Save your time and don't go... just turn them down politely.. they will try to convince you that you can participate in their raffle and possibly win prizes..and that you have a 20000 insurance with nothing payable but you'll have to sit through their "orientation" I tried to politely excuse myself but there was a lot of back and forth before I got myself out of there.

Legal company for decades but the way their agent to get a client is very bad. They give you a leaflet of a trip to hell promo. When the DTI check the promo, nothing was registered. They didn't give a client to choose what kind of insurance they want. They always give you a LIFE INSURANCE.After they get your money, they give you an Eco bag as a reminder of their fishy transaction with you. I decline every phone calls coming from them. They always reminded me to pay my monthly fee or whatever they want to call it. This Company forces a victim to sign a policy w/out any explanations.

Never get anything insurance or anything related to cocolife it seems like scam, your paying for nothing. Their rep are rude especially Topper Cariaga hey try to learn something good in life

This was like a year ago, but the main reason why I tell people NOT to go with cocolife is because of this experience. I was approached by one of them at a mall, told me it'd only take 10-20 minutes. 45 minutes has passed since the start of the orientation and when I told them I had to go because of an emergency. Tinawag ng kausap ko yung boss niya. then the boss/manager started raising her voice at me saying "'Bat ka pa pumunta dito, SINAYANG MO LANG ORAS NAMIN. " What kind of personnel would raise their voice on a potential client. Huge turn-off. Edit; I suspect most of their 5-star reviews here are from their own employees. SMH.

After 8 months of continuously following up my claim through their various agents, customer service and office representatives no one from Cocolife responded. By the 9th month, a representative got back to me to say that they apparently “forgot” to send a letter saying that I needed more documents to file my claim- but by that time the time frame to get reimbursed for my medical expense has expired. If I could give 0 stars I would. From my experience, its a scam.

Unethical company. There representatives are very creepy and follow girls around in malls. They keep an eye on you and follow you even outside an ATM. Beware of this company!

they did not return my mom's money..no update or so,....we wasted such a big amount.. they force my mom they even ask her about how much money my mom got.. then she even force her to check her balance.. if i was with her during that time none of those will happened... 1 star is too much if only there's a negative star i would gladly click on it.... 👎👎👎

Beware of the people approaching you in Robinson's Galleria. Will let you sign for a raffle telling you, you won a gift. They will ask for your ID and bank card and let you sign for something. Good thing I showed them my expired ID and signed a different signature just in case they will use it for fraud. When I told the guy I am not going to give them my bank info, the guy kinda look like he's gonna do something bad to me, so don't waste your time talking to this people. They are creepy!

Medical Reimbursement is a mess and a hell difficult to process. You need an accredited cocolife doctor that will diagnose you and issue an accredited receipt, to an accredited hospital or pharmacy. Other medicines are void to them. Imagine the obstacles of refunding.

I’m a policy holder of Cocolife and I agree on how they deal in taking people in order to say YES to them. I may say that I don’t like their services and they don’t know how to take care of their members. They are not responsive to our needs yet so aggressive naman in payments to the extent na kahit nakailang emails nako na Not to call me (they can send text or email) since I sleep on daytime and that I am paying naman before the due date, yet tatawag pa rin. Maipapagko-Compare talaga sila sa ibang Life Insurance na never akong naistorbo in terms of monthly payments.
