The one star missing is that I’m dissapointed in your leche flan, I love leche flan so much that in each food establishment I go where they serve leche flan I would really grab a bite. You mixed in egg whites with your recipe and to cover the smell of the eggs you used too much vanilla essence which is overpowering the leche flan. It is also lacking sweetness that I’m looking for in the flan. But all in all everything was excellent would highly recommend the restaurant to everyone :)
