I
agree
with
TM's
review,
that
the
ER
section
is
consistent,
consistently
slow.
I
could
feel
that
all
nurses
were
doing
a
lot
of
different
things
at
a
time
and
no
one
was
paying
attention
if
you
were
there
waiting
for
a
very
long
time.
TM
suffered
a
3
hour
of
lost
time.
I
was
discharged
after
5
hours
(I
was
there
at
9:25AM
and
was
out
at
2:30PM)
just
because
of
anti-rabies
injection.
Some
people
here
who
rated
Medical
City
with
5-stars,
I
salute
you.
During
the
time
that
you
were
there
or
talking
to
them,
there
were
probably
so
many
staff
to
help.
If
they
are
under-staffed,
they
should
hire
more
people
so
patients
will
not
suffer.
I
cannot
even
go
out
to
buy
food
because
they
say
"not
permitted"
if
you
are
the
patient
(with
the
red
band
in
the
arm).
Medical
City
should
review
their
code
again
and
implement
measures
to
facilitate
under-staffed
hours.
For
life-threatening
cases,
I
guess
they
will
be
treated
immediately.
The
(2nd)
nurse
who
treated
me
seemed
to
be
in
a
hurry
to
get
out
as
she
was
not
really
paying
attention
to
details.
My
wounds
were
not
cleaned
satisfactorily.
Two
hours
of
waiting
(not
life-threatening)
is
still
acceptable.
But
for
5
hours??
Man,
really
too
much.
For
billing
issues,
they
are
really
quick
though...
Second
Review:
I
see
some
reviews
here
about
the
ER
that
was
made
around
8-9
months
ago,
and
the
reviewers
were
fuming
with
anger.
And
I
saw
a
reply
from
the
management
that
they
will
do
something
about
it
and
they
will
review
their
resources.
This
was
8-9
months
ago!
Did
it
change???
Don't
reply
and
promise
without
really
putting
your
heart
into
it.
What
a
waste!!!
