WORST OF THE WORST!!!!! I booked an appointment for MRI at 1pm. It was very clear that the person on the other line of the phone told me that I should be there 30mins before my schedule. Upon arriving, I went directly to the receptionist to tell them my 1pm appointment. Unfortunately, they told me there were no recorded appointment under my name!!!! What kind of a service was that!!! So okay, I calmed down and talked to them. They told me if it's okay if I reschedule it at 7pm. What other choice do I have? So I grabbed it, and went home to take a rest. Fast forward, I got back at around 630pm, talked to the receptionist and told me to wait for my turn. At 745pm, my name wasn't called YET!!! So I talked to the receptionist again and they told me to wait for another few minutes!!!!!!!!!! MY SCHEDULE WAS 7PM, AND I WAS CALLED PAST 8PM!!!! FREAKING SERVICE!!! NO SENSE OF TIME. Sorry but time for me is really important. They need to follow what was scheduled. If there are delays because of the patients who are having trouble, let them out, calm them, and wait for their turn again. For those who are planning to go here, please make sure you have 1whole day allotted for them, because of unreasonable very very very long waiting hours. And on the top of that, you still need to adjust your time eventhough you've already setted a schedule.

A more affordable clinical laboratory alternative to the bigger hospitals and clinics. The place is a surprise---it's clean, and they have respectful, kind and professional personnel. They go out of their way make the patient feel as comfy as possible, even allowing a photo op during a procedure so the patient can send to loved ones. They also have a smooth process from inquiry to the actual procedure, although it can still be improved---for one, filling out of forms should have been done online instead of doing it on site. Overall, a very good experience.

The staffs are not welcoming and at the same time, super chatty at the front desk. Professionalism found dead in the ditch. No sense of time and urgency. What’s more frustrating honestly is that andami nila sa front desk but nagchichikahan lang as if there are no clients waiting literally in front of them.

It was a bit of a hassle dealing with them pre the appointment, so many calls and sms plus being asked to pay in advance, however once there you feel taken care of. New place, good machine and fast results. I would recommend it. Pet scan rate at 45k all in.

Everyone here was friendly and professional. From the security guard, receptionist to the radiologist. Had my CT-scan here at 3PM. I was done after 30minutes. They have parking and it was not crowded. The person who did the CT-scan was the most gentle. Felt safe and reassured during the procedure. I'm glad i went here.

It's not common for a medical facility to have good service, but iScan has great quality service! They reply fairly quickly in Messenger and text, they answer your inquiries politely. Everyone at the center were also accommodating. Most of all, their MRI scan was affordable! I'm from Laguna but the travel to Manila city branch was very worth it!

Poor customer service. They are unresponsive, sa Facebook, email, sa phone calls and text messages. Didn't give the patient's result on time. They are very irresponsible, to think hindi biro ang bayad for MRI. I won't go here again.

Staff are very helpful, polite and attentive. Place is really clean, good as new. Plus, they have the cheapest rate of PET CT SCAN as of march 2019. and also, for convenience you can ask them to email you the result. just pickup the original documents when you want it. you won't regret going here.

Friendly stuff, clean and modern place. However: for PET scan you have to deposit 20k DP. Only after the DP you will be informed that the DP will be forfeited in case carotin level is not ok or you come too late. This information should be given before DP and not after!! Specially people coming from all over Luzon and having long travel times. How can I control my carotin level? Secondly I.Scan is not willing of giving their clients the service of sending the CD-ROM via courier (LBC) e.g. to your home. In our case driving again 130 km up and down. This should be reverse and improved
