they're so judgemental. They always ask you if where's ur patient room then your the only companion? Basta Nakakainis lahat ng guard dito di nakakatuwa. Ang sarap ipatanggal. It is ok that they ask you a question But its not ok that they ask you only one question again and again. Though your sleep have a limit if its already 4 am you need to wake up because their boss will go in hospital. Then lastly their process is so slooooooow you need to wait after several hours. tsk tsk

(Translated by Google) I was already 6:30 am # 131, since my first time at OPD and ffup checkup it (first time in the ER), I didn't expect super crowds to arrive early. Okay, there are seats, it's cool because there are fans and there is shade. (because it's not a 1 star). They stopped calling the patient 7:30 am (maybe available md), I wondered because there was a numbering system why the patient's name? My neighbor says that is really un, if you are available. So I'm still waiting. Until I heard about 9am - 11am that my patient was calling. Only three are called under him, the other five by five. I didn't even go to lunch because I couldn't hear my name. Well, noon passed until three o'clock, I didn't hear the name of md. They often call the patient too. I went to the guard I asked if md was available saying 'maam Wait just wait and you will be called'. In my mind (I have been waiting for updates ever since). I was supposed to go home but it was raining, I had no umbrella, until 4:30 pm I could not stand it anymore, since I was so tired that I wasted my time and patience, I went to FC, no md !!!! It was bad, so I was going to get my blue card when I heard my name call out with the other patients. Some of our patients were caught on call. The other patients I had with outside # 300 or older were ahead of us. What we did was just move to another md. They are just terrible. 5:00 pm called my name, I finished 5:10 pm. It's fun right? Here, instead of being angry, you just feel sorry for Ms because she is so tired and unable to concentrate on developing a sentence. So as I talk to her, we fill in the blanks. 😂 including a star nurse who calls because she respects patients. Hopefully, they will be able to maintain their system even if they have no prof fee and cheap services they are still an institution to provide public service. So antay antay pa rin ako. So Habang kausap ko siya, fill in the blanks kami. 😂 kasama na rin sa isang star yung nars na nagtatawag dahil magalang siya sa mga pasyente. Sana man lang maayos ung systema nila kahit na walang prof fee at mura mga services nila isa pa rin silang institusyon para magbigay ng public service.

My experience in this center was horrible. The nurses were not approachable. They make the patients wait for almost a day even though they know that there are lots of people who are also waiting patiently, sacrificing their sleep, health, etc. The doctors were also the same. They make the patients wait for hours, but then once we enter their clinics, what I’ve observed they do is just talk nonsense and they are not even talking about work. Only 1-2 doctors are actually doing their jobs. They chose this field, at least do the right thing and help the patients, not to take advantage of their positions and just do nothing. Are people paying you for nothing?

The guard suggest patients to come as early as 5am but the arrival of doctors are 9-10am even when the schedule in the blue card is 7am. Have to wait for 3-4 hours for a doctor to tell me to get my hand cleaned in the treatment room. Once I was in a treatment room, all the nurses there are so unprofessional and chit chats to each other while doing work. Decides on their own when the doctor they message didn’t reply for 3hours. Told me to only clean my hand when the doctor ordered to remove the implant then makes me come back for another day. Lastly, the doctors are so careless, irresponsible for making tons of patients wait for another 3hours just because they went ourside to buy a drink
