    Really bad customer service. The lab people and doctors are cool but the people at the front desk are not. It's like they don't even appreciate their jobs. Talking to them is the worst experience one could have in a clinic. Unfriendly and condescending. Plus they never pick up the phone! Update after 2 years: Your clinic has changed and everything but you still don't know how to answer the call. You even displayed a contact number to the guard and reception. I tried calling at around 8:30 AM to check if you have a Maxicare accredited doctor available today but it just kept ringing and no one answered after multiple attempts. So I decided to go there, just to learn that you don't even have a maxicare accredited doctor available for the day. But you are an accredited clinic in that situation, right? The type of patient who feels bad but still needs to go. too much hassle. as well as taxi fare. Whereas such inquiries can be addressed over the phone. But no, the patient must be tortured first, right? You are like that even in your previous position. Also, while I was there, I tried to call the number, it just kept ringing and ringing while there was no one to cater to the reception and there were receptionists there. obviously, you didn't answer on purpose. I hope your doctors and lab techs are okay. You are sloppy in customer service. It's just annoying. such a total waste of time. Too bad, I like this clinic, the doctors, and the fact that he is in Market2x. It's fun to go to the mall while waiting for 3 hours before you can be checked. Plus it would be very close to us. But this is probably the last time I'll visit this clinic. It's time to look for other options. St. Lukes OPD or Maxicare BGC maybe.

    Please check the photo for the schedules of the doctors. Poor customer service, no one will pick up the calls, will tell you that they will call you within 24 hours don't expect. When you go to the clinic the process is very slow. A simple check up will consume 2-3hrs of waiting time and the check up will only last 2-4 minutes. The women in front desk is always angry good thing that the other one is helpful. Doctors are not punctual. The schedule for example is 2PM the doctors will arrived at 3PM. The guard is very helpful the reason why i rate it 2 stars.

    Everything has to be written manually from the guard to the triage up to the receptionist. Imagine repeating it 3-5x when they can access the records on a computer database. OMG! Let me tell you the receptionist are rude too. No visibility on lab schedules as well so they will let you roam around the hallways since you have no clue what their schedule is. Consultation wait time is 3 hours average.

    Needs Improvement... No phone number to call, the one onsite is not working, you need to call using mobile number. When you ask thru mobile, example: doctor's schedule or if there is available doctor, they will tell you no confirmation from the doctor yet, but when u go to the clinic the doctor is present. NO Emphaty... And you need to wait for a VERY LONG TIME.

    If there is half star i will put it here. The receiving staff is not accomodating. They are very slow. The authorization almost 1 hr and they are not calling. One of the staff name is Jessica..they have to update the patient otherwise we look like stupid waiting for nothing... When i did a follow up ,after 5 mins it was approved,and so.why i need to wait for 1 hr where they can do it in 5 mins.

    They should be the one texting clients if their APE result is available not the other way around. I have been following up my APE result since last week and I got no updates from them. We can’t even call their mobile number (no hotline) and they can only be reached thru SMS. 👎👎👎👎 UPDATE: No FBS result was provided even though it was included in my set of tests to be done.

    The 4 star-rating is for the guard who handles quick queries and for accomodating patients for queing. Kudos to you, kuya. I had my ECG done here, however, it will take 2-3 days for the result to be done. So, my anxiety just prolonged. 😶

    Doctor and staff are not calibrated. Wanted for someone to check up my swollen hand and sharp pain from abdomen. Doctor referred me to ENT because she asked me if I was sneezing, I stated specifically that I only have chronic rhinitis but she still insisted that a specialist would make sure that I dont have covid. This doctor also said that I just need to wait and someone would check up on me. I was at the clinic for 3hrs for someone to call my name but no one did only to find out that no one processed the referral of the doctor to ENT. I never have wasted my entire time not until today. My initial request wasnt attended to, they just need what my hmo will be paying them, its all about the money, and they dont care

    I do not know as to why they still post their numbers on sites and on medical certificates eventhough its unresponsive to calls or not does not exist. I hope they give responsive numbers for calls. If not, they should close their clinic. Very disappointing services for most the Medical City Clinic.

    i had my fasting d night prior, I was on site at 8am but they made me wait on the line and I had to re-do the fasting as I had been on the line for more than 2 hours. how convenient right? and it's true that their front desks have attitude and aren't interested to clients based on their tone. if only I have other choice in the area, i would definitely skip this one

    There is no proper queue-ing system and monitoring. The service is slow as well -- almost 4 hours and counting just for an ENT consultation.

    POOR SERVICE OVERALL. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. OB is unprofessional when it comes to time and very rude. 10am appointment, but the doctor came at 3pm. And looked like she was always in a hurry, did not even check my wife. Took her 2mins for consultation after waiting for 5 hours! Also reception was somewhat unaccomodating.

    So unreliable! When I called to inquire if the doctor can assist me the agent sad "Yes, come around this time" and when I did get there I was rejected! I know that chickenpox is very contagious that's why I wore layers of clothing and did not even cough just to avoid spreading it and waited outside away from anyone then a few hours I was sent home because they said COVID is getting higher in numbers again and they don't want their patients to be affected blah blah blah I know for goddam sake! They should have just told me when I made a call that I won't be assisted! Now I'm back in my house full of blisters exploded due to heat thanks to them I'm suffering even more!

    Aircon was not working when I was there. I went for a consultation to secure a warts removal procedure request. Doctor and staff can’t give proper quotation telling me that they will know the price AFTER the procedure. What’s the consultation for? I also got different response from their hotline vs doctor. For those Maxicare cardholders who want to avail the same procedure, I suggest that you try other clinics instead.

    Security guard at the main entrance is not friendly and not trained for customer service. Receptionist (girl) told me I could just walk in for a bloodchem when I ask if i needed to be scheduled. As long as I do the 10 hour fasting. The following day I arrived 11:40 then they said cut-off was 11am. Guard even snarled at me and my wife this time.

    I will never ever go back here. My lab test takes almost two weeks for the result. I kept on coming back for the results and finally i got it. So i again went there so that the doctor could tell what was the result. And guess what???? The doctor cancelled her appoinment! Very nice expeeience... Staff are not so accomodating as well.
