    All your lines are useless. You cannot contact anybody. This is for medical service, probably emergency, and you cant even get hold of their hotline. The toll free line you provided is not even working. This is quality service you are talking about?

    Customer Service for Intellicare does not deliver in a timely manner. Calling takes 1-2 hours to get to a representative. Then when I wait on the phone, it always ends the call then I have to call back again just to wait again. Please work on getting concerns answered quickly. You are a heathcare company, there are urgent matters that needs to be addressed quickly.

    Called their customer service to get an advise on my coverage, then called the clinic to make an appointment based on the agent’s advise. Turns out, the agent provided me with a wrong advise as he overlooked my coverage. The agent didn’t bother to reach out to correct his advise, it was the clinic pa who told me about the mistake. What’s the significance of having a first line of response if the information being delivered is incorrect?

    Worst healthcare provider. It would eat up your time approving your request even just for a consultation in Aventus. If you could avoid this HMO please do yourself a favor.

    Service is very poor. You have to wait for hours just to be accommodated. Queuing System is a TRASH. I waited hours because of the queuing just to pass my laboratory sample. Queuing should depend on the matter why you went there. Everyone will first be queued to the reception first which makes it so slow. Then another queue for the main reason why you are there.
