Really
bad
customer
service.
The
lab
people
and
doctors
are
cool
but
the
people
at
the
front
desk
are
not.
It's
like
they
don't
even
appreciate
their
jobs.
Talking
to
them
is
the
worst
experience
one
could
have
in
a
clinic.
Unfriendly
and
condescending.
Plus
they
never
pick
up
the
phone!
Update
after
2
years:
Your
clinic
has
changed
and
everything
but
you
still
don't
know
how
to
answer
the
call.
You
even
displayed
a
contact
number
to
the
guard
and
reception.
I
tried
calling
at
around
8:30
AM
to
check
if
you
have
a
Maxicare
accredited
doctor
available
today
but
it
just
kept
ringing
and
no
one
answered
after
multiple
attempts.
So
I
decided
to
go
there,
just
to
learn
that
you
don't
even
have
a
maxicare
accredited
doctor
available
for
the
day.
But
you
are
an
accredited
clinic
in
that
situation,
right?
The
type
of
patient
who
feels
bad
but
still
needs
to
go.
too
much
hassle.

well
as
taxi
fare.
Whereas
such
inquiries
can
be
addressed
over
the
phone.
But
no,
the
patient
must
be
tortured
first,
right?
You
are
like
that
even
in
your
previous
position.
Also,
while
I
was
there,
I
tried
to
call

number,

kept
ringing
and
ringing
while
there
was
no
one
to
cater
to
the
reception
and
there
were
receptionists
there.
obviously,
you
didn't
answer
on
purpose.
I
hope
your
doctors
and
lab
techs
are
okay.
You
are
sloppy
in
customer
service.
It's
just
annoying.
such
a
total
waste
of
time.
Too
bad,
I
like
this
clinic,
the
doctors,
and
the
fact
that
he
is
in
Market2x.
It's
fun
to
go
to
the
mall
while
waiting
for
3
hours
before
you
can
be
checked.
Plus
it
would
be
very
close
to
us.
But
this
is
probably
the
last
time
I'll
visit
this
clinic.
It's
time
to
look
for
other
options.
