Went here spontaneously on a Monday afternoon without knowing that there is a dress code. We were in slippers since we live nearby. Good thing the staff still accommodated us. Good value for money, just don't expect too much on their desserts. Will definitely come back. Thank you!

The parking was spacious. Kudos also because they have appointment basis or reservation. The ambiance of place is very homey. There is a wide variety of Filipino food to choose from. My favorite was their Angus Tapa and Banoffee! 1000/10!

Perfect 🤩 The food, the atmosphere, the cleanliness of the place from dining to toilet, the house music, the staff service... what can you asked for?!? Twas a great experienced and will surely come back for more! Food taste are well balanced. Desserts are not too sweet and far much better from others. Drinks has a lot of options -- from lemon ice tea to red ice tea to peach lemonade to cucumber juice to water.

It was a fulfilling experience. Reading the writings on each plate that were displayed on the walls are the exact same feeling I felt when I ate the food at Chef Laudico Guevarra's Restaurant. Foods were on point and were seasoned perfectly. The place is very inviting and the servers were polite and accommodating. I even thought that it was expensive at first, but for only 600 pesos per head, you can taste all the great filipino cuisines that we are proud of. I am sure you will enjoy as much as I did when you visit this place. I am definitely going back.

This is easily one of the best value breakfast buffets in the metro. At 499 pesos you get great selection of pinoy and western breakfast food, desserts, drinks and so much more. Plus you get to eat at a cozy house like atmosphere similar to eating at the Sala of your old rich neighbor. Got a plate full of bacon, corned beef, spicy longganisa, egg, waffle and garlic rice. They also had different kinds of bread and pancake with different toppings/syrups to choose from. Don't get any of the juices (taste like juice powder), instead get the fresh fruits. I also suggest you come in early (730 or earlier) as their parking gets full easily. Still overall package at 499 is hard to beat considering a 2pc chicken meal is around 200 pesos already.

Everything is delicious even the desserts! There's a variety of food to choose from and we love the paella and lechon. Just take note that you have to reserve a table beforehand because all the tables were taken (they follow social distancing prtocols). All the staffs are courteous and helpful. The background music is relaxing.

Filipino buffet at a good price point... no wonder they were packed to the brim even on a weekday! There were balikbayans in each table, including ours. Understandable, since this comes out really cheap for them. Would I go back? Nope. Food was ok, nothing to rave about, nothing to complain about either. BUT, the queue to get the food was insane! Not senior-friendly because you'll be standing for a long time. The food is buffet-style, but you can't serve yourself and are at the mercy of the server to get the parts you want. There were no sugar-free drinks (aside from water); softdrink dispenser was Pepsi but there was no Pepsi max. The noise levels inside the resto were also bad. The floor is wooden, and there's not a lot of material to dampen sound, so it gets really noisy inside. The old house itself was charming, but I rated the atmosphere low for the noise levels. The staff were friendly though, and very eager to take photos of the guests.

Best buffet in Manila. Local cuisines is a notch after many high price restaurants. Vikings has no competition with Guevarra. Guevarra buffet lines are smaller than Vikings but taste and value is far above . Went to Vikings once and have no desire to go back. Don't get me wrong, Vikings is not bad. Guevarra is best, went back 3 times in 10 days. Even if it is same price as Vikings, I would repeat my visits. But is is cheaper and much better. Good job chef G

Food and service is awesome as always. Regardless of how many times we went there the quality of their food and service is always consistently great. Their roast beef is as always the star of the show. It's the reason why we have to go back there several times now. Their spread may not be as wide as other buffets like vikings but they make up for it with their top notch food quality, their staff's awesomeness and the venue's homey vibes

First time to try chef laudico’s buffet. I would recommend the following dishes: Garlic shrimps Lechon belly Callos Overall, I’d say it was good for the price they charged. The ambiance itself was also good. The only thing I didnt like was the managed buffet since they serve really small portions that you would need to keep standing up.

To be honest, I wasn’t expecting much since they serve mostly Filipino dishes plus the price per headcount was relatively cheap (at least comparing to other buffet restaurants). But to my surprise the food was actually great! The crew will always take your plate every time you leave the table, and I liked that they’re very responsive to requests. The buffet room was a bit cramped, specially when the house is fully booked but rest assured that the food inside always get restocked. Totally worth it.

Our first time back since the new normal. A lot of health protocols have been instilled but their food still remained the same. Masterfully made dishes from thier buffet menu and its all delicious. From thier carving station that serves Roasted US Angus Beef, Whole Lechon, Lechon Belly to thier savory seafood items like Halabos na Hipon and Salted Egg Crabs and more. One, two, three plates of coming back is not enough I tell you. Thier buffet comes with unlimited drinks as well from juices to sodas and variety of desserts so it's a plus. The service is great as well. I notice they have alot of staff for service and kitchen teams and they all run like clockwork. Food is always served hot and fresh, your table is being cared for by the service team and they are very strict on following the health guidelines and is continuingly monitoring the number of guests allowed on thier buffet area where you get all the food. Also, they open dinner early at 5pm. Parking is no issue as they have an exclusive slots withing thier property. Recommend this one! Kindly give a LIKE 👍 if this helps! A relative celebrated birthday here and got invited for the breakfast buffet. All in all, this place has value for money because most of the breakfast dishes tasted good. The best ones for me were arroz caldo and beef tapa (savory and not sweet profile). Staff was also very accommodating and even told us that we can avail of their 3+1 promo for the month of August.

Modified Buffet during pandemic You order from a menu and they’ll bring out small portion. You can order as much. I think quality of food is a hit or miss. I would suggest for kitchen staff to check quality of food being served to customers Also, even if you check items from the menu, it doesn’t mean that you’ll get everything...unless you follow up. Hopefully, somebody from the restaurant will read this and take actions to improve the quality of food! Now, staff are all working hard to serve the customers on top of the extra precautions they do. The place is great specially at night. Overall, I want to go back but please improve the quality of food.

It is worth every penny you spend. We always go back whenever we have time in the Metro. Kudos to everyone especially the ever amiable Chef Laudico :) More years of great food 😺🙂😺🙂

Hmm.. i think the place is overrated. Ambiance is good, exterior is nice but there ain’t nothing extraordinary about the food. We thought there was something unique in the food that’s being served here since the place requires reservation and it’s always fully booked according to the staff. We went here without booking in advance but luckily someone cancelled and we were accommodated. There are lots of food to choose from, mostly Filipino dishes. Several food sections are soup and appetizer (bread, green salad, pizza, croquets); the main course (paella, plain rice, penne pasta, pancit canton, veggies, pork, chicken, beef, fish/seafoods); drinks (lemonade/juice, soda, sago’t gulaman); and dessert (halo halo, fruits, cakes and pastries, soft ice cream). There are international cuisine but with a Filipino twist like the Adobo maki and lechon maki. Was excited to try the adobo and lechon maki but was disappointed since its a bit overcooked. Some of the food are superb like the roasted angus belly which melts in the mouth for its tenderness, pancit canton, kangkong croquets and fried lumpia croquets. Some are ok but some of them are a bit off for my taste like the callos and caldereta which are a little sweet. What’s remarkable about the place is their staff whom I will give 5 stars for their professionalism and patience.

Very homey vibes but with an exceptional spread of Filipino food! My friend mentioned Guevara's to me more than 10 years ago but took only a chance this year because it was hard to book every time we went back to PH. So my only tip is to book in advance for big parties! You'll have to wear a mask too while in the buffet area so make sure you bring a mask. The seating is semi private because each group/party is in their own private room.

Went during the lunch buffet. The classics like kare kare, lechon were good. All desserts that I tried were also good. Buffet area is a bit small and tends to be crowded. Wait staffs standing overseeing the buffet can add up to the crowding of the area. Buffet is already manned so I don't think there is a need for the staffs to be in the area. Lastly and I hope Guevarra's consider this, as all desserts were good, it would have been a better experience if brewed coffee is included in the buffet (even local beans would do). Having to add 50php per cup for coffee is a turn off.

The place is very inviting, it looks like an Old Spanish house that was converted into a dinner. The huge number of guests will say so. On the contrary, the management should have checked the arrival and departure of all the guests. We were allowed to enter later than the agreed time though we departed a few minutes before our time up. The food are really surprising.

If you are looking for a bistro with a wide variety of home-grown and authentic Filipino dishes with a twist, then this niche is for you. A traditional restaurant with enduring taste found at Guevarra's St, cor. Argonne, San Juan, Metro Manila. They serve amazingly well seasoned, and classy excellent buffet no wonder they remain to shine after several years in business. They have ample selection from appetizer up to desert even drinks. It was my first time with this place and I enjoyed it. 1. Nice atmosphere. 2. Food is savory! Must try - Angus tapa, Angus beef, Lechon de Leche, & Dinuguan. 3. Staff are receptive 4. Tidy lavatory 5. Bang for your buck! 6. I warmly recommend it!

The food is not so extravagant and given it's price, I was expecting for more food options but it's really limited. I love their sweets and my favorite is their tapa. The place is cozy and clean. The crews look great in their uniforms and they take your used plates promptly.

I tried the whole chicken, sinampalukan. Initially, I thought I would like it as the meat was fall-off the bone type. But it was a waste that the sampalok leaves were wasted and made inedible when the innards of the chicken were still there. So, the meat wasn't very tasty, as thought

(Translated by Google) Due to pandemic, they also have safety protocols to follow. There is a health declaration form, there is a queue but if you go early, it is fast. Much better if you make a reservation. If you are 8pax, like us, you need to pay 50% to reserve your slot, of course so that the reservation is not wasted. If you get food, you need to wear your faceshield & mask. Used plates are not allowed to reuse when you get the plate again, they will offer you clean plates. The food is delicious, very filling. It is also worth going to dinner because their garden is instagrammable. (Original) Due to pandemic, may mga safety protocols din sila na sinusunod. We recently dined at Chef Laudico Guevarra's buffet restaurant and was blown away by the delicious and diverse range of dishes on offer. From fresh breads to sushi, and Filipino favorites, there was truly something for everyone. One of the highlights for me were the unusual and creative desserts with names that caught my attention, but most importantly, tasted heavenly. The quality of the food was exceptional and it was clear that a great deal of care and attention went into each dish. Aside from the food, I was also impressed by the atmosphere of the restaurant. The interiors were tastefully designed with a mix of traditional and modern elements, creating a welcoming and comfortable ambiance. The staff were attentive and friendly, adding to the overall positive dining experience. Overall, Chef Laudico Guevarra's buffet restaurant is definitely worth a visit for those looking for a diverse and delicious dining experience. The quality of the food and the creativity in the dessert selections were particularly impressive. The restaurant's atmosphere and friendly staff added to the overall enjoyment of the dining experience. I highly recommend giving this restaurant a try. PS. It would be better to have a reservation and be sure to arrive 15 mins before the time. We have waited for about 15 mins to park.

Booked a dinner for our department's annual Christmas Party. All I could say was the food, service and atmosphere was great. So far, it was the "BEST" buffet restaurant that I have visited. Everything was really worth the price. I would highly recommend their Lenggua with mushroom sauce, roasted Angus beef, Pizza and Sushi rolls with a Filipino twist and their sweets/desserts. Health and safety measures were also observed as they require everyone to wear face masks when getting food from the buffet area. The utensils and facilities were all clean and well-maintained, the whole area was also air-conditioned. The parking is quite spacious and the whole place gives-off a "traditional and ancestral" feel. Would definitely dine again to this restaurant and recommend it to others as well.

We went here for my fathers 69th birthday. Most of the food were good and delicious. Food selection for me was just enough and you will not be overwhelmed by the choices of dishes. Im not a fan of buffet with massive selection of food because in reality you will never get to eat all of them. The standouts for me are paella, empanada, seafood soup, shrimps, siomai and maki & sushi. I also love the meats in the carving station. I went back for the angus beef belly. Desserts were also good amd have plenty to choose from. The staff were all friendly and helpful. They require guests to have a prior reservation which is okay for me to guarantee a seat. The place is an old spanish/filipino house which adds to it's charm.
