The venue is clean and sanitary. Staff are friendly. I received a single treatment while my brother had the double treatment. We saw little to no whitening effect. I was being optimistic. Our teeth was shade s16 (middle range). Afterwards we were told it was S6 or 10 shades whiter. We were not convinced. Whitening strips which is really hydrogen peroxide generic and branded are far more effective from my personal experience. They clean the stains much deeper than the first layer and cost much less. The photo had an auto beauty filter and the mirror light was extremely bright which might cause the teeth to appear whiter than actual.... Read the reviews from their Australia branch by real cloents and not paid bloggers and influencers.

I wish I could give 5 stars however I really didn't get any value for what I paid for. Manage your expectations! I guess I had very high expectations of how white my teeth should be but it did not turn out the way I hoped, especially for the price I paid for the treatment. Some positives were that the staff are very courteous and friendly and the online appt booking platform was easy to navigate. I requested them to send me before and after pics of my teeth and after close scrutiny, found no visible change. I really wanted this to work for me. :( I did the double whitening treatment. I did not see any change in shade after an hour. The lights are really bright in their location so it is really hard to confirm if there was any real change. I also requested the Nano Seal which was an additional charge. Sadly, there were no white teeth to protect so that was another waste of money. I guess will just have to try the at-home whitening kits again. If you love coffee, tea, red wine and cigarettes, save your money and accept the fact the things you love will make your teeth yellow or lower your expectations, that's all.

It’s my second time in Smile Bar, but first time in this branch. It didn’t disappoint. My teeth are now 7 shades lighter after the triple whitening. Excited to come back to maintain it! I love how I feel pampered also whenever I’m here — they offer a blanket, headphones (Bose Quiet Comfort 45 no less!), neck pillow!

Really nice and quick! On my second visit, my teeth lightened six shades! Ara, the staff who was attending on me was also nice. Pay them a visit if you want to improve your smile too!

It was my second time to try the double whitening at their BGC branch. Like the first time, it was a pleasant experience! The staff was very accommodating not just with the process but they also made it easy for me to charge my phone while I was in the egg chair. You can really see the instant whitening of your teeth after each session and what I like about this is you don't have to wait for days before you can get coffee. I can't survive a day without coffee!

It was my first time in Uptown BGC and I would say that I like the service will definitely come back.

Me and my friends recently tried The Smile Bar, and we loved the results! My teeth got 10 shades lighter just from the Single Whitening session. I definitely would have done Double Whitening (which is recommended for first-timers) if I had more time for even lighter teeth. Can’t wait to go back for my next visit!

They're not as responsive on text while booking. Then I asked if we can move our booking to an hour later but they said they're already fully booked. So we kept our original schedule. But when we were there during the procedure, an hour later, there were still no new customers. So I don't know what they meant by "fully booked". The place is clean, except no toilets so have to go back to the mall for that. The procedure is not exactly "painless" for me. I could definitely feel a tingling on my teeth. The consultant said that my teeth are sensitive. My teeth went 6 shades lighter with double whitening. But my gums hurt afterwards and had a slight wound. They gave cotton swabs with vitamin E and what smells like coconut oil to apply to the gums. We also got the nanoseal. I was hoping to do this again but I don't think I will given the pain.

I did triple whitening, but I didn't feel any difference at all. They say color have changed, but there is no noticeable effect. You guys better to get whitening toothpaste is more reasonable and cost efficient.

Just by entering the smile bar, you already know you're in good hands; very accommodating staff, in PPEs, and a truly smooth process. I tried the single whitening and now my teeth are 8 shades whiter! The Nano Seal is amazing too, you don't have to restrict yourself from eating colored food/drinks after this additional service. Yay, coffee! Overall: Recommended!!

I got a gift from my fiance a couple of months back since I always wanted to try out their service. They did not disappoint! I got 8 shades (i think) from just the double whitening. Will definitely come back and most likely have their service as a regular maintenance for my pearly whites!

Glad to have finally tried the Triple Teeth Whitening procedure at The Smile Bar BGC. From 28 to 18, that’s 10 shades whiter. Love it!!! I like the experience, the service, and the staff are very accommodating. They are able to explain all that I need to know since it’s my first time to do the procedure. Two thumbs up! :)

I came an hour earlier for my appointment and they were very accommodating and started with me right away. Everyone was so pleasant and friendly. Can't express enough how great the service was and they were very knowledgeable of their products and services. All steps and products used were explained prior to starting the treatment. They're great and would Highly recommend. Would definitely come back when I'm in the area.
