My husband had his executive check up here months ago and had my daughter cleared for school a few weeks ago. Both check ups were done by Dr Maria Sison. She is very professional and thorough. We like that she explains to us very well our conditions especially since we worry a lot with the confusing medical terms

I just accidentally dropped by to check if they do some laboratory tests, 2D echo, and ECG. I was really glad with how the people there dealt with me. They are so friendly, attended to my queries, and even assisted me to check the clinics, facilities, etc. I love the ambience, full of colors, full of life. You won’t feel you are there for health reasons, it feels relaxing to be there. My parents and siblings enjoyed their stay, too. We didn’t get bored while waiting for my parents’ turns for 2D Echo. Also, the process is systematic and each patient is provided with a digital card which they can use every visit. Lastly, it is also accessible to persons with wheelchairs.

I love the ambiance of the clinic. I feel I'm not in the clinic at all.Staff is accomodating and They are organize. The location is okay there's parking and some resturant around the area even bank and pharmacy.

It’s clean (even the restrooms and the operating rooms), everything is in order, pretry huge for an outpatient clinic, the staff we’re friendy and accomodating eventhough I’m kinda annoying cos I was late in my procedure and the overall feel of this clinic, it’s beyooooond; it doesnt feel like a clinic all, very aesthetic. One of the best clinics I've been to that can rival clinics in Singapore and New York. Their Greenhills branch can't even come close. Ambience, cleanliness, and COVID prevention are top notch. It's pretty cold too. There's a TV in the lobby where "Just for Laughs" are streamed to lessen the anxiety and make you smile. The staffs are friendly. The lab testing area are comfortable and clean. And the doctors are very knowledgeable. Docked one star for the pricey services. Though not as bad as those crooked clinics in Megamall.

There's almost always no doctor available. Went 4 times. 1 - doctor was on a meeting and is no longer accepting patients. 2 - doctor is only available till 5 pm (clinic closes at 6), went there 4.30 after work. I was told docyor is no longer available. 3 - doctor didn't show up. 4 - doctor showed up, I had an appointment at 1pm, doctor showed up 2:30.

Great Clinic, lousy and unprofessional staff asking too many questions to their customers. Appointment schedule are not being followed meticulously. Not worth patronizing.

Beware. Ever since their parking had payment, it is always full. We have no choice but to go to other clinics since parking is such a hassle. ₱80 for first 2 hours.

The best clinic that I have been with so far. Scheduling with them is easy as you can do it through email, text message, or in person. The staff are very helpful for the most part, although my mom had 1 encounter of a not so nice staff when she was scheduling me for a doctor. Cleanliness is also on point, in common areas and in the consultation rooms. Now, in terms of the other reviews regarding having to wait, I guess that is normal as doctors attend to different patients with different concerns. However, I understand and have experienced doctors who are swift during consultation. What I suggest is to ask questions if you have any. And keep in mind that not all doctors are like that a the others woulally take the time to explain. Overall, this is a great clinic. Yes, it doesn't feel like a clinic. The staff are helpful, and scheduling is easy.

Terrible experience today. I called at 8:30 am to check if there are available GPs for general consultation. I was told to just come anytime until 3pm. I arrived at 12:30 noon time on the same day and I was told to come back at 3 pm because the GP is still attending to patients. I waited until 3 pm. I was told to go the 2nd floor and wait for my number to be called. I waited for 40 minutes and someone came to tell me I need to be at the first floor for general check up. Went in, and the doctor was.not accommodating. He asked.who diagnosed my panic attacks and etc. He left the room without telling me. Condescending and not accommodating is what I would describe the doctor. Not recommended to come here at all.

Facility is very nice and the staffs are really awesome. I left something in the clinic during my visit and they we're very helpful during the call to resolve that. One thing tho, the doctor I was assigned to was an hour late to the appointment, pushing all of the patients' schedules then. But over all, it was a very good experience.

Waited for almost two hours for an ob gyne appointment. Their fb page told me to come at 10 AM and the doctor is available anytime. They should have coordinated the influx of customers more properly and prioritized those with bookings.

Been here, though the clinic looks nice. The staff from helpdesk and nurse table, extraction area are rude. I know you may have task to do but no need to be rude and be professional.

The establishment is nice, however, there seems to be no proper system in place. They’d make you wait for long hours only to realize you’re not even listed. Staff are nice, but some are really clueless. Please please improve your protocols. Sayang.

Some doctors really follow their sched some arent. I do not recommend Dr Michelle Fernandez (cardio) she ditched my sched coz she had an emergency. So shell be late 2 hrs more. I mean... wthell right. Ill just book another day. Lets see if the next doctor shows up.

Never get your executive check up here. No response from coordinator about my results. It's been a week and ive paid extra for additional blood tests. No response from texts or even their email. No answer from calls.

Hey, Google. You should definitely have a 0 rating. I called to have a general inquiry if they have a Dr available specialized in Pneumonia. The answering machine has no skip option nor a specific number to press for general inquiry and the robot takes her time saying her script. When it finally directed me to an agent, it rang then someone picked up with no response and they dropped the call. They did it twice. Hey, admin hospital staffs who ignores phonecalls and ironically, applied for the job to help possible clinic/hospital patients, there's Google and ChatGPT to help you on "how to write a resignation letter" professionally.

I am really impressed with their service. Very efficient. The workers here are polite and real professionals! Thanks to all of you. Also, the interior architecture of the clinic indeed gives a light and calming feeling. It helps a lot. Lastly, COVID-19 protocols are strictly implemented here. 5 stars!

Upon setting the appointment thru phone call they told us that it's a first come fist serve basis but when we arrived, we waited for about 2 hours considering that we were there earlier than the others but they were served first. (Btw, my dad is senior citizen and PWD). The doctor (Dr. Frederick Fernandez) was polite but the nurse (Grace) was so rude. Bad service and staff for me.

Nice clinic, spacious, and pleasing to the eyes. medical staff are also efficient. I have to mention that I've been a consistent return patient of Dra. Maria Raquel Sison, I believe is one of the clinic GPs. Out of all specialists I've been consulting around my province and metro manila for MONTHS, she's the only one who truly paid attention to my symptoms and concerns. very kind and caring si dra and extremely diligent! I appreciate that she took the time to explain my meds. Not all GPs are like her, in fact siya ang hinahap ko when I want to consult sa health cube. Highly recommend!

It's slow. The doctors are late. I hardly slept coz graveyard shift then the wait time for anything to be done was over 2 hours. So unprofessional and inconsiderate. They even suddenly have a last-minute confirmation of an appointment. So I should be the one to adjust to their inefficiency?

People are very accomodating.

My go to place when i get allergic cough and cough due to post nasal drip. Shout out to Dr. Bryan Ong (Pulmonary) for curing my cough that's been bothering me for a month. The length of his prescription was thorough enough to cure me of my long time ailment. Look for Dr. Bryan Ong - he is a miracle worker. Employees are kind to and always wears a smile on their faces.

The place is really cozy it doesn't feel much like a medical center. I like the ambience and how art is integrated in the design. Their systems are organized and I'm satisfied with how they accommodate their clients. However, what I'm not so happy about is the time I took the fecalysis test and I wasn't informed beforehand that I had to give the specimen within an hour after collecting it. It really was inconvenient on my part. I think it would be better if they improved with regard to how they give instructions on the do's and don'ts when taking medical tests. Overall, I'd recommend this center for pre-employment medical exam (since this was the service I availed of).

I dont mind waiting for an hour because the environment was clean and accommodating. They keep you waiting and nothing happened during the consultation. We only talked for around 3 minutes! I'm sorry but I was disappointed I feel the unwillingness from the Doctor (OB gynecologist). I was asking for the right recommendation about contraceptive pill and as well as for my PCOS but instead she advised me to visit other center. Lol!

My entire family only goes to Health Cube Medical Clinics in Shaw for our check-ups and laboratory procedures. Their doctors are great and the facilities are state of the art. The staff are also very friendly. Kudos HC team!

I won’t return to this clinic. They emphasize appointments but can’t stick to their schedule.. I waited for an hour, came from work without sleep, and set the appointment four days ago. Overheard a doctor saying I should wait because it’s a hospital. The doctor thought I was upset because of the wait, but the real frustration is their lack of respect for their patients’ time. It’s unprofessional and a waste of time and money.

CS will close in the morning, at least at 6pm, right?
