My wife had our baby there. I would rate higher if this hospital had a working lift and credit card facilities to pay their invoices. Foreigners are not able to come up with 80,000p in cash because there are daily atm limits on withdrawals, so it was an unnecessary chore to wrangle coming up with the money before my family was allowed out of the hospital. Would also like to see the peeling paint on the walls repaired. However much cheaper option than Medical City.

I recently had a rather unpleasant experience with Sabater that has left me frustrated and bewildered by their policies and lack of consistency. My main concern revolves around their inexplicable policy of not issuing a medical certificate unless it is the first day of experiencing symptoms, regardless of the severity or duration of illness. During my recent illness, I was unable to get out of bed for the first two days due to extreme fatigue and weakness. When I finally managed to visit Sabater on the third day, I explained my situation to the nurse, hoping they would understand the urgency and provide the necessary documentation. Unfortunately, I was met with a rigid response that left me astounded. She maintained that they could only issue a medical certificate if it was the first day of my symptoms. This policy makes absolutely no sense, as it fails to consider the reality of many illnesses and the subsequent impact on patients' ability to seek medical assistance immediately. By denying the provision of a medical certificate after the initial day of symptoms, the hospital disregards the fact that some illnesses can take time to manifest fully or may worsen over several days. In light of my disappointing experience and the hospital's perplexing policies, I would caution others to carefully consider their options before seeking medical attention at Sabater.

PRIVATE is even a shame for them. mas mababa class nila sa other hospitals mas okay pang magpunta na lang kayo sa public hospitals kesa dito. napaka insensitive ng mga staff at di maalaga sa pasyente. nakakagigil na youre not getting the worth of the money you paid for. I dont really recommend this place EVER. WAG NA KAYO MAGPUNTA DITO.

I visited Sabater Hospital on January 01, and my experience was far from satisfactory. The door attendant, who ironically wasn't wearing a face mask, insisted that we wear one upon entering. This non-uniformed personnel, in slippers and short pants, seemed more like a bystander than a hospital staff member. The security guard was just sitting, adding to the lack of professionalism. The hospital itself had poor ventilation, making it uncomfortably hot. During my sister's check-up, the door attendant unprofessionally insisted we go downstairs even though we weren't finished. Despite my sister's difficulty walking, there was no offer of a wheelchair. The services were exorbitantly priced, considering the lackluster quality. The unavailability of the laboratory room attendant on the second floor led to a prolonged wait, only to discover staff chatting downstairs. To top it off, the entrance guy was incredibly unprofessional, loudly watching vlog videos on his cellphone. It's disappointing that such a crucial healthcare facility falls short on basic professionalism and service quality. I cannot recommend this hospital.

The staff told me - they want physical card, don't know if they release the card because before that, I gave my policy number: said we don't have time to call your hmo because of the size of their patients. No patients! Hospital waste, lack of cleanliness and maintainance! (Original) First time ko papacheck up today using my new Hmo, certificate palng meron ako.

(Translated by Google) Terrible hospital service. This hospital looks like money and you can't even see their service being worth your money. The doctor's secretary is rude. The doctor himself advised that there was no ample use of medical instruments. Not even chineck the patient's temperature, blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate and not even listened if there is water in the lungs or wheezing sound the patient to think about the respiratory system of patient concern. Very expensive bill worth 700! another cbc is 300. then the medical laboratory assistant is watching the telenovela. you will wait for him after watching the episode of tv drama. He will not take care of you unless it is commercial. People in this hospital are very professional. The surrounding area is still very dirty due to on-going construction. poor service! not worth your money. (Original) Terrible hospital service. The doctor's secretary is rude. Napakarumi pa ng paligid dahil sa on-going construction. poor service! not worth your money.

(Translated by Google) The service is not good. I was ahead of the others who did the checkup but it was afternoon when the doctor looked at me. The nurses also did not respond to my requests. They just pass me by because I don't have a healthcard. I will never come back here. Their staff is super unprofessional. Considering that I have a fever and my whole body hurts, they don't even help me. I begged them but they did not use it. Suuuuuuuper disapointed. (Original) Di maganda yung service. Suuuuuuuper disapointed.

Fourth - THANK YOU FOR CLOSING THIS HOSPITAL. it is likely that patients will even get dengue because of too many mosquitoes. (Original) Wala bang 0% ?? Pangalawa, andumi. Pangatlo, ang lamok. This hospital doesnt even deserve a star at all. I went there as they approved my medical test request online thru my healthcare provider, and upon presenting my documents, they said they are not accepting patients from my healthcare provider because they have not reconciled their accounting books yet with them. Is it the patient's problem if you fail to reconcile your books with them? , you should have talked directly to the said healthcare provider instead of rejecting patients because of that reason. There is even a law that prohibited hospitals to reject patients due to financial reasons. I went there even in the surge of pandemic because you approved the request and you irresponsibly rejected a patient because of unlawful reason. Also, as a reminder to fellow patients, do not select this hospital and have your consulations or medical test done here using your company provided healthcards, they are not worth it.

AVOID THIS HOSPITAL AT ALL COST!! THE WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I had my LOA ready for my lab works addressed to this hospital , the person at by the door is so unprofessional, i had my loa printed out for him to read yet he refused to read and continue to ask me. I was having a hard time speaking due to my throat problem. This person looked irritated telling me to speak loudly! Like DO YOU NOT KNOW HOW TO READ? He proceeded on telling me that all their lab works are on hold and that they are not going to accomodate my request. What kind of hospital does not have a laboratory in it? I heard nightmare stories about this hospital and to experience it on hand. I would avoid this hospital at all cost and so are you, whoever is reading this. People are unprofessional, even the guard has a very very bad attitude.

It's not like a Hospital at all, Emergency is not 24 hours, building is enclosed but has no airconditioning, mosquitoes are everywhere yet they don't have mosquito repellant nor mosquito killer. Hospital is also payment first for Swab tests. Not recommended and will not go back again.

The nurses are very accomodating and looks professional. I just don't like how old the facilities are and how it looks worse than the public hospital. Plus there's mosquitoes flying around that makes you very uneasy to sleep.
