If I could rate zero star, I would. Bad service. Understaff. One staff do all. The MANAGEMENT sucks, very unprofessional. The doctor in IM (S****o) isn't accomodating.

WARNING: DO NOT PROCEED! STAY AWAY! DON'T BE A VICTIM! This place is very disorganized, disrespectful, and full of nonsense. She had to wait for more than 2 hours for an obstetrics and gynecology-consultation that only took 15 minutes. The worst part about it was the doctor was very rude, sarcastic, unprofessional, and not taking her client seriously. In addition, they will not tell you that the person responsible for ultrasound is not available anymore. They let their employees go home way before closing time. We will never do business with this company again! I hope you would not too. We will spread the word about the horrendous service they provide. Do you want you wife to experience this kind of service? I hope this helps. Please go somewhere else.

We need to schedule an ape and we were told that we needed to call the clinic for appointment. Several numbers were given, 4 landlines and 2 mobile numbers. Tried calling all numbers several times but no answer at all. Tried calling during diff hours and diff days but still the same. This is the worst. Not recommended at all.

I am a regular patient at megaclinic for about 11 years now. The staff and specially the doctors are very accomodating prior pandemic. I understand that a doctor may end his/her doctor-patient relationship once lumipat na sa ibang doctor ang pasyente. But I didn't do that. I had this experience twice with this OB that had my condition misdiagnosed NOT ONCE, BUT TWICE. OB requested to have her lab requests be at megaclinic but I wasn't able to have it done because OB NOTED a SPECIFIC DAY to have the lab tests should be performed (and wala siya on that day dahil nga nakadepend sa cycle yung test na gagawin) so I have to be tested to other diagnostic lab. Tests were done and the OB was very rude to discuss my condition. Puro blame na hindi ko sa kanya pinagawa ang test even if I already explained why. Binasa naman ang isang test na nirequest niya pero I told OB to repeat the lab test if hindi siya contented with the diagnostic lab's finding. So we opted to repeat the lab exam then voila. Ok lang the gastos para sa repeat tests, kung it will help talaga to rule out the differentials or definitive diagnosis but what infuriates me was wala siya enough patience to explain my condition considering that the results of my prior lab tests was "very alarming". Ang rude pa while the test is being done (may side comments). Nagparepeat test, referral to other doctor to ask for opinion sa certain procedure. Ginawa ko lahat dahil anxious ako sa initial readings niya (same day ito lahat nangyari) tapos in the end NO definitive diagnosis. I understand that they might be tired, they are overworked. But please, don't put anxiety on patients naman. Kaya nga nagpapacheck to be treated with certain condition, not to put more agony on our part.

Tips: go 1 hour earlier for HMO approval especially if it’s your first consultation. The triage nurse station at the back (near the elevator) has a shorter queue than the one in front. Try to have an appointment before mall hours. X-rays don’t have films. They give out CDs. The Rehab section offers FREE foot scans for walk ins. It’s especially useful to runners and athletes and people with foot injuries. All of my experience with their doctors and therapists are good. Everyone was caring and knowledgeable. What is most frustrating are the queues and long wait for every procedure with HMO approval. There’s always a back and forth among the nurses and the HMO with this but it is not entirely the clinic’s fault. Cash payments are easier as patients don’t need to go through HMO approval.

Having your ear cleaned here is a whole day affair. The HMO validators in this clinic are the worst. No queue number; no TV screen. I waited over 45 minutes just to get approval for the procedure.

Highly recommended. Laboratory staff are very accommodating. Location is very accessible as well. The clinic have a service entrance at the back of the mall. Their services for lab tests, xray and ultrasound are even open at 7am, before the mall opens.

The pathology services have decreased in quality since Keralty has taken over. I have been a regular client at Megaclinic for around 8 years and with the previous provider I could attend for a blood sample at 0730 hours and the result would be available ONLINE later in the same afternoon. Now there is no provision for accessing results online and I have to attend again IN PERSON on the following day to obtain results. For a busy professional faced with Manila traffic this is ridiculous. It's the 21st century now and surely a modern health provider can streamline its services better to allow results to be posted online, and more quickly.

Long post ahead pls read: Don’t bring your baby here!! If you are looking for a pedia optha just go elsewhere Story time Doc’s around 60+ or something so I was relieved because she’s a pioneer optha, so after she checked my baby’s eyes she said my baby has astigmatism & needed glasses so we bought from her secretary (because it’s pre-made & will be received around 5 days pa daw) for ₱5k then just a day after visiting the clinic I already received the glasses, so I was like… that was fast, anyway I didn’t really mind it as I want to help my baby to see clearly, but my baby don’t want to wear them so I knew there’s something wrong because she really refused to put it on even with tricks so I reached out to the secretary but wasn’t answering her phone. So I asked her politely to give doc’s number so I can call her directly but she insisted that she’d be the one to call us when Doc had free time so I kept my cool and waited but still haven’t heard from them until now!! Got no concern for their patients, (my baby is only 9 months old) Went for a 2nd opinion from a different clinic and results were different and said the baby didn’t need glasses!! I was fuming! Felt like we just got scammed, so pls just save your precious baby and just go to a different clinic, always trust your mama intuition!

We wasted 4 hours trying to get a check-up in this wasteland instead if finding a clinic that actually puts effort into catering to their patients. Doctors don’t show up, and nurses cover for these unprofessional doctors. PLEASE don't go here, even after many complaints they brush off our complaints and give a fake answer. If I can rate NEGATIVE I would.

My dad went there for a check up due to trauma and his side ribs was in pain. I want him to see a ortho doctor but the nurse sent him to an internal medicine instead. The doctor requested him to do a chest xray and some laboratory stuff which doesn't make sense at least to me. The xray result was negative. Then I insist him to have a rib xray after, turns out there was a small fracture in his ribs. Thankfully it is not that serious and doesn't require operation.

Having this kind of clinic within a mall is really convenient. Aside from having ample parking, you can do your shopping or groceries, or enjoy a good meal right after your doctor's appointment. From the mall's main hallway at the 5th floor, you wouldn't know that the clinic area is quite big. There are separate sections for each department and area of specialization. There are lots of chairs for waiting patients and their hallways are spacious and well lit. For those whose appointment is earlier than the opening hours of the mall, there is an access at the back via a lift to the 5th floor.

Many specialist doctors available and generally good. However, do wish they could re-vamp the triage area, where one can be waiting a very long time to be assigned next steps. Soooo much paper work! Not enough staff to process patients.

Terrible. We waited 4 hours for a doctor that never showed up again, and a bit longer for a doctor they promised us would be here, but that doctor never showed up either. they were unclear on what would happen, confusing with the order of patients (unclear on how it was happening and what was happening at the moment), where the doctors were, and vague with what was going to happen exactly, whether it was a consultation only or everything at once. it is marketed as cheap, but that’s because they don’t really do anything. if there was a negative rating i’d give it that honestly. we didn’t pay anything because we left before they charged anything, but we sure paid for everything with our time.

I was a regular patient here for few years. I was trying to contact them after 2 years to check with the new rules, appointments etc but there was no answer. I've called for few days on different times but unsuccessful. I live outside Manila, have to travel just to learn that I would need an appointment. And to my amusement, they don't want to schedule me as I would still need to call the number. But I was already inside the clinic. I suggest you consider to have people dedicated to your customer service if you would like to have everything go thru phone calls.

My go-to one stop clinic! I always come early to avoid lines. I get to do my labs and also the consult. All the staff are professional and the doctors are accommodating. A big plus for me is they have an elevator that can be accessed outside the mall if I dont want to go through the mall. Also, if I need to wait, I can just simply go to the nearest cafe or run some errands since I'm already in megamall. I usually prefer to go here than the outpatient of a hospital where I would wait at least 2-3hrs for everything to be done.

This is a great clinic in my experience. I never bother with the reception staff though as they are too busy talking to each other surly and not interested in serving their customers. Never had bad service - doctors are human and can be late like the rest of us - if you think their service is bad you should try the doctors in the UK! Not sure why we are asked to upload pics and videos here when it is clearly stated in the clinic that it is prohibited to take photos and videos. Medical City automatically deduct seniors discount without having to be prompted but then you will pay 3 times what you pay in the MegaClinic - simply MegaClinic is poorly managed so the solution is simple - golden rule in healthcare, never put a clinician in charge of patient customer service!!

Clinic is clean and staff are very efficient and accommodating specially those who work in laboratory. They provide compassion and sympathy to patients when they need it the most. A clinic you can call HOME- goes far beyond a friendly smile and a simple greeting to patients who are in pain. Kudos!

Late Post. Attention: Senior Citizens (SR) and Persons with Disability (PWD) Last Feb. 26, 2023, I had my Ortho surgeon consultation at this clinic. I was required to have a Vitamin D Assay. Since they have this procedure, I decided to go for it. Good thing was, I inquired first at the Nurse station how much it would cost. It was P4,200. I assumed there will still be a 20% discount since I am a senior citizen. I presented my HMO card and SC Id. It was approved by my HMO and was given a billing statement of same price - P4,200. Surprised, I asked why there is no 20% discount? The lady in the billing/approval of HMO said that it is already net of 20% discount. I said What? Why is there no details of discount in in your billing statement? This is the same price given to me by the Nurse station. Worse, they will not give you a copy of the billing they made. Wala kang hawak na bill ng clinic, you'll only have the result of the test. If you pay in cash, that's where they give discount. Just don't know how many per cent. They are giving seniors and non-seniors the same price. I told them this is a Criminal Offense since there is a RA 9994 - Benefits and Privileges of Senior Citizens. If procedures are not given 20% discount, it goes with consultations as well. I tired to get their explanation on why there is no discount, it's a management decision daw and they cannot answer. This has to be reported to the proper authorities.

Make an appointment before you go, otherwise prepare to wait hours for your appointment. The clinic is located at SM Megamall but is also easily accessible by their side entrance. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I was able to consult with a doctor and they explained my condition and prescribed the appropriate medication. The consultation fee was reasonable, although I paid out of pocket. Overall, I had a good experience at Keralty Mega clinic. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a comprehensive and convenient healthcare service. The clinic offers a wide range of medical specialties, diagnostics, and procedures, all in one place. The clinic is open seven days a week, which is very convenient for busy people. Keralty Mega clinic is truly a one-stop shop for your health needs.

My 1 star rating is for the reception staff who don't seem to care, we didn't get to see a doctor so I can't comment on the medical staff / care. Visited the clinic on 11/04/2023 for my wife to see a doctor, she has excellent insurance through my employer and the insurance company have this clinic listed as one they have a direct pay agreement with. There was no q at reception but even so the they just wanted to move us on away from them as quickly as possible, not interested in our insurance just if we sere self pay. To cut a long story short we were passed from pillar to post with another department also saying 'we don't recognise your insurance company' I spent 30 minutes on the phone to the insurance company who confirmed there was an agreement in place and they also spoke directly to the clinic as well. In the end we gave up and will use a different clinic, Megaclinic's loss!

I was not accommodated properly by the receptionist from the priority lane. I waited for too long for my number to be appeared in the screen but there were 2 patients that just walked in and did not follow the queuing. The doctor seems on a rush and not friendly compared to the doctors I have encountered from the past. I’m really disappointed and will not come back anymore.

Very convenient having doctors, labs etc all in one place, well organized and at little waiting times. I went several times and was particularly surprised about the friendliness of the staff. For one procedure it took a little longer than planned and instead of sending me home and ask me to come back an other day one of the staff stayed beyond the regular opening hours.

Very nice staff and Ms. beni, very accommodating. I went there with my cousin who was the actual patient.

One-stop for everything medical. Tips for other patients: First, come early, and don't come exactly on time. HMO approvals take time because the staffs need to contact your provider first for your consultations and/or laboratory/diagnostic tests approval. Cash patients won't have a problem with this. Second, take a breather and don't blame the employees for late doctors (maybe because of the traffic or emergency procedures), long consultation queues and HMO waiting time etc. Again, HMO approvals and consultations take time. It's not their fault. Relax if you'd be waiting in line to see a doctor for consultation. Be sorry for those emergency case patients who gets consulted immediately. It means your case is not life-threatening.

reception was awful. they gave me a number to an IM doctor. waited 3 hours. when it was finally my turn, turns out I was sent to the wrong type of doctor and needed to see a cardiologist. then they gave me another number so I had to wait more hours. your triage should be more competent

Called their number to ensure if they can perform a 2D echo and they said they can on that day and that we’ll just go straight to their clinic. Upon arriving there, we were informed that they could not do the test. Do they know hard it is to park in Megamall besides the time wasted? Unreliable information from their laboratory staff. Wasted time.

It says until 8 on the website but when you arrive it says only until 6. It seems that there are no centenarians. Shut up!

Useless OB-Gyne. At my first checkup, the baby said it was like 2 weeks, so they didn't want to do an ultrasound, but I didn't follow it when my ultrasound was 10 weeks. Next doctor I requested a med cert so that I could be removed from GY from work. I'm just saying don't work if you don't want to be a GY, I'm a GY. Very useless waste of time.

The front desk / receptionist are rude. The clinic is ok but the people who work with you are neither patients nor paying.
