My review is only for the radiology department. Untrained staff wasted our time and money. My wife wanted an MRI to check for something, and came here to St Luke's to sign up for one. We waited in line, she spoke to the daytime staff, was sent off to get blood drawn, etc. In all, we spent several hours here. My wife had a nose job a week prior, and obviously looks like it, as she has black eyes and a splint over her nose. Not one of the four MRI staff said anything about it. They gave her a 5am appointment for an MRI the following day. We woke up at 3am to make sure we were there on time, which we were. But now it was the nighttime/early morning shift, and the first thing they did is say my wife couldn't possibly get an MRI because she had surgery a few days prior! So, I don't have a problem with this policy; but I have a problem with NO ONE on the day shift having the training or brains to bring this up and making us waste hours of our days, not to mention blood draw fees, coffee and taxi fees! How in the world do you have a strict "no recent surgery" policy and no one on day shift knows this? One of the people on the desk at the time was an actual radiologist nurse! From all this, all I can assume is they don't train the staff properly. They should have a big sign on the wall, or maybe a checklist to ask the people.

We needed RT PCR test for international travel. Thought St. Luke’s BGC will be convenient. Turned out it was a disaster. Spent 1 hour to register online only to be told to do it again upon arrival for our appointment. Their online system does not work. Fancy Ehub but not operational. Staff just follow orders.

Made an appointment at 2:00 pm to meet doctor for consult. As I am under high fever 40 degree Celsius upon checking. Doctor was late for 20 minutes and the process was long. I tried to talk to receptionist that my feet’s and hand are so cold. If they have a blanket to spare and I even mentioned that I’m going to fainted due to high fever and been waiting for an hour. However, they didn’t take any action as if they don’t care. So are they going to allow me to be fainted? Interval patient time is too long. Room 308.

Facilities looks new therefore better looking than other older hospitals but service really needs work. Pathology- whole procedure takes more than an hour. I kept on calling for the results and it's always busy. There was a time the operator just transferred me without speaking to me. Took 48 hours if me and my doctors trying to get the results. Ultrasound - easily spend 4 hours waiting to register and for your turn on the ultrasound. Best to get these services from labs instead of wasting your time at st lukes. I thought they would be more efficient since they aren't cheap. I've been filling out their surveys but still no improvement

St. Luke's BGC is one of the best (if not the best) hospitals in the country. This is also my go-to hospital for anything "sickness" related for me or my family for years now. The ER is fully equipped and they have residents on-call for most of the clinical departments (even Surgery). Waiting time in the ER can be improved though. The Wellness Clinic was also very nice and efficient. Results can be seen and downloaded in just a few hours. The added healthy buffet was also a plus. Specialists and doctors are also the best here. Go to our trusted ones: Dr. Patricia Maningat for Endocrinology, Dr. Perla Duran for Opthalmology, and Dr. Ai Gamboa for Orthopedics. Parking spaces are also ample and there are restaurants like Mary Grace, Bizu, Via Mare, and Starbucks. The Medical Arts Building and Doctors' Clinics also smells nice.

Rating my personal experience at St Lukes BGC Tan Eng Gee Eye Institute under the personal care of Dr Irwin Cua a 5 out of 5! Had my lasik surgery done with them and as a doctor myself, I highly recommend the entire professionalism of staff and the utmost skill & care provided to their patient. The lasik surgery was less than 30 minutes - painless and efficient. Dr. Cua is heavily skilled and experienced on this procedure. If you are seeking to improve quality of life— better eye sight, better function— then please do consider your lasik surgery at this institute.

Nice looking hospital but poor service. We went to ER since my baby has fever and cold. They ordered urinalysis but my baby could not pee at that moment. So I told them I will just drop off the urine sample if ever. When I was in the lab, they told me that they did not include it in my hmo. So I eventually paid it in cash. And after I get the result from online, the doctor who ordered it don't want to interpret the result and want us to go back in the ER. What a waste. Next time I'll just go to Medical City, I had better experience there.

Visited family confined there and I’m grateful they have big parking to begin with. But expensive, p105 for almost 4 hours. Also, their parking a labyrinth so take a picture of where you parked so you can find your vehicle faster later on. The presence of their staff is good - you can look around and there’s someone you can ask for directions and the guard and janitor actually know where to point you - I didn’t get any of that “hindi ko po alam e.” We got to see the doctors clinics at the 10th floor at the Medical Arts Building and and also private rooms at the South Wing. I like that their floors are properly labeled to help one find their way. At the ground floor you will find BDO, Security Bank, Mary Grace, Via Mare, Starbucks and another restaurant whose name I forgot. Also, there’s plenty of restrooms and many elevators. When we went there, it was later afternoon so it wasn’t crowded. No wait time time for elevators. I noticed they have a ramp to the ER, and fronting the ER is S&R. A n the other side, I think the side facing 32nd street is a Mercury Drug Store. It’s a pleasant place in as far as visiting. I don’t know what it’s like as a patient and would rather not, thank you very much 😄

I'm surprised Google is asking me to make a food review on a hospital.... The food for patients is healthy tasty and sanitary because it's transported warm wrapped in saran wrap to minimize contamination. It comes with soup, protein, vegetables, juice and since this is the Philippines, rice. I'm not impressed with how the rice is cooked, packed in a ball and pasty, but people like it that way. They have a coffee version of a tea bag which is a tasty mild roast Arabica. This is enjoyable. They also have good food outlets like Starbucks, Via Mare and Bizu in the building. I'll review these separately. The facilities are first class and the hospital is cleaner than Makati Medical or Medical City. As always elevators are congested during busy hours and for security reasons they restrict using the stairs. They have first class medical equipment comparable with what you find in US and Canada. The nurses are much friendlier. However the facilities could use maintenance. The showers leak into the bathroom area because they don't seal with silicone gel. Some of the outlets are loose because the screws and mounts are worn out. The best thing is they are run by the Anglican church so they're not mercenary in trying to get you to take expensive unnecessary tests or charge you every move you make and charge you for excessive supplies like other facilities. I was pleasantly surprised that they refunded unused medicine and supplies. Other hospitals try to sell you excessive overpriced medical supplies. Also even if they make a profit on you, it will be used for charity medical care. They have social uplifting enterprises helping Benguet farmers and weavers who make slippers for patients..

Patient risk of fall yet no nurse assisted the patient to went to CR??? Oxygen is already zero but nasal cannula still on patient's nostrils??? Nurse can't do proper chest physiotherapy??? STAFFS DO NOT WASH nor DISINFECT THEIR HANDS before approaching the patients??? Are these quality services??? But the hospital bills are way above than others despite these... 💔💔💔

Very fancy hospital for a check-up. Nonetheless, this hospital gives you a clear direction and path on where to go, and each room has a big and clear signage on what department they are from which is a big help for aged men/women. Hallways are spacious as well which gives way for those on wheelchairs and pregnant women. ATMs are available inside, and restaurants like via mare, starbucks, etc.

honestly, this is a really bad hospital. overpriced, doctors rush you out. And a horror story i had was i went to the ER and wanted bloodwork done, i told the doctor i wanted general things added and they added dengue check which was 4,000 pesos for no reason. they will scam you, overcharge you, and rush you out without acatually caring about you. dont recommend

This is the most overrated and overpriced hospital in the Philippines. Hence, it is the worst hospital. I will never, ever, go back to this place pretending to be a top-notch hospital. Government hospitals and staff are way, way better than this.

For such an expensive hospital, the service here leaves a lot to be desired. First of, when you try calling any of the departments, it’s almost always busy or no one answers. My mom has cancer and she’s been confined here several times just this year (2023). It’s such a pain just to get a room. We had to stay in the ER for hours because a room wasn’t available and when there was one, it still takes hours and hours for them to “prepare” the room. Once we had the misfortune of getting a room near the nurse’s station. We could here the doctors, nurses and staff just chatting & gossiping away. Even when you ask them to be mindful, it wouldn’t make a difference. Discharge is another frightful experience. We’ve never had a quick discharge. Normally, it still takes 6 - 8 hours from the time the primary doctor gives the discharge order. So much paperwork needed on their end.

It is a hospital, and I strongly encourage you to avoid it. I had a fever and was locked here for three days. On the third day, I mustered the courage to say that I am leaving. I didn’t even get to eat. Food, doctors, and individual "operations" were done on me. I saw that food was being given to me, but by the time I got there, it was already cold. On the final day, before leaving, I became irritated when I requested them to warm it up and leave me alone. I'm scared to think that if I hadn't had the fortitude and support of my family, I wouldn't be in this hospital.

The hospital itself is organized and beautiful, the nurses and staff are nice and attentive to my inquiries. While waiting the hospital offers snacks and drinks like water, coffee, and some juices. Place is clean The toilets are clean everything is good. You can't say bad about St. Lukes of course except for the price LOL😅. St. Lukes no.1

With a reputation as one of the finest medical facilities in the nation, this holds true for St. Lukes Medical Center - Global City. Overall ambience had good lighting, cool airconditioning, clean floors and well maintaing restrooms. My favorite is the Piano Lounge by the 2nd floor of the Main Lobby where professional pianists fill the place with soothing music. I do have to share that the service does not hold equal to the fine facilities of St. Lukes - as medical professionals, they are expected to be gracious and professional even under duress - yet this was not seen here. Such a shame seeing how such a beautiful facility committed to the health and service to patients cannot be upheld by the very people working carrying the St. Lukes name.

St Luke's is parallel to US standard of care & State of the Art technology. By experience getting appointment from Specialist is fairly easy to get in, laboratory, radiology & nuclear med service has been optimally busy, but they have a system to facilitate service. If the days had been extremely high volume in blood work & obtaining results, they provided nourishment to public which were helpful esp for those fasting for 12 hrs & cannot leave the waiting line. The facility is clean & restroom sufficient for volume of people. Toiletries are provided to maintain for good public hygiene. I have enjoyed dining with varied choices of restaurants. I have not experience admission, hopefully not, but got informed that meals can be ordered ala carte the same standard as in USA. Highly recommended.

Honestly as an American I thought this was the best medical service I had ever received. I got a coral infection when wreck diving and had started to walk with a limp as it swelled. The concierge got me a bellhop to carry my heavy bag and a someone to take me around in a wheelchair. I was seen right away and lab tests were taken to make sure the infection hadn’t spread. The lab results took an hour and I was out of the A&E in 2 hours with antibiotics and cream to treat the wound. The doctors and nurses were so friendly and cheerful, it was the first time I left a hospital smiling.

I came to the hospital at 9:00 and I have been waiting for five hours until I have a fever. The hospital just made me wait, I haven't had any fever treatment for five hours, I haven't seen a doctor yet! ! ! I also explained in advance that I am 21 weeks pregnant, please act quickly, Until I really can't stand the rude words of the medical staff, The body temperature has reached 39.2 degrees. Is this really what a hospital should do? This place doesn't deserve to be called the best hospital!

My boyfriend got tested for covid last wednesday. They gave us 72 hr timeframe for the result. We were also told that it will be uploaded on his online acct. It's now Tuesday afternoon and they still haven't released the result yet for some reason. We tried calling the num on the documents but the ivr said it is not updated. We finally got through by using the phone number we found in google. They keep transferring us to another person and no one is helping us. Horrible customer service for a world class hospital.

I has a pain at my eye lid, so I went to the Emergency Room in the evening. The process to register me was fast and amazingly efficient however it took them to page or call the eye specialist for 3 hours. I am not so sure, how this could be emergency! The doctor came with a big apology say she has an urgent family situation to attend…and I just wait for 3 hours, to learn that they can’t treat me at the ER. The doc told me to go home, feeding this big bump in my eye with hot pad, put some cream and pray to god that it will be gone !!!! This is the most terrible experience so far in this terrible country. Well, you might die in this country as this is the best hospital. Salute

This hospital doesn't even deserve a star! Worst customer service and doesn't even feel like a top-notch hospital. From the submission of specimen at the Pathology Department to releasing of laboratory results is the worst experience I've ever had. Save your bucks and time just go to the other laboratory across this hospital. Their service there is much more fast and efficient! Don't waste your money here!

Felt like we were in a Hotel than a Hospital because of how clean the building is and the staff were very courteous, friendly and accomodating. Even though we went there for a walk in accommodation, the service was fast. Parking was a bit confusing though, so glad there were signs in every corner that guided us to B4.

Overprice and doctors are arrogant and rush you out (Php1200 for less than 10 mins consultation) without even checking thoroughly and giving the same prescription. Went to Makati Med instead and found a good doctor who immediately knew what to test and supported with much compassion

I lowered this review after passing my FIFTH hour waiting in a near empty ER in the middle of a weekday. I had the impression there wasn't any coordination or efficiency, and waiting in the ER when you're as ill as I was is not very fun. Doc ended up diagnosing exactly what I had self diagnosed and prescribed the antibiotics that I came in asking for. Just gettin the pharmacy to pull the medication took a full hour. I would expect this from a public hospital overwhelmed with Covid patients, not a private one with an otherwise empty waiting area. The only time I felt a sense of urgency was when it came time to pay the bill. One extra star because the staff were very friendly and courteous. I think the problems stem from leadership and coordination between departments, not the individual staff members.

A hospital who yells on ER patients who are in pain. At the ER, two person cut queue ahead of us and the nurse yelled at us for pointing it out. This is while my companion was in excruciating pain due to a broken elbow. My companion cannot accomplish the form because of the injury in her dominant arm but no one assisted her. All the time while I was parking our vehicle she was there helpless. As a hospital at this price point, one would expect a better service. But it seems the price difference was for the yelling we got.

World class service and state of the art technology! Love this hospital! BUT PLEASE REMOVE THE PIANO AND YOUR NOISY SINGER (I was there today 3/9/2022 from 4:30-5:30PM). I just had the worst migraine because of the noise coming from the piano and the singer. It's agitating your patients so please just stick to the instrumental music.

St. Luke's Global City is one of the best hospitals I've visited in the Philippines. I went here to see my Opthalmologist as I had some issues with my eyes, heads up that waiting could be frustrating to some patients but mind you it's worth it as doctors care is as equal as to other patients making sure that each patient gets the best care that everyone deserves. A thorough assessment was initially conducted for both my eyes and was happy about it. Upon finding that Femtolasik could be a long term solution for my eyes, Dr. Duran was able to endorsed me to Vision Laser Center even though she out of the country at that time. I was able to finished my Refractive Screening even though I arrived a little late. Staff in this eye Institute was very courteous and responsive to my needs. I'm also delighted that they are always smiling whenever they coordinate with patients making the waiting game or any eye procedures a little lighter. They use the latest technology "Visu Max System" for their LASIK. I'm on the process of making this important decision. In any way, St. Luke's Global City is highly recommended for the best medical care and latest technology in the medical field.

I'm giving SLMC, Global City a 5-star rating for a very nice medical accommodation during my period of confinement from May 27 to June 3, 2020. All the medical staffs are very polite and attentive to my needs. The place is so clean. I feel safe during that period of my stay in the hospital in this time of pandemic 👍

There are no enough words to express my admiration to all SLMC frontliners who unselfishly dedicate and sacrifice their own lives and family just only to serve the covid 19 patients, they are the true hero to God's Eyes and heart and will always pray for all of them, all frontliners, Doctors and Nurses in the world. God will make a way to end this pandemic in his own way and time so let us pray together for all the people of the world specially those who need prayers even how small our prayer is.

Turned up for my appointment early. Was told that the doctor would be ninety minutes late as he was coming from Quezon City. Two hours later I was told that he wouldn't be turning up after all. For over half an hour, the receptionist tried to find any other doctor that would be able to see me. Three hours of waiting (and over 24 hours after I tried to make the appointment) and I don't even have an appointment. On previous occasions, I have paid for tests for which the results never arrived, despite being told they would be available online. For the money they charge, they should offer more than such a shambles of a service in return.

Dr. Lumawig was an expert back injury surgeon. He was very competent and communicated well with us regarding the procedure and expectations. Better facilities than most hospitals. Bigger rooms compared to Makati Med. This hospital feels like a mall or a 3-star hotel, not as packed or chaotic as MMC. Comparing their services though, I like MMC better. Nurses' attitude are better and they have more skilled doctors in MMC. Plus forget about getting your medical records here. They automated it but instead of making it faster, it takes ages to get them. Usually you will only see your medical records after almost a month. Totally not acceptable esp if you want to get your care somewhere else. Plus if you check your bill you will find a lot of things overcharged. Like the same medicine is 2-3x more expensive compared to Mercury Drug even if same brand. (Ex charged 230 pesos for a 70 peso tablet, 3k for a 1.6k peso IV injection). The food they served there was no fresh fruits, only canned ones. And lastly, the wifi in the room was bad. I could barely get a signal and only usuable at night.

They had to repeat my loved one’s surgery because the surgeon failed the first time, but we still had to shoulder the repeat-surgery expenses (our bill became 1M+). Nurses are reliable, but surgery resident doctors are very disappointing. Discharge process is also the worst. We had to wait 8 hours just to be discharged. The hospital is beautiful but everything is overpriced and the service is not worth our 1M+.

GREAT Hospital. Systematic from parking, security, Elevator, etc. Everything looks so clean and hygienic. The Atmosphere is peaceful and very relaxing. There are ATM machines available, Restaurants, coffee shops, etc. And for you to avail charges from your medical cards and even about your Philhealth, it's easy because they are there. But consultation there is expensive for me personally...it was just a simple talk with the Doctor maybe around 5mins or less only, i already needed to pay 800 pesos.✌️😁 It was just okay, anyway it's St. Luke's.✌️

Bad hospital. Even in a public hospital they don't behave like this. I am with my 9-year-old son, a disrespectful attitude, they don't serve food, the TV doesn't work, and worst of all, there is no medicine to give according to the doctor. The main thing is hospitalization and they took money. I will never come back here. Tomorrow morning I'm moving to another hospital

If you are trying to bring your family abroad, don’t use St. Lukes for your medical exam. They are very slow in processing your papers. They also do not release copy of XRay exams, unlike other medical facilities. Its been almost a year since my husband took his medical exam here so I could bring him here in Canada. They keep saying his xray is good and he also went to another hospital for second opininion, yet they still want him for a 4th xray without giving any reason why.

I've had a few times visiting St. Luke's for some consultations. The hospital is well-lit, has friendly staff and expert doctors. They are strategically located at the heart of Bonifacio Global City. Never had any problems with them.

(Translated by Google) I think it's probably the most well-equipped hospital in the Philippines at BGC. It seems that it is expensive. I was hospitalized for a while, but the private room facilities are very good. I think the staff are well educated. However, the inside of the hospital is very cold, so if you plan to stay for a long time, you should have something to wear. There are several restaurants in the hospital, but I think the food at the restaurants was not good. Maybe it's in the hospital. There is Starbucks for some reason. Great health care for a price, of course. Went in for anaphylaxis. Best care I've received in a Philippine institution. Of course it cost me almost 2000 USD. And they say American health care is expensive...

SLMC @both QC and BGC has given me my 2nd and 3rd chances to live life. Excellent Doctors and Specialists, excellent Nurses and Medical Crews, excellent HMO SelectCare, professionalism among support staff of Housekeeping, Security, Cafeteria, Engineering and even Concessioners = A First Class Hospital. Above consistent excellent services from 1994 to date 2020, I consider value for my money. Kudos SLMC Team!

i consider saint luke's medical center global city as the best hospital in the country. the doctors and nurses are top notch. of course, the price is top notch too. but as with almost everything, you get what you pay for. expect to be well taken care of if you choose this hospital. your mileage may vary though during this pandemic.

Despite Patient Relations coming to the rescue, was extremely disappointed with the reception I got at the Heart Institute this morning. Schedules for procedures too packed and not well managed. Frontline people unaccommodating. I expected way better!

Pre-pandemic I was admitted in the Emergency several times and during those times, I was supervised well especially by the nurses. They checked on me from time to time until I was ready to be discharged. I know that when I come here for consultation, I will get the best medical attention. If you don't have a health card, the bills are expensive though.

I went today to get RT-PCR Test as I was referred by my OB since I am having cough and fever and is currently 8 months pregnant. I was advised by one of the staff at the testing area that i should get tested via drive thru so that i will not be exposed since the waiting time is 12hrs. I did as instructed but as I arrived at the drive thru I was declined and turned away by the staff as I do not have an appointment. Upon checking on their website, the appointment is only applicable for asymptomatic patients. I am already showing symptoms and have proper documentation during that time yet they still turned me away without even thinking of my situation as a pregnant woman. Very bad service. I hope this feedback reaches the management and have the staff given proper coordination on cases like this as patients would suffer from this kind of incompetency shown by a prestigious hospital.

Drive-thru swab test here was a breeze but booking it online was not. Wonder why I needed to fill up another form if all my data has been collected while booking this appointment. Thank you though to the frontline workers who remain friendly and patient despite the risks.🙏👍

We arrived ER for PCR test at 4PM and waited until 8PM then my wife and my 2 years old girl could get waiting inside while I still had to wait outside. I came following up with the nurse there several times and was told that because of a lot of persons waiting for the same test which was confirmed by my wife inside that it is not true. Only few people inside. My wife followed again with nurse inside and was “advised” to wait 4-5 hours. Yes, they want a 2 years old girl to wait for 10hrs for their service while nurses just keep chatting rather than work.

Midnight on a tuesday. One cashier. Been waiting for 1 hour and counting as we speak for payment. One of the most expensive hospitals in Philippines, air con on full blast , escelators turned off but they can’t afford at least 2 cashiers?? Tipid na wala sa ayos!!

There should be online appointment system for the hospital and not only call the secretary to make appointment. This way doctor can also see the patients trying to boon for appointment. I had consecutive bad experiences with different secretaries of different affiliated OB- perinatologist all in one day! They are giving false hope to patients while they provide schedule and later on to be cancelled or not sure if clinic to be resumed. Why are you going to disclose any information to them if they cannot commit yet to the schedule? They are just wasting our time and not worth the time to go and visit them anymore. I spent my almost 2days looking for Doctor and trying to make schedule but no to avail.

The place is good, no question about it but it sad because my sister has no chance to leave and were not rich people, social worker took my sister on the list to be a member for charity. I know shes now discharge and staying with sister to look after her , Why can you wait till she's gone, she still need a medication contact to her doctor, show some care at least.I don't get it. Like we never pay you guys, we all do our best to help our sister and you guys do the same to help the patient for her last time to be on this world, no empathy at all...doctors make the family and patient confused. Hope and pray treat everyone with respect and give some empathy, remember everything in this world is not permanent, it's temporary....be kind to one another. Thanks to all who help and been there with my sister appreciated a lot, specially the housekeeping staff, great job! Regards, Dolly

Fancy but it took 12hrs in the ER before we got our own room. Some nurse is off-putting, but the majority was nice. Food prices of basic dishes in the cafeteria is 3x or so than outside food, but understandable given the location.

I can't say anything but they're really is the standard, yes it's pricey but it's indeed worth the price. You get what you pay for, or I should rather say beyond your expectations. Grabe ung mga employees dito from registration staff nurse doctors lahat sila maasikaso and ang bilis kumilos ung urgency nadin talaga.

Very much profit-oriented rather than patient-centric. Would not have mattered if they charge an arm and a leg if the quality of service matches. The would not even admit mistakes nor apologize even if given proof already. Extremely poor handling of patient complaints just because patient survived and lawyers are not involved. If not for our doctors having clinic offices in this hospital, I would switch to a different one in a heartbeat.

Went there for a exec check up and at about 9am there was no parking in all basements. Had to circle for 30 - 40 mins before a security guy helped me with a spot. Went to the wellness center and registration was seamless. However the order of procedures and method to madness was nothing but disappointing. Back in the days like a few years ago there used to be a clear cut out plan and followed so the folks doing the check get in and get out withing a reasonable time frame however it isnt the case now. Doctors not in their stations, helter skelter procedural run around, rude ultrasound guy and perplexed reception manager made it a bit uncomfortable for me. Barring the service, the pantry was a great feeling LOL. Hopefully they take the feedback seriously as its not small money spent on executive check ups.

MRI team members are polite and respectful in speaking to clients in-person; however, Their MRI Department landline is very difficult to reach, whether calling directly on their extension number or through the operator. We have been calling for 2 days in the hope to reach them and request their email address to forward laboratory results, but to no avail. Surprisingly, when we got there on the scheduled appointment date we noticed that landline calls are being ignored (even if a staff was present at that time) and they are mostly on mobile phones only. Patients wanted to settle bills but both their admin staff went on break at the same time! Also, when asked if records are centralized in both branches, both admin staff's responses were contradicting each other, so patient is at a loss and confused if any future procedure of the same nature can be done in another branch or is it obligatory to have it done in the same location as previous ones.

Better triaging system in ER than other hospitals like Asian hospital. The staff in ER have truly taken care of us. The room (regular private) is also very clean and frequently being taken care of by the housekeeping. The doctors and nurses are also very accommodating and have truly taken care of us during our confinement. Please continue to be a patient centered facility.

The wellness center is great! Just please improve your customer service. I tried calling extension 6099 several times but it keeps declining my call. That’s concerning for a medical center. I’m also still waiting for my registration confirmation to get through from their portal - so far, no email or text and it’s been 3 days.

Keeping my friend in the hospital even if she is perfectly fine? Not providing a medical result or a discharge date for the infant and mother, and instead giving any justification to keep them? Business is business, right?

Robber and scammer hospital. If you're a tourist and trying to find a good hospital, never consider to come here. I spent 24.000 PHP, I waste my one week for results and everything and they don't even know what is the accuracy of these tests. There are countless hidden charges. They ask money for each step. And finally you're ending up with same health concerns and less money.
