Even after giving birth and staying there, our experience is great. Everything is good kahit ung rooms and nurses on duty. Medyo mahal lang talaga manganak dito 😅 but their quality of service is awesome. I just gave them 4 starts as they lack of nurses. What a shame to have doctors like, Dr Denton Aumentado who performed a botched circumcision on my son, He presented himself as a highly experienced surgeon, thus the reason why i entrusted my son's circumcision to be performed by him, it came out a total nightmare, due to unsatisfactory results, i had to take my son for a follow up urologist appointment here in Los Angeles and the urologist advised us to do a circumcision revision, this doctor certainly needs to be sued or be terminated from this hospital as he will drag the good reputation of Fe Del Mundo down, I have tried to reach out to this doctor for assistance regarding this concern but purposely ignored my calls/messages instead of offering assistance to his client. I was born in this hospital 42 years ago and never had an issue up until this time, i would say, this MD is a true case of a rotten tomato and will definitely face consequences for his incompetence. Ratings would not let me give zero and that is the reason it shows 1 star. The hospital is decent but as long as they have doctors like Doctor Aumentado, there will be many more unsatisfied patients/clients like myself and situations like this could result in serious consequences not only to the incompetent physician but totally looks bad on the hospital.
