    Title: Nightmare Experience at Aventus Makati Filomeno Bldg Review: I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Aventus Makati and I must say that it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The level of patient service I encountered was beyond disappointing. From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed completely disinterested in assisting me. The receptionist barely acknowledged my presence and seemed annoyed when I asked questions about the process. It's as if they forgot that patients are the reason they even have a clinic in the first place. The waiting area was a study in discomfort. The waiting period is minimum of 2hrs. You need to add more associates to accommodate the patients or staff should move fast. I couldn't help but notice that there were several other frustrated patients who, like me, were probably regretting their decision to come to this clinic. When I was finally called in for my test, the lady Medical technician who got my information for the drug test is not accommodating and seemed unhappy of what she is doing. However, the guy who extracted my blood is very polite and professional. The cherry on top of this awful experience was when I did my Physical Exam. I had to follow up multiple times, and each time I was met with rudeness and a complete lack of empathy from the staff. It took an unacceptable amount of time to wait another 1 hour to be seen by a doctor for 5-10min, which only added to my frustration and stress. The only fast service is with the Radiology Department for my Xray procedure. I wouldn't wish the experience I had at on my worst enemy. The combination of some apathetic staff, uncomfortable facilities, and a general lack of professionalism make this clinic a place to avoid at all costs. Save yourself the headache and look for a clinic that actually values its patients time. Needs improvement: Waiting and response time. Total hours I spent for PEME is 5hrs!!! Rating: ⭐ (if possible, I would give it zero stars)

    The worse clinic. We had an appointment with OB doctor at 8am. We were here 7:45 am and like 50 ppl already in front of us. What’s the point even have an appointment??? Waited 2 hours it’s seriously ridiculous!!! Aventus you have to improve!

    I understand that since I have no HMO I have to pay. Paid 1250 for a blood serum pregnancy test. I need my test for my proof of non pregnancy to travel. Usually price for this is 280 in supercare. I was told that I can claim my result the next morning. When I went to the cashier the cashier asked for extra 10 pesos which I gave and didn't bother to ask. Receipt.was just 1250. When I went to the lab the med tech told me I can get my result.on Monday. ( I went there Friday) I wanted to back out and she told me I can get it the following day but in the afternoon thru email..She gave me the email address but as I emailed the company the next day they did not reply until they got my Fifth email and said it was not ready yet. They should have said no so that I could have decided to find another center. I need it to travel since I am a seafarer and it is one of my requirements. Very inconvenient. But when you enter they were like group into 5 chattering only.

    Outrageous and disgusting service. It took 7 hours to pass some tests. Everything and everyone is slow , absolutely ineffective, clinic is just creating queens on each step. You can just wait for doctor for 2 hours, and nurse comes and asks the doctor to call someone who arrived later.

    Lab staff is unfriendly and complacent. Their instructions are absolutely unclear and they get annoyed when you ask questions. Isn't this a partner of FWD Insurance? This is regrettable. Wouldn't recommend. Just get your Intellicare Letter of Authorization and use another clinic.

    I went here last Monday (December 11th), for my PPE. Since I am not familiar with the establishment, I searched for the best route via Google. And then I got scared when I noticed that they don't have very good reviews, an average rating of 2?! Since it is really a requirement and the employer advised that this is the only branch that we can go to, Good luck sa akin, 'kako. On the general note naman, I always try to be cooperative, courteous and pleasant kapag humaharap sa medical personnels to avoid any problems. Not because I am a push-over, just a normal courtesy baga. So eto na, pagpasok ko pa lang, nagsmile nako sa front desk para medyo makabawas sa mga masusungit nilang pasyente. Naging friendly naman silang lahat sa kin, from guard to receptionist. Then I told myself, okay, I survived the frontliners without fuss. Nga pala, they have free cell charging station sa waiting area. This is the first time for me. Yun iba free water lang. Hehe. So, next is to go to Nurse Station for your stats. Medyo busy sila, pero there's this nurse who's just walking by, that assisted me para makaproceed nako sa next step. Contrary sa review, helpful, courteous at assuring naman si Nurse. To sum everything up, everyone is nice to every patient that time, from Technologysts to Doctors. Maybe it's my lucky day, maybe not. I've seen, read and heard stories about uncaring health care proffessionals, pero one thing I can only say, respect begets respect.

    Went in June 2022, Sat - Wed for APE and Consult. One thing is consistent, you need to wait for 2hrs to see the doctor. Recommend to come 2 hrs before your appointment. Staff is accommodating. Dr. Luna is the best Ophthalmologist! Good vibes! 5 ⭐️s and a ❀ for doc πŸ˜€

    I came to see an endocrinologist at around 11:30 am. Was given a number of 453, and the time, the screen shows 350+ is being serviced which means I am aware it will take another while before it's my turn. I patiently waited. After more than two hours (around 2:15pm) ...it was finally my turn. And the receptionist told me I didn't make it in time and to come back the next day! I was clearly upset and she tried to check with the doctor and was told the doctor refused to see me since there was just not enough time. And referred me to another hospital. So there I was, sick...waited for more than two hours for nothing.

    Really bad scheduling and queueing system. I advise people to come as early as they can as they don't really follow scheduled slots. Did my APE here on a monday which took 4 hours up bottleneck is reception (2+hrs for this step). Had me return the next day since a certain step (refraction) could not be completed because there was no doctor so they told me to come back 11am since that's when the doctor is around. I came back expecting I would go queue for the last step only. No you gotta go through reception again which means 2+hrs again. For anyone visiting here please treat each day as having an overhead cost of 2+hrs no matter how small your transaction with them is

    So disappointed with Aventus. I will not recommend Aventus Medical Clinic to anyone., Please read review about this clinic first, it could save your time and effort, so no regrets din at the end of the day. I've been here today at wala akong napala, kundi lumala ang condition ko. Huh, hindi na ako babalik dito ever. Poor services.

    If you will have your complete test here, and its not a company refferals, better go to other clinics, queue system here is the worse queue system i ever experience, much worser compared to other low profiled clinics. And when you're not able to complete all the test in a day, they will ask you to come back tomorrow and get a number again and wait on queue at the reception, it is so inconvenient specially for people who have a lot of things to do. Imagin you already waited the first day you came to this clinic then you will need to wait again at the reception before you can continue your test when you come back to finish the test.

    Did my physical exam here twice and though they have this appointment scheme, it is a first come first serve basis once you get inside. My appointment was supposed to be at 7AM. I came in 10 mins before 7AM and I was still sitting on their reception past 8AM waiting for my number to be called.

    If doctor's schedule is 11am, you can arrive at 1pm and still be ahead of time. 😑 Very unprofessional. They do not inform staff ahead of time if they will be late, they will scan your card and leave you clueless. Ask what time you the doctor will be in and they'd say they don't know. Friendliness won't help if you lack professionalism.

    I was asked to come back for urinalysis 3 days after my initial check up. When I did, the staff from the laboratory told me that I only needed a sterilized container to have my urine sample, which I could only get from the reception area. I already approached the receptionist and said that I would only need a container. They said I really have to wait for my turn because they had to accomodate a long line of patients first. I was very disappointed that I was only able to get my sterilized container 2 hours after I asked. I had to hold my pee for fear that if I emptied my bladder right away, it would be very difficult to collect the right amount. It could have just taken seconds to give me what I asked for. Waiting time is so long and unreasonable just for a simple act of giving a sterilized container. I wish you would fix that so others won't have the same experience that I did. -Aventus Makati Branch.

    I am here now (March 10, 2017) and entered the clinic at 0903H for my pre employment medical exam, the guard gave 2 diffirent numbers. But when the number I have has been called the front desk told me that this is not the number that they are looking for. Their system is just awful. People or should I say patients are hoarded in thier tiny waiting area, plus the faint print of their queue number card (w/c look like a Mercury Drug reciept). Building is old, elevator is old that can only 6pax. Service is just awful, slow and not organized. I would not as much as possible will go back in here. I hope the management or even the company itself will make actions about this because this is not a good experience specially for a first time customer and a google reviewer. Thankx and will post an update regarding with my experience in this clinic. ================================ Hi! This is an update about the last review that I made about this clinic. So, after my number is called after an hour (about 1003H ) I got a record folder. The type that doctors use in writting stuff about their patients. The normal type, got pen and paper to fill out. Fortunately the pen is not writing anything (insert sarchasm), thank God for this horrable day. So I used my own pen because if I will deal with this, nothing will happen. The guard is keep on telling the people that came to take a siat while waiting for thier number to be called, but the new comers have no seat left due to lots of patients waiting for their number to called because of slow and chaotic process. So the ball started rolling at about 1010H, it was kinda fast but there are some processes that takes a long and still considered a little bit longer than usual. I don't know what to expect because I am still not that satisfied with their service. My bladder is about to explode and in the brink of revolution. I asked for a container (about 1026H) for my Urine for the Urine Analysis and for my Drug Test, but the personell told me to wait instead for my name to be called because my name hasn't been logged in yet. So I waited, and finally my name is called (about 1033H). I was able to urinate and it feels so good, now I am waiting for my biometrics in my drug test result. Then I was called (about 1044H ) for my biometrics for drug test result. Then P.E follows. Then I was called (about1047H ) for my P.E and finished (about 1050). As usual, waiting.... I was called hopefully the last time (about 1052), then left the building. I was shocked that it is a bit faster inside than in the reception area, or it is just because I came a little early than the others? In general, it is a so-so experience. Just the long wait in the reception and the confusing multiple numbers they gave.

    Went in Aventus Makati at 10am for consultation with an OB who's clinic hours start at 10am. My number was called 12nn and they told me the doctor is only until 12nn. Wasted my time for nothing. Poor and slow moving qeuing scheme.

    I'm actually very surprised this clinic has that many negative reviews here.. it's my third time going there, had ultrasound, xrays and APE, consultations done on different occasions (covered by HMO) , and I never had to wait too long ( never more than an hour). Maybe I just got lucky, but it was never crowded when I went there, and as compared to other clinics and hospitals I've been to in the past, this one was definitely one of the more pleasant ones. I would recommend Dr Lazaro, she's caring articulate and a good doctor (this is coming from someone who's had TERRIBLE doctors before) Edit : as an update, I'll take back some of the review. Xray department did not do their job. Went for an xray for fractured toe, doctor specifically told them to issue the images on a CD so she can refer me to an ortho. Xray department did NOT give me any images, no CD, no nothing. Told me I had to "email" their online services to get the images. What a joke. Good thing this was covered by my hmo, if I had paid for this with my own money, I would have caused a scene.

    Went here last month even though it's too far from my location I took the risk since it was my first time and recommended by my friend .but to be honest that's my first and last appointment.the nurses and cashier's are fine process for appointment it was smooth not up until the ob that it was assign to me was grouchy seriously she had attitude kinda intimidating because the reason why I consult to a doctor because I'm some underlying concern her behavior is not approachable for patients that why I don't recommend her to my friends family and colleagues.

    ZERO STAR. Aventus Filomena's dentist rushed his work cleaning & filling up my teeth. The fill did not even last 24hrs. He did not fill the teeth the reason I went to their clinic in the 1st place until I asked him to do so. Plus, he was also grinding on my lips & gums when cleaning my teeth (lousy doing his job). Used their service using my HMO Intlellicare. Will never go back & I DO NOT RECOMMEND their clinic & the dentist. I would rather go back to my personal dentist even if it means I'd have to pay with my own pocket. Aventus Mkt would tell you to go to their extension clinic (at Filomena bldg.) to get your teeth done.

    This is the worst. The bloodtest will just take less than 3 mins but the waiting time to process my transaction at the reception, I cannot even say as I am currently still waiting. Its been more than 2 hrs. They are currently accommodating 156 and I’m 200 and its 1:10 pm. I arrived at 11:00 am and they are accommodating 100. PLEASE IMPROVE!!!!     Expect to wait eventhough you have an appointment. Seriously? This clinic should know how to prioritized patient who has a confirmed appointment and endorsement by doctor.     I have dependents who are also member of Intellicare. Why do I have to coordinate them with our HR even they are not employee of the company ("they are just my dependents"). We were also advised from our company it is not necessary to do so. When I also asked this to the personnel, they never gave me any feedback. So my request did not proceed.

    Okay experience at Aventus. I went there early and was accommodated immediately. The staff were nice, too and helped guide me through the different processes. The doctor listened to my problems well and addressed all my concerns. The elevator was scary though, as it tended to shake and make sounds when moving.
