We had some errands nearby Bel- air qnd decide to have late lunch in Kuya J in Hyper Mart Jazz mall. We we're only the customers in the resto . The food that we ordered taste good except for the sinigang na baboy it was too sour for me.🥴the rest were good.

The mall is small and has a few numbers of high-end restaurants. It caters service for the people who lives in the building and the people who are nearby. You can find a supermarket here and they also have a number of food stalls inside. This place is now upgrading and improving.

Visited the grocery store, place a bit neat although i think they're trying to replace the floor tiles when we were there. Some restos were closed.

No clear signage for customers' parking. I headed to what I thought was the public basement parking, just to be told to back up all the way to the main driveway because it was for residents only. I headed to the 2nd floor parking, found a slot, only to be told it was for residents only. There was no signage whatsoever that those parking areas were for residents only.

Staff is helpful here, has a largish supermarket, a few restaurants, cafeterias and food stalls as well as a hardware store. Near holidays they have merchant stalls where you sometimes can find good deals or unique items.

Average or below for quality but, some prices in the supermarket are not as exorbitant as Robinsons... highest parking fee for short term parking outside ... 60 pesos! Haven't seen anyone else hit 60p in any other place in metro Manila yet.....

This has become one of our go-to place recently for a quick grocery pick. Also this being near to st Andrew chapel makes it very convenient also to dropby after going to the chapel. This mall has the grocery store, ace hardware, Starbucks and some restos in the area. Turon and other snacks are also available beside the grocery shop.

Despite its posh ambiance it takes almost an hour wait for the elevator. Only few elevators are able. The groundfloor CR is not well maintained.

This place is not a “Mall” mall, it is hypermart that has food, restaurants (fast food, all you can eat, high-end coffee shops, bakery, small bar, asian cuisine etc.) , pharmacy and a grocery Mart.
