Shop staffs are not attentive Got surprised by one female staff keeps on playing game at the table... I know it’s Philippines... but still felt lower than Filipino average

This cafe has run down a lot since I last visited couple of years ago. Very messy in appearance and looking like a storage space. Most coffee drinks in menu not available and, of course, no non-dairy milk options. The Hazelnut Latte was good and Americano was ok.

Drinks and foods were not bad. But the mean female staff was making the mood bad here. I do like the shop interior design, and TWG tea here. I just wish their improvement of service quality. (I’m just expecting ordinary common sense)

Sadly, I just had bad experience here... I was expected something good to the cafe in Milano. Service of a female shop staff was really bad. She was really mean, doesn’t know the meaning of serving. I’m so disappointed. Wish the owner will do good staff training soon.

A big shout out to our waitress Elaine for being so accommodating. I missed going to Antipodean because of the lockdowns, and I'm so glad Elaine is still working at this delightful restaurant. She is friendly, energetic, and her vibe is topnotch. Elaine made sure our dinner experience was comfortable and satisfying. My balikbayan tito was impressed with her when she waited our table months ago before the pandemic. For this review, I love their Red Sangria. I've been ordering the same drink for as long I as can remember, and it's always the right mix of fruits and alcohol. For this visit, I ordered it twice. Kudos to whoever's hand concocted this elixir. Oh let's not forget to mention everyone in their awesome crew tonight. Thanks for bringing out our orders in a timely manner. Thank you for implementing social distancing. Thank you for staying open until we were done with our food, and for making us feel so welcomed. Thanks a bunch and I hope to visit again soon!

good location, bad service

It was my first time to order from this coffee shop unfortunately it was not a good experience. When I ordered I informed them to put extra sugar but they werent able to include it. Lastly, the cheesecake is a disappointment. I think they used a lot of gelatin which makes the cake's texture hard. Would not recommend this place.

The staffs are very very very very noisy. They are loudly talking every time without caring customers. If you want to spend with those people, I recommend here.

It was my favorite café, now it's changed, before, bad service was affordable, that's OK. Now a new kitchen is fine, but the overweight oily smoke would treat you well as you there,the fryer is not covered,the stuff let the smoke scurry, you might leave there instantly as you finish the meal, or enjoy that scent. And the warm reminder is the smoke would damage the furnish, air-conditioner. Look the light on the photo,you would find out how the smoke being heavy,you can come here to feel the oily touch on the table. I'm looking for another café to instead this one,if you still not care about that.

If you really love coffee this is a must visit place in makati. Located near at the very busy street of makati avenue (the red light district) they offer an array of coffee and tea not to mention they now renovated their store in order to serve you delicious meals too. The staff are very good, promte and polite. As if they will let you feel that your at home.

Great menu choice. Good coffee. Excellent food quality. Servise was stressed and slow. Advise: it is nice to have all the staff on the table as accessories but when the food comes you would want to use the space of the table. Verdict: I will visit again.

It has been a long and tiring week for me and my co-workers so we decided to treat ourselves. Instantly, we thought of Antipodean because it has been our happy place for over a year now. We surely did not regret it as it rewarded all our stresses. We ordered Pad Thai, Indonesian Chicken Satay, and the Whanganui Ramen. It's really a cherry on top of our week. Mary is a breath of fresh air. She is so accommodating and very helpful of her guests especially us. She recommends what to eat and drink. Her energy radiates to all of us making us leave with smiles on our faces. We'd visit again real soon! Look for Mary if ever you're visiting here.

Possibly one of the worse coffee shops I’ve been to here In PH. Several times I have been there and several times my order had been incorrect. When I explain this to the staff they just look bewildered and smile, terrible service and below average coffee. Gave it several chances but always the same problems. Won’t be going again

The coffee is good but even when empty the place is extremely noisy with the doing if making coffee. They should install some sound deadening materials.

Cold beer is real

The place is cozy, and a little secluded from the busy streets of Makati Avenue. Come here to have a nice time to talk. There's also a smoking area nearby, so you don't have to go far.

The only coffee I will ever have from now on. owner introduced me to 3rd wave coffee and accepted by my overwhelming preference to tea and produced a cup I could not hate. The baristas will ask how you like it and will surely deliver.

This place used to be great, but it’s taken a dive. Barista first of all never wears a mask and this is indoors airconditioned. Coffee is no longer good. Place is messy. Disappointing.

Love this place! They have a really nice ambiance and good food (though a bit pricey) Tried the nasi goreng and some of the pasta, with my friends. I forgot the name of the pasta, but the one with the bacon in it, was good! We really had a great time, thanks to their very fun and enthusiastic server, MARY ANN! She’s the best! Makes the food even more tasty. ☺️ Btw, plus points for the table dividers, implementing safety measures for everyone. Alsoooooo Thanks for the cupcake for my friend’s birthday. The ‘fanning’ of the candle instead of ‘blowing’ it was kinda awkward but super unique and fun! We’d definitely go back again and experience not just the rest of the food on the menu but the encounter with Ate Mary! Love ko na siya promise!

What i love about this coffee shop, you can choose the strength of your coffee to light, medium and full bodied (strong). The place is really good for studying, and meeting place with your business partners or friends. Good thing they have unli wifi and lotsa lotsa sockets. Thumbs up!

The place and the ambience is great. Even the food and drinks served are up to the mark. But customers are treated differently. If you are going for just one coffee, or just a piece of cake you will feel like you are not wanted there. A customer is a customer, no matter whoever he or she is. Treat all of them with respect, otherwise you will loose them in no time. Highly disrespectful on their part, being such a good place to hang out. I guess I will not not be coming back after this incident.

It was my first time going here based on a recommendation of a friend. Right off the bat, we were greeted by a very friendly and hospitable service staff - Mary Ann who did not hesitate to recommend us the best dishes on the menu to try. I had the Steven’s Arrabiata with Bacon which was very delicious! It was definitely worth the try. The food is superb and the ambiance is very relaxing but what made our dining experience even more memorable is the amazing service of Mary Ann who made us feel at home in this establishment. She, together with her colleagues, even gave my friend a birthday cupcake with a bonus song number of course. She’s such a ray of sunshine despite that she was already finishing off her shift and probably already very tired. It’s nice seeing someone so enthusiastic at what she does especially during crazy times like this. I highly recommend this establishment for the overall experience - great food and great staff plus they are very strict in implementing social distancing protocols. We are coming back to try coffee and also to interact more with Ate Mary Ann. ❤️

Very nice vibe to the place. It is an Au/NZ cafe/bar with reasonably priced food - breakfast items, sandwiches, salads, pizza, pasta with a good selection of beer and wine. Service staff are very nice and they make sure the customers enjoy their dining experience.

Nice ambience. Good food but bit pricey. Their cream cheese waffle with salmon was great! I need a stronger coffee than their iced coffee. The Cocktails don’t seem to fit my taste.. On my POV, this place looks more like a cafe but the music they're playing is much more like something you would expect in a bar. They trained and produced the best baristas in town and they served perfectly personalized coffee for every customer who visits there store. They ask the customers how strong or even mild the coffeethey want. Definitely this was the best third-wave coffee shop ever in manila that promotes local coffee beans here in the philippines. I ordered Pour Over Coffee at around 10:00 PM It was a great experience while Barista named Marco detailing on how to make my coffee. While Lorraine on the other hand explained the difference among other coffee shop in Makati. The place was so exquisitely calm and cozy And the price I must say is affordable. Best Coffee shop so far I have tasted in the South East Asia. A must visit for us traveler and for a coffee lover enthusiast. Thanks for the Great Service Marco and Lorraine!
