I am all for a 5 Star hotel-experience inside St Luke's grandeur reception area. Everyone's hospitable (no pun intended) and courteous, probably because of the hospital's weird structure, you can easily get lost when trying to find a department, but thanks to their over manned personnel who are gladly to assist. Its just ironic to have a piano man playing as you enter, its like in a Titanic movie, the music soothes and calms you before an IV line is inserted.

The medical staff (Doctors, Nurses and Other staff) at this hospital delivered excellent care during my minor surgery, but some areas of the hospital, particularly the rooms, felt outdated.

Very nice hospitals. Very clean and at the main entrance there was an awesome scent or fragrance. The medical staffs, the nurses and doctors especially the young lady doctors are so humane and patient centered individuals. Thanks for administering the first dose of covid19 vaccine to the kids under 12 especially for accommodating my 8yr old son. Kudos and God bless you all SLMC family.

My first time here when just inquiring I had a poor experience, but actually coming here to get the healthcare that we needed I must give them five stars because they do really have high-quality healthcare services, very competent and highly trained. Highly skilled and I must say highly and extensively. Experienced doctors and surgeons. Training or doing their residency here have a degree of prestige because they know they’re in a great establishment. They are gentle and they care. We brought our child here when she had a respiratory infection and we also had our new baby here, our room was nice and the package deal was a good price and we were treated well. The room had plenty of space for other immediate family members to sit or sleep. It was comfortable there were amenities like air conditioner a refrigerator private and very clean CR! You definitely get your moneys worth, and the food is kosher and they care about how good the food is that speaks volumes. I personally think the hospital needs to expand extensively even though it has been expanded. They need to expand even more, they have a lot to offer society even a lot to offer the world pertaining to healthcare services.

Why does a hospital labeled "World Class" provide an ultrasound schedule a month later? This issue isn't recent; they could have addressed it by adding more machines to handle the patient load. St. Luke's moved Maxicare to their HMO Concierge, despite the limited space in the small building. Only a few individuals can enter the office, leaving others waiting outside in the sweltering heat.

After eight (8) long years, went back to St. Luke’s Medical Center, Quezon City for my annual medical examination. i got a free mask upon entering the lobby, I was greeted by the security guards after entrusting my car and my car keya of course to the Valet Parker. Pathology medical staff are efficient, quick and friendly. In less than 3 minutes my documents were processed, and in leas than 10 minutes all my laboratory exams/tests were done and was attended to promptly. in no less than 30minutea i’m on my way out and have finished all my requirements. Total medical cost/expenses is equals to zero as it has been taken cared of my HMO coverage under Maxicare. Thr only cash i paid was for the Valet Parking fee at P50 only. Overall satisfaction rating is 97%.👍👍👍👍👍

Came in as outpatient and the service was efficient. The staff at the pathology and the ultrasound departments are very caring and courteous. Their queuing system actually works. There are ramps for PWD. The only problem we encountered was the lack of parking spaces (5 levels but only 2 levels are for customer parking) - it's a good thing that they give a grace period of 15 minutes free of charge. Overall a great hospital.

Worst covid management at ER level here. Waiting for good long 8-9 hours just for swabbing. Without food and water because they can apparently call your name any time. DONOT GO HERE FOR COVID TESTING. You're going to regret

Great doctors, really bad and cheap facilities. For one of the most expensive hospitals, you manage it like a public hospital. Owners are too greedy . Doctors and patients deserve better.

UPDATED Avoid at all costs. After emergency care received here I was given a medical report that was full of inaccuracies and that bore no relation to what I was told verbally on the day. The diagnosis I was given was "alcohol intoxication" but there is nothing in the report whatsoever that supports this. 2 independent medical experts, 1 in the Philippines, 1 in the UK have confirmed this. There were no BAC or urine tests conducted and the results relating to my kidney function were normal. This total malpractice has invalidated my insurance and stands to cost me around 1800 US dollars. They also charged me for medications that I was not given. All of which is fraud, pure and simple. That they must know they are effective scammers is suggested by the fact that they have already consented to changing their verdict on the report once. They are very authoritarian and will simply delete Facebook posts that are critical of them - this too is highly suspicious. I'd especially warn tourists to be very careful before checking in to St Luke's. I now have no option but to take legal action against them.

St. Luke's was our saving grace. My husband had been in and out of a fever and tried 3 hospitals before we went here. All the other hospitals did was checked-up and gave him meds for fever and when he's temp goes down he will be sent home to "observe". But St. Luke's took the initiative of running their tests the 2nd time only asking for our permission and it was on the 2nd round of tests that they found out that he has Dengue. We got admitted same night until he recovered in time for Fathers Day with a little send away gift from the hospital. That was 7 years ago and we'd still prefer here than Medical City, by the way we are from Cainta.

Stayed for 3 days for my partner's elective surgery. I stayed at 4 different hospitals since Jan 2022 and I can say that this is the best so far - from the admission staff, housekeeping, food servers, nurses, and doctors to the billing staff, everyone is caring, friendly, and professional. Special thanks to Dr. John Mark Garcia for the successful operation!

25OCT2022 5 STAR They have a new 5 level parking but unfortunately only vehicles with below 2.19m height can enter because of the low ceiling clearance. 16DEC2021 5 STAR The place has a four level parking but only the 3rd to 4th floor is open for public parking. It's not a review of the place, but a call out to the owner of Toyota Fortuner with plate number NOK901. CALL OUT! 16DEC2021 At around 9:00am to 9:20m, your driver recklessly cut infront of me as I was about to enter the parking, almost sideswiped my car. I suggest you fire that guy because with that kind of behavior, a grossly fatal accident is imminent.

went earlier here (7AM) and based on my experience their RT-PCR test line (In ER) is quite fast also may coordination on booths and crews. medyo tatagal ka lang sa waiting area given na may high influx of patient talaga. so better bring an extra powerbank for your phone. Note: 1. dont forget to bring your faceshield, your health card & Govt ID 2. once the nurse provided your PIN you can proceed in creating an acct to their website. this is for your lab result later on. 3. lastly, you must have symptoms and real case. hindi uubra yun pakiramdam mo lang hindi ka ipaproceed sa swab test. 4. have PATIENCE

Overpriced hospital. Anyone can come and go just like hotel. Over crowded lobby. Waiting time for patient to check in is really long. That a patient can acquire virus or bacteria while waiting due to a lot of people.. there is no specific room that is sterile for patients that is at risk of easily acquiring any form of sickness like for example cancer patients.. medicine prices are like x5 of the original price.. parking is hard and you need to pay. If a patient is already confined. Parking should be free already because the price of that hospital is already expensive.. also they are not that strict when it comes to people entering the hospital.

The worst medical care. Completely incompetent. Not knowledgeable of current medical care. Dirty, unorganized, a complete waste of your time and money. You will have to go somewhere more advanced to get all your tests repeated an get an intelligent, useful diagnosis and treatment. They do not have competitive prices. Not even including the thousands of dollars for the flight there. You can get your medical care done correctly and competently the first time, in a non third world country for the same price. Don't waste your money!

I’d say majority of the staff are very well mannered and trained. Everytime I ask anyone that works there some information, they guided me immediately. I’d say the art building though is a bit old and dirty but the main building is pretty clean and sometimes confusing to navigate. Better to bring in cash or card because unfortunately their gcash doesn’t work. One of the downsides in some of the services here are usually packed with people so best to call in advance. I do love the service and the professionalism but this is definitely a very expensive hospital. Besides all this, there are food places inside where they serve really good food.

So many good reviews have been written for this well deserving hospital. And let me add my voice to these countless good reviews. I accompanied my brother last August 13, 2022, to undergo an EMG/NCS test. This hospital is much cleaner than most if not all provincial and other public hospitals (including many private hospitals). The staff (from the front desk/reception areas to the nurses and doctors up to the billing/cashier) are very professional and attentive to the patients' needs. It might be a little bit expensive, but I will rather pay more for a 4-star hospital than 1-star hospital (which unfortunately are almost omnipresent in the provinces; especially far-flung provinces) where the cleanliness and professionalism of many of them are questionable!

I had a great experience at St. Luke's Medical Center. The staff were all incredibly compassionate and professional, and they made me feel safe and well taken care of throughout my stay. The facilities were also clean and modern, and the doctors and nurses were very knowledgeable and thorough in their care. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of medical attention.

St. Luke's Medical Center is a hospital situated in E. Rodriguez, Quezon City. To get here from Manila, you need to ride a jeep or UV Express going to Cubao and ask the driver to drop you off at St. Luke's. Some of the landmarks in this area are HapChan, 7 Eleven and Ministop. During my first visit to this hospital, I got lost most of the time. There are no maps or signages that can help you navigate the building. I had to ask hospital staff and security guards just to get to where I wanted to go. The facilities are subpar as compared to other private hospitals I've been to (and that's saying a lot because I've been to many hospitals in Metro Manila). The corridors are also not well-ventilated and there is no air-conditioning. There aren't a lot of places you can eat in inside the hospital besides the cafeteria and one other pricey restaurant. The hospital is quite congested. There are a lot of people and staff wherever you go. I hope that the administrators can do something about this, since patients are paying good money just to get treatment here.

Sending my high regards and gratitude to the hospital management, doctors, nurses and general staff. My wife gave birth in St. Lukes QC last March 26. Despite the pandemic, we felt very comfortable and safe. i thought the institution's system made it convenient too (online bookings, test results, in-room billing/payment through guest aasistant, etc). Finally, we love the touches on congratulatory food, freebies/goodies and room service. Regular food was restaurant-quality too. Please extend our thanks to the doctors, nurses, and polite and caring staff who took care of my wife and our new baby. It's an experience worth remembering. Keep on getting better and in helping bring wellness to higher level and quality.

The service when checking in is quite nice and welcoming, unfortunately, for me it's downhill after that. Very very noisy nurses, it takes minimum of 10 minutes before a nurse comes to my room after pressing the red button because my dextrose kept beeping since it was almost empty. this happened several times. What if it was an emergency?!

I am very very pleasantly surprised by the professionalism, quality care and kindness of everyone at St. Luke’s medical center. I was very nervous to travel because I got quite sick right before leaving for my honeymoon. Living in the Netherlands I didn’t know what to expect from medical care in the Philippines. I was so happy to have found this hospital. Dr. Reyes and team, and other staff were so professional and helpful. I was able to be scheduled for a CT contrast scan that same night. They were also patiënt and helpful with arranging the financial situation with the Dutch insurance company and sos international. I will be forever grateful for this experience and hope to have many more great and worry free travels to the Philippines with my husband.

A good place to go if you're looking for a good medical attention. Upon arriving you will assisted by guard which is good specially if your patient is senior citizen. The staffs in the lobby is very approachable and friendly. The medical staffs is very professional, their approach is nice and they will answer whatever you ask to the best of their ability. In fact my grandfather admitted 2 times in this hospital and we didn't encounter any problem at all.

The MRI department customer service or any call center with their viber cell no. and telephone no. Is not available. I am dissapointed with the service. I called them since morning until evening. No one is answering their phone. Is this how a St lukes treat your customer with your center of excellence tag name as the premier institution in the country? The medical arts building and the adjacent building are old. The main building is new. They need to renovate the other buildings. I am suggesting to put an app or a good customer service for all departments concern to get their utmost care.

Also, they have a Social Services Department in their OPD section, that helps all those who are financially unfortunate but still are given world class health care.

I had a colonoscopy performed by the number one rated gastroenterologist in the Philippines at this hospital. Not only was the surgeon superb, but so was the anesthesiologist. I woke up immediately after the surgery, was wide awake, raring to go and more than a little hungry. I got excellent treatment in this hospital, and they performed my procedure first thing in the morning at 6:30 AM. Best yet, as a cash customer I wound up paying less than 1/3 of what it would have cost in the United States.

As hospitals go, St. Luke's is one of the best hospitals in the Philippines. Although this QC facility is limited in the space they acquired, the place is well-maintained, and the facilities are upgraded. Just like any hospital, though, it is up to the patient and "bantay" to stay vigilant about what they are being charged. It is also up to the patient and "bantay" to ensure that no extra charges are incurred while waiting to be discharged. One downside of this hospital is the restaurant within the building which I find expensive. Balancing this factor, however, are numerous restaurants and eateries in its immediate vicinity that offer various food choices with different price points. Your budget and appetite will limit your choices.

Good Medical Facilities, Great staff, Bad Parking Plan. I Got a loved-one admitted, The staff were really helpful with processing which is a huge help as who knows how to do these things really hahaha The hospital has some age to it, so does the building but the upkeep is exceptional so you would not notice. I would assume the same goes for their medical facilities and equipment. Caveat, Traffic plan within their compound is a mess. Their main throughway is always jammed, which is also the ER's access point. Go figure. For a reputable medical institution, It is surprising that they don't even have bike parking to promote active mobility among their staff and ranks. Hence, you've got three parking structures full to the brim for visitors and staff, one parking slot for each. So for each admitted patient, with one visitor, a doctor, and a nurse, you need at least 3 parking spots. If you've got 70 rooms...

My 90 years old mother was confined for a few days on the 2nd floor. Staff were nice. Unfortunately, cleaners came each time from 2 AM to 3 AM to do their hallway cleaning with the blowers blasting the hallways. Very noisy! Hospitals should not do this in unholy hours when patients are sleeping.

This got to be the worst property management I've dealt with. If I were you, I'd look elsewhere. Sasakit ulo nio sa dami ng charges upon moving out. Even the cleaning materials and paints are included. Place is decent, but there are several cracks in the building halllway. There's no elevator as well. Employees/caretakers are nice, but they're not being treated properly by the property management. No day offs I was told. No work, no pay.

They should hire more people. For the Covid Swab Test (RT PCR), it's extremely difficult to get to the department concerned. Even their website kept hanging. Waiting in the tent outside their Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department.for my son to get his test, sad to see the poor security guards having to do double duty (which they probably don't even get paid for since they are agency hires) as receptionist-concierges: handing out forms, checking receipts, asking patients whether this was their first test, etc. SLMC should really hire other people for this as well as to man their Customer Service hotlines.

I have my labtests done here. Very efficient. Very courteous staff. And because I went early, no lines too. And I was advised results can already be viewed online.

Went here for my husbands scheduled operation. I would have rated them a perfect score if not for a very bad situation that I experienced. Our check-in was smooth kudos to the admission's department who kindly assisted us. The bad experience was when my husband was in the operating room. I waited hours after the estimated time that he was supposed to come back so I was getting worried. I wanted to ask the status of the operation in the 2nd floor admin/office which is close at our assigned room. I called for their attention so many times but they treated me like I'm invisible. The one person was just holding her cellphone and I am sure that they heard me but they're acting like they're deaf. I was really worried that time and I just want to ask where could I get the status of my husband's operation. I was so angry but I feel so helpless. I just went down the lobby and it was a guard who answered my simple question and directed me to the operating room. Those nurses/assistants in the 2nd floor were so selfish and unaccommodating. They should be the one with sympathetic attitude given that they are working in the hospital. I didn't expect this from St. Lukes which is one of the good hospitals in Manila. So disappointed.

Terrible service, 'kilala' system... Staff have no idea how things work and who's who. In other hospitals (Capitol Med for example) even the maintenance would know which direction to point you to. Just a tiring, terrible experience.

Am very disappointed and frustrated with the service on ehub. I have problem logging in to access and view my medical test result but nobody will assist me. I was calling 87897700 local 6099 for the past 2 days but it gets busy all the time, even called thru operator but still no answer. Have message thru e mail and went to procedure on logging in but cannot log in. Who and how can I ask for assistance?

(Translated by Google) Gradually it gets worse, cguro because the new employees here are just the wrong job. A checkup will take you about ten hours to wait. There are many excuses but no improvement, so after a while it will no longer be considered one of the good hospitals, low class and judgmental nurses and other staff. (Original) Unti unti ng pumapangit ito, cguro dahil sa mga bagong empleyado dito puro mga indi tama ang trabaho. Papacheckup ka aabutin ka nga sampung oras kakaintay. Maraming palusot pero walang improvement, kaya pag tumagal indi na matuturing na isa sa magagandang ospital to, low class and judgemental mga nurse at ibang tauhan.

Came here as an outpatient to do some labwork. The Laboratory Reception is accommodating and knows the work around in the department. They then told me to go to Admission department to pay my bills. There was no que. You just have to figure out which of the staff there will be free. There was a guy on the side doing stuff on the computer and I was beside him but as if I was a ghost. And immediately after he finish, he went at the back side without saying a word to me. Fortunately the other girl got free, I immediately push my way in and she process my request. Came the extraction, the MT who did the Phlebotomy (wearing glasses) kinda sadistic, she was able to hit the vein correctly but has to pull out the tube three times checking if the blood was full. It is automatic that the blood will stop once the tube is full which is the concept of vacutainer! They send the result via email but there was missing and when I inquired I was told still for validation. My surgery was the following day. Fortunately, the surgeon proceeded with the surgery by correlating the result from the other test. Some unit within the department are efficient and some staff within the other department are efficient and others are just plain apathetic! Hire for attitude since skills can be learned. On a side note, I applied in this hospital 10 years back and the HR rep (ugly girl wearing glasses, I can't forget because she's dancing when I came to their office) is kinda condescending! She told me to write the position I was applying for on top of the CV "Write there!" I knew she wouldn't process my application. I guess being friendly or civil is not part of the culture of the company. You can see it in the embodiment of the employee.

😠 For me. Emergency room fees, in particular, can come as a shock to patients like us. This hospital has an ER with very slow and poor service. How can they not attend immediately to my son's condition? I was expecting a good service here. I went to the ER and everything was slow — the doctors seem no...
