I buy coffee ice with fresh milk, kaya bread and barley ice. The ice coffee is very satisfying. It's delicious, the coffee is quite strong, the milk is tasty and not too sweet. The kaya bread is toasted. It's stuffed with Kaya spread and cheese. Kaya is jam that contains coconut milk, eggs and sugar. The barley ice is flat. This is the first time I taste barley ice, and taste like fermented sticky rice, but less sweet. Actually I expect Irish cream barley...hehehe. it has 3 space, 2 rooms in aircon and 1 outside. The other one is at the second floor. I have not yet had a chance for heavy meals, but during my visit, many families enjoy their main courses. Should return to try their main course menu.

Homey and hits the spot. Perfect coffee, toast, and runny eggs anytime of day.

If you want a different coffee taste experience, try their coffee with condensed milk. Match it with their coffee bun by dipping a part of it in coffee. Yummy! I wish they could add more snacks in their menu.

I love the Kaya Toast with soft boiled egg the most. I prefer this over Nanyang, to be honest. It’s also more affordable and worth it. Coffee bun is alao good. The coffee is also good tho I think it’s more pleasing to the ones who have some “sweet tooth” but overall, I would always want to come back here.

Great coffee place. Not that accessible through public transport but if you got a car its a worth taking a stop and drink some coffee and get Kaya Toast. Front parking is a bit limited but there's an area at the side you can park if you really want your coffee fix.

Not a fan of the Cafe Mocha but the Peanut Butter Toast was delightful. The cubed toast was warm, crisp, and smothered in peanut butter that was sweet with a salty aftertaste. I think it also goes well with the soft-boiled eggs that my friend ordered to match her Kaya Cheese Toast! Taking note of that for my next visit.

One of the oldest branches opened. Quite dissaponting since tea with milk tastes like no milk here, you need to purhase an additional. Teh and kopi is served in paper cup than the regular mug. 😑 Place is clean but can be cleaner Parking is limited but you can park at the side of the road. Service crew is abit cold to talk to and you cant feel they care. Just following standard protocol on how to answer clients. Kopi bun and other the other is good but not warm. Dissapointed since i am comparing them with kopi roti Timog. Timog is better even is place is abit old.

This has been my favorite spot for coffee buns. I ordered coffee with condensed milk too. But they gave me coffee with milk.

I like that they have set menus for their coffee and buns. It makes it easier to decide what to have. Just make sure to tell them whether you want sugar or not in your coffee with milk. Otherwise, they automatically add sugar.

Their coffee has changed a lot. It only tastes like colored water with sugar. There's no taste of coffee at all anymore. Asking them to separate the milk from the coffee nor put too much milk... they will still serve it sweet and mixed. Because they have already prepared it mixed, will just reheat and serve it. 🙁

Edited review: greaf coffee buns! They have a smoking area! Cr is clean enough. Good place to hang out late at night since they close late.

The place is located north bound of Katipunan after coming from white plains. House specialty includes the kopi buns which are bext for dine in or take out. Try the Kopi with condensed milk for sweetener but you can request for 50% less or no sweetener. The Kaya toast with butter (kaya toast) is a favorite. Also the soft boiled eggs well prepared. They also serve delicious pork siomai.

Been here for a lot of times already. Love their set meals - Kaya Toast, Peanut Butter Toast, Kopi Bun, Soft Boiled Eggs + Coffee (hot and iced). It's the first time we tried their Pork Siomai and we loved it as well. The place, though, has limited parking and needs some fix (like the dilapidated bench and smelly restroom).

Their coffee bun breakfast is pretty good complete with soft boiled eggs and they have one of the best tasting siomai too. Changing their coffee mug into disposable paper cup, due to pandemic, somehow affect the coffee taste tho.

Been craving for the traditional Singaporean Kopi but sadly their kopi wasn’t very authentic as they use brewed coffee only. It lacked the boldness and creaminess. Coffee bun was great though!

The food are generally too sweet compared to the true Singapore/Malaysia taste. And is Pricy in my opinion. But it's so far nearest to what a Malaysian or Singapore can accept .

Tea Tarik was nice as well as the Kaya Bread and Kopi Bun. The chef ran away at 8pm so no real hot food after 8. What a pity..

The food is what we've always liked. But not as big as before. The place is quiet and still nice to visit ever after many years. Parking is limited and your car can be towed if you're not careful.

Just checked into the place again. And the place has got a face lift. Amazing cozy place, great kopi and bun. Cash only transaction, luckily there is a nearby atm. Parking is difficult. Today I ordered the kopi bun, coffee and siomai. Becoming a fan of their siomai.

On the high side, If you're looking for a fusion of Singaporean or Malaysian inspired quick bites such as Kaya toasts, coffee crusted buns, soft boiled eggs and bitter drip of roasted coffee with a mix of condenensed milk. Kopi Roti is a place to consider. They also have frappes and iced drinks, tea, barley drinks, dimsum noodles and burgers. The dining area is quiet and suitable for families with kids or couples on a quick date. There is ample parking space around its corner and an alfresco dining option. On the low side, it's a bit pricey for the serving size. A couple of small soft boiled eggs, kopi bun and an order of dimsum (4 pc small siomai/dumplings) will set you back around 250 pesos ($5.00++) at that price point it's at par with mid range heavy lunch gourmet menu with other establishments. Another low would be its inaccessibility to customers without cars. However, we're talking about Kopi Roti, it has a unique and good taste and hasn't changed for decade or so, and has good appeal for a niche dining market and regulars who have been a fan of Kopi Roti.
