I would NOT recommend this pet clinic as the doctor wasn't able to tell us what to do with our sick cat. When asked what needs to be done in order to get the cat better we where told: It's up to you! No suggestion or the like. What a st..id answer!!

Last week I brought my Siamese cat Kim kuyangi for the first time in Sheperd because she has diarrhea after she birthed 3 kittens. The nurse assistant was nice, and the doctor was awesome. If you have pets I highly recommend this clinic. Take note every Thursday according to them they are 50 percent discount 🙂

We went at around 10am on a Saturday and medyo marami ng tao, pero the waiting time isn't too bad since nakaalis na kami by 10:40am. I had my 2 cats vaccinated and dewormed. Price is reasonable. Staff are very friendly rin. They sanitize everything before use, including the weighing scale and thermometer. The doctor was very accomodating rin and she seems friendly and approachable. I like how they treat my cats with enthusiasm even though they're puspins. Some vet clinics kasi I've heard na kapag no breed yung pets, hindi halos pinapansin or something. So yes, I am really happy with how they treat my puspin rescued cats :) Anyway, I gave them 4/5 stars instead of 5/5 for 2 reasons: 1. Cash only basis yung payment so you have to have an idea in advance on how much the procedures would cost kasi they have no gcash payment or card. Sana soon mag-consider na sila ng other payment options apart from cash. 2. No appointments allowed. So if you're in a tight schedule, need mo talaga pumunta ng maaga since first-come first-served basis sila. Oh and by the way, they have parking slots for 2 cars only, so if you're bringing a car with you, better have another person that could wait in the car and drive it in case di ka makakuha ng parking slot. Overall, I am very happy with my experience sa clinic nila and I'll be bringing again my cats for their next follow up schedule :)

I recently admitted my dog there named Gucci. and I just found out that my dog is in pretty bad shape when I went to other clinic for second opinion (thank you Vets in Practice) . Receptionist doesn't have any phone etiquette. they don't have any sense of urgency. My dog's 2 days stay there led him to critical condition. I won't ever let my dogs go there again.

I would like to share my experience in sheperd animal clinic. If you want your furbabies to live and wouldnt catch parvovirus. Dont go in this vet clinic, the staff that dewormed my puppy doesnt use gloves, the place is dirty and i wouldnt mind about the price but be mindful of the vicinity, my puppy past away because it obtained parvovirus in this clinic. Find some vet clinic that aims to heal and make your furbabies healthy. I went there earlier but the vet doctor is not present its an emergency case and the staff wont help you either.

Doc Jorge was great. He was thorough with the tests and explanations and was patient with our questions about our dog's condition. He showed concern with the manner of communicating. The other doctor, the one with the neck tattoo was just awful and unprofessional. The following day that we needed to visit for shots (it was Doc Jorge's dayoff), he didn't bother to introduce himself, nor ask how the pet was; he just gave the shot. No basic patient courtesy and concern at all. Accessible fees. Clean place. Just choose a good doctor.

+ First of wasted time. I arrived at 4pm because I was told that the doctor would be arriving at that time. But the doctor arrived at around 6pm. That is 2 hours of my time I'm not going to be able to take back. + The doctor was kind of rude to me when I entered his office. He couldn't answer my questions on how I could help my sick cat. example: I asked why may cat wouldn't eat he didn't have an answer. + 3rd The doctor just kept giving treatments without asking me or telling me the price. I came to the vet just for a quick check up that was 300 pesos. But when I left I needed to pay 2,500 pesos.

Place is dirty, staff do no care about their client, vet do not know what they are doing, not coming back to this place again.

Weve been going here for almost 8 years. They just lost us as a client. We went there today at 9am and was 8 in line. We left at 11am and the vet still was NOT there. Wasted our time... Dont come here if you dont have half a day to waste.

Brought my two cats there for a check up. They have parking, but as of posting, there are road repairs. Had a long wait because i made a mistake of going there during their lunch break. They were friendly and accommodating, and they were able to subdue my cat’s tantrums.

I really love how they treat whitey well even though he is a puspin. The staff and doctor Is so good.

Doctor Garcia the resident doctor is one of the best Veterinarian in Manila...

Only thing good is they are open 24 hours and some staff are accommodating. But why were they telling me over the phone the rescue dog I had temporarily boarded there is suspected for pyometra when there are no observable symptoms of pyometra and they don't even have the blood test results back yet? Plus they initially wanted to deny us temporary boarding because they say they do not allow boarding but their POS receipt clearly has an item for Boarding. Huh? Good thing we got the dog out of there and to a different vet who told us the dog does not have symptoms of pyometra. Also I read another case of a chihuahua owner who was advised by vets here to have dog's uterus removed without checking if dog was pregnant and owner found out later dog apparently was pregnant and had miscarriage.

The longhair guy vet was good so ask for him to help you not the lady vet. There are also cute golden retriever and shihtzu here that u can pet, they're their stay in pets. Their grooming is on an average.

We went to this vet clinic for our puppy’s second vaccination and will definitely return here again for my pup’s future medical concerns. Vet princess had our pup professionally examined before giving him the shot. She was able to patiently answer all our questions. Their office looks great and fully air-conditioned. They sell dog and cat food but they never offered us a single product seeing that we really don’t need them; thus, they’re not those type of vets who would tell you that your dog has problems and that you need to buy this and that, etc. I’ve seen other dogs peacefully spending time in their crates. All dogs were calm as if they also trust this clinic themselves. I’ve read other reviews about other vets not being so nice to other clients and I have yet to meet them. Will edit this review if I experience anything distasteful. So far, what I can say is this is one pet clinic I can really trust.
