The workers here are working hard and improving their respective jobs for patient services.' All employees here are truly proud. And they deserve to be treated as heroes because they are the ones who are willing to sacrifice for the good of all."

Gat Andres ( B. Braun) one of the best dialysis center here in Manila. The nurses are friendly, the area are neat and clean. And mostly all services here are free of charge.

I love it because all the doctors and nurse are super protected but sometimes angry because of the patients and I delivered my daughter and my two son thank u again for helping a caesarian delivered god bless

way to its progress! kudos to those staff that patiently informing all the patients watcher to be aware of people coming in/out of the wards/rooms specially those thief from the squatters area surround this property. its good to know they care for everyones sake notjust for the sake of the property and their job, some staff,nurse & doctor are accommodating some are not. ways of more improvement: maybe cctv in all area to help those staff and identify as well those common thief visitors they have every night so they can associate it with the police. elevator took so long to use, no aircon or ways of ventilation. its old fashion and style gives a creepy feeling for users specially if you are using it past 10pm to 4am. stretchers foam are worn out, lack of good quality equipment e.g stretchers that can be rise the other half, BEDSHEETS are tidy it looks so dirty and they'll just allow you to have one only. lucky my ex's wife have aunt working here in the admin. she gaves us extra sheet since were on the e.r area. it will be more useful as well if they'll provide at least 1 mineral water dispencer in every area with hot and cold option that would be a big help for the patients watcher. pantry area perhaps ??comfort room on the ground floor is disgusting! pedia ward dont have any working fans .. some comfort rooms are not working and cant be use, some have doorknob issue. overall i thats minor and workable issue that the property can handle to way of its improvement.

my dad was taken there kasi sya ang available hospital with space. my dad was having diarrhea and wont eat. all the time we're at the waiting area which is nearly a day, ni walang doctor who checked on us and all the others waiting. sobrang negligent ng mga doctor. even at the point when we decided to transfer, we didn't see a shadow of a doctor. no one even checked for my dad's vitals. I hope our mayor can improve all manila hospitals instead of other projects he is doing

The Doctors and Nurses are very kind...i born my kids in this hospital ivent if i cs they are care of us... I have big trust in this hospital....

There is no proper system. From the time our patient was admitted until he was discharged, no doctor spoke to us. What was the patient's condition when he came in worse than when he was discharged. No abstract and lab results were given. The staff and guards don't care, if they visit and talk to people, that's it. Rotten. No improvement

Based on our experience. The hospital staff are attentive and kind. Although the facility is quite old. The important thing is the service they provide to their patients.. You will be really attentive and will pay attention to your needs. Thanks to all the hospital staff. God bless you all and always keep safe.
