    The nurse there are very inconsiderate and will make you feel you are insignficant. I went there hoping to see an eent doctor for my blepharitis. The nurse said an opthalmologist should check my eyes not eent. I asked arent eent suppose to cover eye check up. She said the doctor is only "ENT". I begged to have me checked up with a doctor because i only needed a prescription to buy the medicine. She turned me away saying if i have any complaints just to call their hotline. Very inconsiderate and i dont feel her genuine concern at all. She should have not been a nurse. I forgot the name of that nurse. But hope someone will find her. My time of visit 2pm manila August 21 2021.

    GOOD DAY! I want to give WORST feedback experienced and a COMPLAINT at the same time in medical city waltermart makati. first the frontline desk and the cashier desk are not that responsive if your asking something seems like they're not willing to accomodate people who have inquiries! 2nd, lack of advisement when it comes to procedures for the test esp. in laboratory process, no proper advisement of timeframe when the test will be processed also when it comes to procedures. Its our third time going back and forth to the clinic and not yet getting the test, they only answer that were getting from the lab that they cant proceed the test due to improper way of fasting wherein in the first place the employees are giving out improper advisement! Its like their tired doing their job and it just very easy to provide full advisement and yet they cant do it!!! looks like Employees are not fully trained well when it comes in giving out proper advisement, setting proper expectation. This is the very worst experience ever esp. getting a result from OB ultrasound they will just tell you go on the other department where the OB is located to get the result then turns out they other department are pointing out the other department has the result. like they dont have any idea where's the result is. So in general there goal is to get the money from you to process the payment then right after your out of nowhere asking anyone wheres the next process!!! hoping this will be heard out! THANKS!

    The worst!!!! If you are sick you will get sicker with the stress you'll get here! 1)I had my ape there last July 2. I got there first (at 8am )the guard told me to sit down and wait for them to open. When they opened at 9am i was the last one who got the health declaration form, so i was the last to be processed. 2) Results are not available online i have to go back to pick it up after a week. (Not true after a week resukts were still incomplete) 3) I got back on tuesday July 5 to get blood extracted from me. Which went smoothly cause i was early and it was a weekday. But... After a few hours i got a text saying they didnt get the right amount of blood and i had to go back. And so another insertion happened on my other arm. No blood came out, needle was in too deep and she slightly pulled it out and asked if it hurt but no blood was coming out so she slightly inserted it again. After that she said she had to do it again on my other arm which hurts more and bruised for a week. 4) incomplete results. Time effort and resources wasted. I got tested july 2 and 5 today july 15 i dont have complete results with me yet. Yesterday when someone i authorized picked it up for me they ensured him everything is there (in the envelope)-it was not . Can't see my doctor cause I'm still waiting for results. (Until now) 5) difficult to book appointment. i called their call center to book an appointment for whole abdomen ultrasound- but did not get text confirmation. 6) actual clinic is not contactable i have no way to call them to check on my results If you are reading this and planning to get tests done with them. Walk. Away.

    I changed OB after my last check up. because I went there for an ultrasound one time only to be told that my OB is not coming after several hours of waiting. The succeeding week, I was expecting to had my ultrasound done already. The doctor did arrive, however she said I should have informed her ahead that I am resetting my ultrasound; when in fact she was the one absent during my scheduled ultrasound. She did not accommodate me just because of that. I think staff to doctors of this institution needs to be trained of professionalism. That is 2 weeks of wasted time already and more if I didn't switch clinic. Not going back there again.

    Hospital for the rich. Before they will accommodate you, you have to pay a deposit. And once your bill exceeds your deposit, they will ask for more. Are hospitals nowadays became prepaid? I know a law had been signed that hospital should not require a deposit and yet this hospital is still operating. Hope someone should sue this hospital for not following the law. Republic Act. No. 10932 ang Batas Pambansa Bilang 702, โ€œAn Act Prohibiting the Demand of Deposits or Advance Payments for the Confinement or Treatment of Patients in Hospitals and Medical Clinics in Certain Cases,โ€.

    Medical City Clinic is respectable and considered one of the best hospitals in the country. However, in my experience the staff ( receptionist, cashier, xray technician are all not approachable, not having smile and not thinking they are being paid because of patients. Management need to educate and train these staff to be courteous and treat patient like a king and queen. Your business is very competitive and you need to show extra ordinary treatment to patient. Train your staff to be customer oriented in taking care customer satisfaction .

    Had to wait a long time to get seen, then they asked me to get some x-rays to decide how long the treatment would be, just to tell me the length they wanted me to pay for an additional consultation, a small follow up consultation to get the results should be free. I would not advise this clinic to patients paying cash.

    You know guys I'm very proud of this hospital especially the doctors.But , I had a bad experienced in the laboratory department. I filled up the form to email the result of my lab because according to the lab attendant it takes 4 hours to wait so I decided to have it on email. But, the result sent to me was wrong since I conducted the lab test Oct 2, but the date on my result was June , that was my old lab test.i tried calling ddh and let the operator connect me to the lab but it takes for me how many dials before the lab attendant answered my call.The one who answered told me that they were undermanned...that's why they did not answered the phone quickly. What if it is an emergency? So I'm very much disappointed with them. I'm very willing to give a good reviews but sometimes we have to complain so you will take action.I hope this method will be changed soonest possible

    The staff are always very busy....texting . Try calling the landline and nobody will answer. Their OB Gyne has a very terrible service, I will never have my check up with them bec of a very traumatic experience. Internal and family Medicines doctors are okay, I like them.

    In all fairness , the doctors are good, you get what you paid for. However administrative services should be hugely improved. I went to seek for my medical records/certificates more than 2 weeks after I got discharged as in patient and they told me to come back the following week. The time I came back it's still not there told us to come back in the afternoon and advised us that we should have called prior to going there. These stuff are within the control of the staffs and yet I am seeing super delays. I expected more efficiency in all aspects from this hospital since they are really expensive. Hopefully the management will also strive to have a state of the art services in all aspects as they already have some state of the art facilities.

    This is our "go-to" hospital for medical check-ups, laboratory exams and outpatient procedures. Services are generally OK, except they need to improve on the queue system in the laboratory. It has been the same before and present, just a tad bit organized now but the long queue really is a "turn-off" - especially since most are on "fasting mode" and the longer you wait, the hungrier the patient/visitor becomes. For the other medical procedures, generally being done within a reasonable period of time like X-ray, ultrasound of the liver/gallbladder/stomach, ECG, mammography, etc. Medical personnel are professional and accommodating. Check-ups are not consistent though per doctor - since some do it really fast, some moderately balanced, while others are really so slow that patients end up tired, sleepy and hungry when consultation may reach up to 10PM. How can this be avoided? Hope you can implement a "standardized system" for dcotors' check-ups so it will be more a pleasant, delightful and safe experience to the patient. I know we can easily change doctors but if you're already at ease with one or you've adjusted well to a doctor - it's difficult to let go so you tend to just conform to whatever their clinic hours are and idiosyncracies of waiting and having medical check-ups. All in all, generally satisfied with their services but to be extremely delighted, I hope they can improve on points mentioned.

    Only go here if you'll get lab tests done ๐Ÿ˜‚ it's sad to say that the doctors have the worst bedside manners... I went in for a checkup with the OB and was hoping to get more time to talk, but I practically got pushed out of her room after a 3 min breast exam and was asked to pay 600 as her consult fee... It's like she was just going through the patients as fast as she could to get money... Honestly i feel scammed.

    Pat Houston i have been in that hospital in April because my mom needs a doctor during our vacation in davao... your brother in law is European? If yes I advice you to do an insurance as tourist for him with a european company for a period about 1 , 2 or 3 months... i always use europpassistance when i have to travel... they paid all for my mom, x ray, blood test, checking and other... when i called them to ask help for my mon they organized all the medical assistance in 2 hours and follow us by phone while we were to hospital... i hope you read this comment

    On July 1st I was seen in the er and having a heart attack my bp was 200 over 100 the er doctors gave me 3 doses of nitroglycerin to bring my heart rate down but i had to request labs for heart enzymes and they then only measured 1 of 2 separte enzyme tests. The next days i only saw Dr Chiew once that he merely concluded that I had an anxiety attack. And discharged me Yet upon later asking and paying for my records, he mentioned HCVD as anoter possibility and two days afterHe evaluated my EKG and for the record He failed when he did did not do additional tests like a sonogram or a angiogram or echocardiogram he didn't prescribe any medication they here gave me.nitroglycerin and ordered 325mg aspirin daily and returning to the United States I was immediately taken to the er. My blood pressure is staying at 193 over 99 here I have seen a real cardiologists and not only have they listed possible MI with record's incomplete from DDH. But they have me taking 4 medications aspirin 325mg daily, lisinopril 10mg, amlodpine besylate 5mg, carvedlol 3.25mg. . Should any foreigners have heart problems in davao goto St Luke's hospital in manila or goto Australia

    I will never recommend this hospital as they are inhuman and the staff is not supportive at all.My nephew died 2 days back and the hospital is not ready to release the body at all without money .They are forcing us to give them guarantee to make the payment and we have already made huge payments to them .They are not letting the mother of the child to complete the last rites and they are giving them huge runaround for paperwork.They just want to leach out money from poor families

    I thought some of Sydney Medical Clinic is bad. This Medical Centre is the worst! I was booked at 1:30pm and itโ€™s already 3pm ( 1:30minutes ) Iโ€™m still waiting to be seen by some unknown Doctor. The Centre is probably booked for 10 patients but everyoneโ€™s no clue as to what time will they see the GP. I was seated at waiting area hoping that some Doctor will call my name. But 1hr & 30 minutes! Common! The staff are friendly, but this Medical Centre need some GP desperately! I have to walked out after waiting for that long. Non of the staff at the reception will explain about the situation. If this is the type of Medical Centre you have to visit if your a foreigner. FORGET IT!

    Poor service. Some clinic doctors do not come in on time, and frontline attendants are not welcoming and do not even smile. Instead of hoping to feel better, you do not. Landline numbers are not accessible. :(

    I went in on a sunday afternoon for information about health screening services. There was no one else in line and it did not seem busy, yet the receptionist seemed really put off by needing to help me. She gave me a small, photocopied price list which I read. Then when I asked a few additional very basic questions she was as short and unhelpful as she could possibly be. I realized it wasn't worth it, said thank you and walked out. I wouldn't recommend this place based on my initial experience.

    Picked this place for my Annual Physical Examination. I was informed that they will just deliver the result to my company. Fast forward 4 months later, our company haven't received anything from them. They said that my company's address was no where to be found on their records even though it is included on the endorsement form that was submitted to them on the day of the physical exam.

    I had 3 family med doctor checkups in the same clinic and since my tonsils are still humugous and my cough wont stop for more than 1 month now, I was referred to an ENT. I have been approved by my HMO provider to see the ENT on duty that day. Her schedule is from 11am to 1pm and I was endorsed 1230pm. The nurse station wrongly placed my endorsement under the queue of the family med doctor who called me at around 130pm. When I clarified that I am queued for the ENT doctor, they confirmed that I am but my queue was wrongly place and the ENT doctor has already left. My schedule and their ENT doctor's schedule only meet during Saturday. If only they are checking the endorsements properly, then I would have been checked by the right doctors today and I would not need to prolong this agony for another week. To the management, pls improve your process on this and pls train your personnel accordingly.

    So I far, I don't have any bad encounter with other staff except for the security guard. I have 2 bad encounters with him. He doesn't give clear instruction/s that makes us me (or other confuse). It looks like he is disturbed. "Mas high blood pa siya sa akin". Everytime that he speaks, most of it is on hightone.

    Yesterday I had my ultrasound for investigation to thrombosis in my leg. I was helped 2nd floor Cardio Vascular Dept. It was excellent, the specialist who investigated me took all time for it. 2 hours and 15 minutes was I investigated, happily nothing found. I wanna thank the doctor, the reception and especially Jazz, the specialist for their excellent service!

    I went to 602 to have my symptoms diagnosed, however, the receptionist was an hour late, and the doctor was even later which wasted total of 4 hours of my time. I will NEVER EVER visit them again.

    One, if not the most, premier hospitals in Davao City. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The food being served is varied and tastes good. Some things just take a long time like water replenishment and billing.

    I just want to share my experience with the clinic. I'm disappointed with the service. The lady that was assigned in the cashier was not approachable. I ask nicely for the price of thyroid tests but she told me can't assist cause there still a case pending. I also ask for the total price but she said I will need to have a request from doctor. I told her I do monthly check and provide the result to my specialist right after. She then said that I can't proceed without the request. Overall, not a good experience will not recommend this to my friends and relatives

    I became ill with the influenza while vacationing here in the Philippines. My illness took 2 weeks before I completely recovered and I visited this hospital a total of 3 times while going through this horrible illness. The staff treated me well. They are fast and professional. Blood work finished within an hour. During the day this hospital is full, but evenings are ok. Mostly I went at night. Thank you Davao Doc !

    They are good at wasting patient's time and effort. I waited there for more than 2 hours for nothing, I made an appointment to have transv but when i got my turn after I waited for so long the obgyn dr told me that I should just return some other day because there were lot's of pending patients like hello i'm also your patient. I went there waited for more than 2 hours to have transv but she decline tho I already paid for consultation to have that transv so basically that doctor earned from me for consultation doing nothing. I felt like they just ripped me off and it's their strategy so they can earn again when you return they don't care about your struggle as long as they will earn.

    This is the worst clinic in the metro. The wait time will lead to eventual fatalities of the patients. The medical personnel are rude and condescending as if they own the medical facility. They're even worst than the public hospitals out there.
