Super hassle shopping experience! They changed to using boxes. But unlike other Supermarket they are not prepared. They don’t have enough boxes. No straw rope for handles. No tapes to close boxes. You cannot go here without a car. We live next to Landers and would usually go here walking. We’ll just go somewhere else with proper bagging system. Hassle!

Landers is currently doing a membership promo drive for only P400 in the areas surrounding their latest branch at Arca South (ie FTI). And if you spend a minimum of P4,000 and have a Citibank card - you get your annual membership waived for a year As a longtime S&R shopper, I'm obviously comparing Landers to S&R. The free haircut benefit is such a plus point for me - a male shopper. The food choices at the dine-in section are also good and there's some good options to be had. Such as the cheese roll-up, the minestrone soup - and brewed coffee for only P65. As for product range - Landers is behind S&R on toilet paper, milk and some others. But they also have a lot of niche items you don't see at S&R. This particular branch at Otis is fairly extensive but the open parking will turn your car into an oven during the summer months. But the parking is free vs the p80 we spent at Landers Uptown once we went over 3 hours! Still keeping our S&R membership but Landers is a happy and welcome addition too.

Exceptional Shopping Experience at Landers Otis I recently visited Landers Otis last Sunday, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional quality of service I received. From the moment I stepped foot into the store, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere that made me feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer. First and foremost, the staff at Landers Otis went above and beyond to assist me throughout my shopping experience. They were readily available and eager to help, whether it was providing information on products, offering recommendations, or answering any queries I had. Their knowledge about the store's offerings was extensive, allowing them to guide me to the specific items I was looking for effortlessly. The store itself was immaculately organized, making it easy to navigate and locate the products I needed. The aisles were clean, well-lit, and neatly stocked, ensuring a pleasant shopping environment. Additionally, the wide variety of high-quality products available at Landers Otis was impressive. From fresh produce to household essentials and everything in between, I found everything I needed under one roof. One of the standout features of Landers Otis is its membership program. As a member, I enjoyed exclusive benefits such as access to special promotions, discounted prices, and even a dedicated cashier lane, which significantly expedited the checkout process. The membership fee was reasonable and quickly paid for itself through the savings I accrued on my purchases. Speaking of checkout, the cashiers at Landers Otis were efficient and friendly. Despite the store's popularity and the large number of customers present, the wait time at the checkout counter was minimal. The staff handled transactions swiftly and accurately, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience. Lastly, Landers Otis has a fantastic food court where I could grab a quick meal or snack after my shopping. The wide array of dining options catered to various tastes and dietary preferences, and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. It was a convenient and enjoyable way to refuel before heading home. In conclusion, my experience at Landers Otis was nothing short of outstanding. The store's commitment to providing high-quality products, exceptional customer service, and a pleasant shopping environment truly sets it apart. I highly recommend Landers Otis to anyone looking for a superior shopping experience. I will definitely be returning for all my future shopping needs.

Got my membership today (400 Pesos) for Landers & did a little shopping. Membership fee is very affordable. Shopped in a rush, but there is variety & stock is plentiful. The store is actually bigger than it appears to be from the outside. Very similar to Costco’s, Sam’s & BJ’s in the US, don’t expect the same size stores though. Very basic @ best, remember your in the Philippines, so don’t try to compare!

The Landers Superstore is bigger than its competitor. They sell a wide variety of products from local to imported. They usually offer products at a discounted price. One of my favorite event in this Superstore is their Crazy Sale Promo in which you can buy selected products at a discounted prices. Some products can be buy for the price of 1 peso only or you may consider it almost for free.

Landers Superstore Otis is a very big grocery place where you can buy big bulks of various products. It is very similar to other grocery stores like SnR or Costco in other countries. Here you can buy different food stuffs from frozen meats, processed foods, canned goods, biscuits, chips, chocolates, drinks and many more. You can also find some electronic gadgets, bags, clothes, towels, and other household needs on sale. To shop here you got to be a member. Membership is valid for a year and typically costs 700 pesos. Sometimes they have promos where the membership fee is just four hundred pesos. The place is very accessible via public transportation in the morning. But come night time, jeepneys could be very few and you'd have to take a tricycle or taxi. Having a private vehicle is recommended. They have a very huge parking space. They also have their own restaurant that serves reasonably priced foods. They are very, very delicious.

Staff were accommodating. Some questions we asked with product info and the staff we seek assistance were very friendly and quick to get back with an answer. Men's restroom was clean. Observed health protocols.

I love their dining area especially compared against s&r. It has a more classy ambiance but it’s oftentimes pricier. You have to check for the price. We also experienced expired products so be careful in shopping.

ultra-wide selections of goodies you can choose from, clean establishment and it is very convenient to shop here. their staff members are all nice and polite. you can avail their membership at a discount if you join during their mega sales and can definitely score big during these sales where you can buy items at 1 peso and a lot are at 50% off or buy 1 take 1. it's definitely a win to get a membership here

They have green tea, natural peanut butter, black turtle beans, coffee and lots of other stuff that is hard to get elsewhere. They also have a restaurant area that serves fairly good pizza.

Very useful in terms of saving money for fuel discount. The place is also chill, except during weekends and when there's a rush for supplies/groceries (usually near salary period and holidays). Need to visit from time to time to check their 50%-70% discount on imported products. The air-conditioning system is okay. The parking is okay -- I've never experienced trouble with the parking situation here for the past three years.

I went there to renew my Landers Membership Card and it only took 5 mins. The staff are very kind and knowlegeable to be asked. The goods are pricey which is given. The parking is soo spacious, what more to the store itself.

Best with their meats. Always fresh and wide variety of meat to choose from.

Landers as a grocery is standard - if I were to rate it based on the grocery itself, I'd rate it 4 or 5. However, we went there to eat. The wait times for food were so long, you'd finish your meal before getting some items you ordered, and there is no order whatsoever in the claiming area. The most troublesome aspect of our experience was the seating. There were small cockroaches everywhere - tables, chairs, floor. We sat at three different places, and it was the same thing.

To buy there, you need a membership card, 400 Peso, but you can find everything, also Importe goods.

You can see a lot of imported products from different countries such as the US. There are a lot of parking around and discount on refuel with Caltex. Unfortunately, we thought it's closed to regular discount so I went to loyal but the regular one is still opened, waiting for 10 minutes with receipts issued to the.

Typical membership warehouse shopping, dining area seats needs to be replaced or reupholstered. Overall interior is better than s&r. Quality in-house products (bakery, pizza, pasta, coffee shop) far better than S&R. product sources of meat , veggies, dairy are high quality such as produce, meats, grains and imported goods

Over all the place is clean and orderly. The shelves are well stock and most of the items are available. From basic cupboard needs to fresh fruit and veggies. They also offer appliances, small and big. They also have items for basic car and bathroom needs. The best part here is their vast collection of wines, it has its own spot at the corner of the store. Their bread and pastries are okay, but you can get similar product in other places at a lower price. Their food and drinks section is great. With a wide assortment of dishes to choose from. They offerthe usually soda, but there's a coffee shop where you can buy freshly brewed coffee beans, milk tea, and fruit tea.

Has Caltex Spacious Parking Facility Has Pharmacy Has Barbershop Spacious Dining area Lack of Variation in basic goods Below to Average in quality in Service both in cashiering and food preparation Picture attached is example of sloppy work in packaging. They just threw the chips in the cart instead of putting it in a new box or plastic. Will not be renewing my membership.

The overall vibe is a little more posh than say the regular warehouse clubs. Good selection leaning towards local goods, i personally like their meat and Vegetable section. Coffee and pastry place so so. Free haircut offer is nice tho. Ample parking space (no tickets -10/2020).

the parking is ample. really heavy traffic in the area. social distancing is strictly being followed. you should not forget to bring facemask and faceshield. otherwise, you will not be allowed entry.

The direct competitor of snr. Good ambiance and spacious parking. Great pizza, good pasta but sub par quality of Chicken wings in their in-house for court. They have a café and a barber shop that's free for members

Bulk Shopping with a reasonable price, but of course it varies. Some items are cheap and some are pricey given that its not your ordinary grocery store. One of my mates mentioned that some items are not available here compared it S*R. Membership is needed to be able to shop here.

Attentive staff and competitive product assortment and prices. Supervisors can also help you grab some items you may have missed especially if you're a PWD like me. Go on a Tuesday for double the points, gas up in their in-house gas station just for convenience. Food is also good. I've yet to try more though.

I truly appreciate one of the Landers personnels who approached me and brought into my awareness that one of my valid IDs fell on the floor. She was very polite when she picked it and returned to me. Thank you so much. May Landers have more personnels who are values-oriented.

Supervisor took 10mins to find to get our senior discount, then only to find out the cashier mistakenly remove the discount. So to avoid looooong discussion and charge to staff, decided not to do the correction. Then we dine in and look forward to our favorite snack chicken roll... what happen to the chicken? You should change into mozzarella roll...

UPDATE (Oct 31 2021) Disappointing. I wish Landers-Otis would tidy up a bit. The floors already have smears, cracks and litter...at 10am. Last time I visited, the refrigerators were starting to smell. Also, admin need to take note that it's hard to navigate big shopping carts when you leave boxes of merchandise on the floor. I used to admire their cleanliness...now the place is starting to look cheap.

I just love this store so much! Discounts are fabulous, especially the buy1take1! The selection of food at the court is delicious! One must try their pizza and fried chicken. And don't forget the roasted chicken and their baked goodies! So yummy! 😍
