    Useless, lazy and ignorant. We ordered food. Of course, the delivery brought the wrong order. When trying to speak to customer service, they did not want to help and said we should speak to the restaurant directly. Once we rightly insisted that they are supposed to organise a new delivery, they just hang up the phone... What is this? What kind of peasant business is this? How can a business survive like this? By the way, we still have not received our refund...

    Lesson learned, do not pay in advance. FOOD PANDA WILL NOT REFUND YOU FOR UNDELIVERED FOOD. I have been using food panda for years, however, one bad incident can make you ABHOR the whole app. I ordered and paid through my registered credit card, so since I have been a user of this app for years, and have regular deliveries (almost everyday during lockdown), I assumed that there are not problems and expected it to arrive anytime. We waited, and waited, and waited, nothing arrived. Now, when we checked the app, the order was cancelled, because they CANNOT FIND THE ADDRESS! Its crazy! When I talked to the rider, he said, he was ringing the doorbell and no one was answering, its so crazy made me think this was a scam! Did a survey around the house and no one heard any doorbell. Now, I thought, fine, since I did not get the food, I'll just ask for refund. Now here's the catch: FOODPANDA WILL NOT REFUND YOU. Even if you contact their customer service. You don't get the food, you also do not get the refund because their incompetent driver chose not to do their duty.

    The worst food service, got my food late, made it not edible, and can complaint via live chat. Snobbish system and quiet coward as well. I have sent an in mail message to the CEO and head of sales via LinkedIn. Let’s see what they have to say on the poor service of their company. They should fire the CEO and head of sales immediately reading all of the complaint and no actions from their end. I have been sending the CEO an inmail message on LinkedIn and he didn’t even bothered to reply. That really shows the quality of the management Update: the CEO and head of sales haven’t replied until now. This is truly showed how awful their customer focus is. Update again: no reply yet on my inmail from both of them. And if you are really customer focus like you claimed below, you should made the call that I requested at the beginning already. The fact that you don’t have a dedicated phone line for customer shows everything. Your reply below is a total lip service and fail short. L

    These guys are liars especially the customer service reps. Spoke to four of them, two of them claimed I was disconnected and i was clearly not, the other two blamed me for inputting the wrong pin, when I order via grab I don't have pin location issues so why is the issue with food panda. Then the worst thing was the poor driver claimed he had delivered the food to the wrong location when he clearly did not deliver it and food panda had the audacity to tell me to go and pick the food from the wrong pin - location pin that is a result of their fault map It's only a matter of time before you realise how customers are important for your business, by then it would be too late. Rude set of humans and managers running this app. Customer service is non existent, they should just close the departments

    Worst customer service ever. Never pay using credit card here! Very risky to prepay your orders cause if they don’t deliver it, you’d have to use their chat support to get a refund. Most recently they won’t even issue my refund and their customer service takes 24-48 hours to reply over email. Each time a different person will answer you with the same template response. Use grab foods or lalafood instead. Anything but this.

    If you're looking for reliable and trustworthy platform for food delivery in the Philippines, look elsewhere. Deleted my account after my latest transaction. Had two instances when the rider left with my order, both paid online. Reps just said they tried contacting multiple times but I have been on my phone waiting for a call/text but got nothing. They would not even bother investigating the issue any further. Company has absolutely no after-sales protocol for riders stealing your orders. Be very careful. Their definition of customer service is bouncing you off of different representatives just to tire you out enough that you will give up on resolving the issue. Would have given a -1 star if possible.

    No partner/merchant contact number, not responding to emails for months. Went to the main office, but I was pushed away because I dont have an appointment. HOW CAN WE MAKE AN APPOINTMENT IF WE CAN NOT CONTACT YOU?! They don't even have the decency to face a person whose last resort is to go out of his way to go to their main office out of frustration. After they made me wait, all they sent was a note instruction on how to file a complaint, wasting my time and gas money. I was told that there were others with the same issues as mine earlier. They instructed the guards not to let anyone see them, for they know that its another angry partner or customer who can not contact them. Its funny that when we were applying to them with all the fees, we were flocked with messages and calls from them, but when we were faced with issues, we were ignored. I want to throw their useless terminal back to them! As useless as their service. DTI will know about this.

    Order marked as delivered but didn't receive case# 219784726 Undelivered food You have not provided resolution. You keep telling me the issue is resolved. Repeatedly sending you my complaint. Clearly you don't care about this order complaint. Clearly you don't have a resolution team. No customer service at all. Your service reviews all very poor pertaining to poor delivery and absolutely no customer support at all. Totally avoiding refunds despite of your fault. No accountability. Unprofessional. Been trying to dispute my issue but response is always issue resolved. Obviously this will not do me anything good anymore since you got my payment already and all you will give me is an apology letter. There is no resolution provided. Either you give me my food or refund me my payment. Refunding my payment for undelivered food is the only resolution. Your policy says full refund for food not received.

    Encountered a rude rider who does not know how to follow a simple map. Seems uneducated with no manners at all. Even asked for another tip. 😡🖕🏻 Food panda Philippines must be hiring the all the dregs from all the delivery service providers. App also has no transparency on the rating of the rider. I suspect most are below average.

    I order regularly using this app in the Phillipines, it's been decent. Mang Inasal is a restaurant in Taal, I ordered first time on 4th December for a scheduled delivery. The delivery deadline was missed, there is no way you can contact foodpanda support. Only one way is to select you want to add an item and they will connect you to chat. I did this after several attempts to try to get in touch. They have no clue what is happen in and why the restaurant is not delivering. The guy offered me 60 peso as compensation, I asked my girlfriends father not to cook, and wait for the food, I made a fool of myself. Then the agent cancelled the order saying the restaurant is unable to fulfill. It was a very embarrassing and shameful situation. Having not learnt my lesson, today 17th December, I scheduled a delivery again hoping they had sorted out the issues. Paid and waiting, 30 minutes past the dead line and no news. Contacted support, the guy Adnan assured me he will expedite the order and promised he will get the food to us by 10:30, which is an hour later than the deadline. I agreed and the moment I closed the chat, the order was cancelled. This is not really acceptable.

    HORRIBLE !!!.....ordered online, they charged me for all items ordered, but didn't bring/deliver them all....reached out via foodPanda Help Center, was told "after research, we cannot provide a refund for this undelivered item"......which basically meant "we STOLE YOUR MONEY, and refuse to give it back" and then they closed the chat, like a THIEF just walking away.....no amount of reaching out to customer service did anything.....I will never order from foodpanda which did NOT stand behind their name and reputation and being honest with customers....makes one wonder, how many times does this happen a day ?...an hour ? ....a minute ?....every 5 seconds ?.....kaching, kaching, kaching, the sound of foodpanda ripoff customer machine hauling in ill-gotten stolen profits

    My bestfriend from America ordered from Foodpanda using his debit card for me as a present for my birthday, the rider already picked up the items from the store, waited min of 2 hours and they cancelled. He cant even get a refund. Why is it even deducted when they havent even delivered the item? You do know that it support thievery right? Riders who have malicious intent is susceptible to do this.

    Payment in full. Not delivered in full I ordered food and drinks for my family, the food came “late of course” I paid the delivery guy. But when I came to the dinner table I realised that all the drinks is not there. So I contacted the customer “service” and explained that my drinks are not delivered. And the service guy just told me that they won’t do a refund. And then that’s I will get a email later if I wanted to discuss it. The email came 1 day later and it just said exactly the same that they wouldn’t give me a refund. 1 minute later there comes a new email saying that the dispute is closed and that’s it. That’s ridiculous there is better service in China then at food panda

    Horrible customer service! They refuse to refund me despite the issue being their fault. I placed an order, then out of nowhere I receive a call from the Foodpanda office asking if I was cancelling the order. I said NO but they cancelled the order after the call. Foodpanda is insisting I was the one who cancelled and refuses to refund me hundreds of pesos. They keep sending the same email despite me having several pain points that has not been met with proper resolution.

    The Rider was too lazy to read specific instructions for the delivery location. My order got delivered to a different address! They did not even have due diligence to verify if they are delivering to the correct recipient! The rider was too lazy to contact me by the app or by mobile. I sought assistance from chat support but they did not provide a resolution - the customer support was asking me to find out where it got delivered! They wanted me to knock on every house in the street to find my order! UNACCEPTABLE. POOR SERVICE!!

    Hi, I think this app need to check carefully before launching out. As the delivery guy called but we didn't receive them, they called 5 calls but our phone didn't get any. Normally with this app, the delivery guy never called much, why is that????? As today we got a very very scary situation as the delivery got mad after calling but we didn't get any calls, then he asked us for 200 peso for waiting free!!!!!!! And his attitudes were super scary, we couldn't believe as he was going to attack us. This is a very horrible experience with this app. We hope the authorities would do something as this is an extremely bad experience and was dangerous to our lives. We couldn't give the exact detail of this delivery in case he might attack us but please do something. Really horrible thing to happen today.

    I tried to order from Shakey’s SM lanang however when i was doing the payment it was saying the payment was unsuccessful then tried again only to find out i was already charged and sad to say my order got cancelled then I emailed their customer support and they were saying that It wasn’t charged but I got the notification that it was already charged as (UAE banks always do).I kept on explaining in my mail regarding the deducted amount but they were saying the same thing that it wasn’t charged. thought this app was amazing as it was initially doing well with my previous orders.Promise not to order again after this incident.

    First time experience: My delivery guy was given the exact address yet made us walk out UNDER THE RAIN, all the way to the subdivision's playground. He complained how he waited for 15 mins and that he called 30 TIMES (lies). Plus he didn't return the change. His dramatic attitude was not tolerable at all. Overall, his attitude would be rated 0 stars if possible.

    Be careful of their riders who steal. Overall most riders are honest but Panda30 who picked up my order from Restaurant Garuda stole the food which amounted to almost 2k. My location is near the restaurant but the rider never delivered the food and food panda never got back to me on my complaint. BE CAREFUL OF THIEVES. Only order COD because it is nearly impossible to get your money back if their riders end up stealing from you

    They overcharged me and didn’t give me a refund for it! The only way to contact them is through the app now, The email address is not monitored any more. The "service" in the app is horrible and I'm not sure if they are in India or what. They don't understand the issue and closed the case. Total ripoff.

    I've been using food panda app for years, when i ordered this february 2022, the coldstone at SM MOA give a different order with a much cheaper price than the ones i've ordered. When i began to chat with yousaf of food panda, i was assisted at first but later on did nothing. My money was wasted with a much cheaper order and i was disband by food panda from their app. Better choose a much better app than this. You've been a customer for so long and been helping them, now i think they don't want any help. Choose the app of the store instead. Than paying for just nothing in return.

    To the Admin/management/branch Good day Sir/Ma'am, Some of your delivery personnel do not follow the Local Government ordinance particularly by-standing in the middle isle of the road. I worked as a Security Officer for a Hotel hear in Kalayaan Ave, and have talked to your personnel about using our side of the road as their rally point, and we even post signs there not allowing bystanders/vendors and littering. when asked to leave they will just transfer to the middle isle of the road. they will only leave if the Bantay Bayan will reprimand them but then will come back afterwards. We will truly appreciate if you can do something about it, it is true that they cannot be penalized for doing this but them being undisciplined is becoming a nuisance. Do they have no other place to stay but on the middle of the road? Attached here with is the picture.

    Attn Foodpanda. I have ordered several times this week and for the 2nd time, I encountered a lousy rider. The first rider, he called me several times, around 20 f----ing times!!!! telling me that he arrived already at the house. When I looked out, he was not around and was on another street!!! When he delivered my order, he was grumbling and muttering under my breath and had the nerve to be angry. I thought it was just an isolated case. But then earlier this afternoon I ordered once again. The same thing happened. I asked that the driver climb upstairs on the 3rd floor because I was busy with work (that's why I ordered lunch). The same thing happened. The rider was grumbling as I asked him to deliver it to the 3rd floor where I was working. He was angry. This is utterly disgusting foodpanda. They are delivering our food. Food should give joy and be delivered with happiness. And it's something I didn't experience with you.

    I'm from Melbourne and I placed 3 orders to be delivered at Caloocan. Two orders were cancelled because they said, I cannot be contacted -- perhaps because they have to ring an international number. I then requested for a refund, but was denied and was told to keep my phone always handy. [Edit] - i received an email that i will be refunded for my cancelled orders. I'll update this again once the refund is received. [Edit 07/01/2021] - From the 2 cancelled orders, I only got 1 refund. Not happy. I felt I was robbed. [Edit 07/01/2021] - I got an email from Foodpanda. They are blaming me because they could not locate me and I was told to keep my phone near. What a do***he bag. They don't even know where my phone was that time or if I even have my airpods in my ear. They still refuse to give me the refund.

    The first time, and this happened during the ECQ, they delivered the wrong food. After reaching out to them, they provided 2 options - a refund or a re-delivery. I chose to have the food re-delivered because my family needed food and it was inconvenient to go out. no re-delivery and no refund. The second time, i ordered something. After a couple of minutes, my account was billed for another order I never placed. i then received a message that they will refund the amount. I did not receive a refund. Today, I ordered food and had them charged to my account. Half an hour later, they canceled the order. They said I cannot be reached. No reason that I cannot be reached, I particularly had my phone with me because I was waiting for the call. I also did not receive a notification on their app. I reported the issue but they refuse to refund. I asked them to show proof they contacted me before canceling the order. They replied with - "your issue has been escalated".

    MR PETER FROM YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST STAFF THAT YOU HAVE ABOUT RESOLVING ISSUES. I ORDERED AND PAID FOR THE MISSING FOOD.     Worst customer support ever, and I work in customer support myself! 🤦 1 star is being overly generous. I've had more bad experience with their support team than good. Haven't had any problems with the riders, it's the support team who abruptly ends chats for issues they don't have an answer to, the constant lying by giving reasons that don't make sense or pretend that it's been resolved, or leaving you hanging in the chat until you end it yourself, the abuse of saved templates even though it's inappropriate for the situation, keeps you waiting for ages without any updtes, answers that don't make sense for the issue a hand, zero resolution, etc. WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER!

    This is the second time that it happened to me that they cancelled my order without Giving any refunds. The first time i did not give it enough attention. So i continue on using their services . Till this second time around and its disgusting how drivers will cancel orders hiding on a reasons na hindi mahahanap yung address. Kung ang sampong riders nakahanap ng adress ko na walang problema at isa hindi nakahanap biglang nag cancel at hindi nagbibigay ng refund !!!!! Dapat mag refund ., this is a fraud ! You took my money !! I did not recieve my food!! Isnt it fair enough na you will give refund !! DISGUSTING!! Not gonna use your service anymore ! And this wont end here . For i am taking actions towards this !!!!

    No means whatsoever to ask for help about buying concerns like an unsuccessful refund. Also, unless Foodpanda Pay is set as the default for your refunds, refunds may take over a month. In that case, upon registration, Foodpanda should immediately ask whether to set Foodpanda Pay as the default for refund.

    We order in yellow cab thru this food panda for my daughter birthday august 12 we’ve been waiting for the food worth 3080 never came at all We complained and said it will investigated within 24 hr. This morning foodpanda came at home trying to check whether the food came well i said unfortunately it didnt come at all. Ramil that food panda driver said ok he will check it in yellow cab outlet in bicutan but accdg to him the yellow cab outlet said they have recieved notice from foodpanda dont pursue the order because its already late .We paid the food online what do you expect from us be happy with your sevice

    Zero star...very bad service. Very disappointed! I ordered earlier at SM Rosales Greenwich to make it sure that I can get my order in a right time. And they cancelled my order in last minute. I ordered on December 14 at 8am for Dec 16 at 11am. It shows at the tracking that my order was received. But when i follow up my order they cancelled my order at 11:10 am December 16. Why you didn't cancel earlier if you cannot accommodate or make my order? Or they if you have technical problem? I ordered for my son's Christmas party at the school as his share for their food . Napahiya yung anak ko sa ginawa niyo. Nahiya siya sa teacher niya classmate niya at sa mga parents. This is not acceptable!

    Worst customer support I ever got. I’m ordering food from you twice a day for half a year, today my order got picked and sent to the wrong person... customer support called me and asked if I want to rearrange or to cancel, which I answered to rearrange for 10 times, NOT TO CANCEL but after 1.30 hours my delivery suddenly got canceled..

    I placed my order using Food Panda app at 3:28PM and the delivery waiting time is 45minutes. It is already 415pm but the app says waiting time is 7minutes, so I said it's fine maybe there is a bit delay. But at 430pm, the app still says 7mins waiting time so I reached out with the app's Help Center and the staff told me that it's on the way and it will arrive at 445PM. So I went out of my unit down to the gate to wait for my order but it's been 445pm but no rider has arrived yet. And so I reached out the Help Center once again and the agent apologized for the delay and told me to wait more and the order will arrive at 5:04PM. The thing is my order has not arrived yet so at 5:15pm I have to cancel my order as it is already unbearable at my end so I got a confirmation at 5:18pm that the order has been cancelled and the amount settled will be refunded to my card. At the time it was cancelled, a message popped up on my screen and it was the rider telling me that he was on his way and that he also had to wait for 1 hour at the store. I pity the rider because he had to wait for that long too. So I think it's the store's problem already. I am just so disappointed that I have to wait for almost 2 hours and the Food Panda app and its staff are not reliable and at the same time incompetent with the delivery time. Honestly, I had prepared a tip service to the rider but too bad the order has already been cancelled.

    I've been using foodpanda since 2020, and experienced better service back then. But today, ordering and customer service has been extremely horrendous. They don't know how to explain properly why my account has "disabled" the online payment methods. Even suggested that I pay by cash - having checked my account surely they would know I'm living overseas. I have deleted my account for now. Such a shame.

    Poor customer service... My ordered was marked delivered but i didn't received it.. It was already paid thru gcash.     Poor customer service! The agent was using the same script over and over again without a resolution. I ordered a food for my cousin in the Philippines as I’m out of the country and she never receive it. The driver took a picture in front of the gate as proof but he never contact the receiver where in I have a special instruction to call the person. I even gave him a tip just to make sure he will call the receiver, but he did not make any effort to call since the order is already paid. It is clearly unfair for me to pay for something that I did not authorize after all. Are you fraud?

    Foodpanda has the WORST customer service! I placed an order, paid using my card to make sure my order will be delivered. Just 5 minutes after placing, FoodPanda cancelled my order!!! They said refund will take 5 to 7 business... At this moment July 9, 2020, is on its 11th day but still no refund has entered my account. Scammers!

    This delivery service sucks!! It took them more than an hour to deliver the food I ordered (Order Number kjp6-jv1r ). I am just 1km away from the fast food chain where I ordered food for my lunch. When I asked for assistance from their customer service, they are very rude as if they wanted to end up the conversation right away without any concrete assistance solution to my concern. SO DISAPPOINTING!

    Food Panda is a coward company, if you will send them a complain they will not even respond to you but instead they blocked you instantly. Don't go to this services, I try to complain on the app, but this name Danny suddenly end the chat without waiting for my response. Food panda is coward. Don't even try to order to this very bad service company, they don't deserve even 1 star.

    If there is negative stars ill give it, to all overseas and foriegners in Philippines never use this app. Its like letting then steal your money. They cancel my oder just because 20 mins policy over 20 mins cancel no refund. Even a just a chance to pick it up cold food. No refund totally zero so wheres the food maybe recycled by seller. Only in the Philippines daming mag nanakaw. Never use this app at all better grab food

    Never trust the cashback offers from foodpand. It’s so hard to use it. Rather it’s designed not to use those cashback and let it expiry. I hv tried twice to use my cashback and all chat support from foodpanda is waste. Seems like their agent knew the cashback issue and they disconnect abruptly.

    at first, i love using this app. I was paying 39 pesos for Jollibee deliveries before and they raised it into 49 now. and even if its free delivery, they will charge you still. Like last time, i ordered cake from goldilocks, it should be free delivery but they charge me for it. the fact that the driver was using a bike and the delivery didn't come on time.

    Foodpanda doesn’t deserve a star! I ordered from them and they cancelled my order just because they couldn’t find the address but I used the same address when I ordered from them first time!! And this is the 2nd time. And they told me that Im not eligible for refund?!!! WHY?!!!! Its 1600!!!! Not 100!!!! Its not my fault if you cannot find the address dont use this as an excuse for you not to refund the amount that I paid!!!!!!!! SCAM!!

    I ordered 3 days before requested delivery date and was informed by email on delivery date and time that the restaurant had run out of the item and the amount charged to my credit card would be refunded without any estimated processing time. When I called my credit card to find out if there was a refund, I found out that aside from there being no refund, there were 3 other unauthorized transactions charged by Food Panda. When I tried to find a call center, there is none, only an email address. My credit card is now blocked because of fear it was compromised which is so inconvenient. My other order was delivered so 1 star rating.

    I use the service a lot but if there was any alternative I wouldnt ever use it again, its mind boggling how bad their support is, so many times you get screwed by your order being cancelled an hour later, getting wrong food, and then good luck getting the refund because the support wont give you the receipt # to present to your bank

    I topped up on Food Panda this morning Feb. 12 and it did not reflect on my Food Panda wallet. Cust. service called saying the 300 has been refunded yesterday evening Feb. 11 9:14 pm. How is that even possible?? They should have just refunded it as a voucher since I need to order lunch and it is already 3:33 pm!

    Applied for a business account since February 2023, they haven't gotten back to me yet, even for any feedback. Their prompt says it takes 2 days to process and validate, and it's been more than 4 months. It would be highly professional and ethical to hear any kind of feedback. They have several emails for customer services to cater business applications but all of those emails aren't working and they would redirect you to a help center which does not work and help at all!!

    Ringed customer service for the fraud/scam committed by the rider. The only answer we got is they will investigate, did not even provide details and reference number of the complain. They just tolerate these kind of actions by the riders (as i heard from other people and the store that this has been happening for a while now and foodpanda NEVER ADDRESSED THE CONCERN).

    I placed order in pandamart and weird is that the rider called me in my mobile. Instead of from the app and saying there was a glitch in pandamart and my order was doubled in the app. I checked from my end and i only see 1 order. Then second rider called me saying same thing. They want me to cancel my order from my end. They said that they will both deliver it but i need to cancel the order from my end when they get here so i will only pay for 1 order and they can return back the 2nd one. I definitely dont agree and this is frustrating. I told second rider to coordinate with pandamart and resolve from their end since they have not left the store yet and its the app issue from their end. The 2nd rider then came and delivered my order but it was so weird that he kept asking of my order details on his way. He ask for my delivery address, how much total bill and if im paying cash. He is calling in my mobile instead of messaging from app. When he arived he is still insisting to cancel my order from my movile even if it has been delivered and i paid him already. I insist i wont cancel because its my receipt in the app. I paid him 1000 and my bill is 973 and he said that he has no change and so i didnt ask for the change anymore. When i ask him if he can show me the order details from his end, he said that its no longer there. How could that be? But he is holding his phone and seems taking pboto or video. How can it happen that he has no record of m my order when he is claiming that it was duplicated and there were 2 orders came thru? How come he does'nt know the delivery address and amount when it should be in the app? After he left, i was surprise to see that my order is on cancelled status now eventhough i have received and paid for it. Is there anyone here who has same experience? I have reported it in the help centre and have asked if someone can call Me but no one has called me yet. I am under the impression that its a modus from the riders but how come they have the products. I want to understand whats happening so i will know what to do mext time. Please share if yu had same experience or know whats going on. Thanks

    NEVER USE PANDAPAY! If you use it on out of stock items, they will KEEP THE MONEY from your Pandapay and not refund! Even with screenshots of the transactions!!!! No more customer service, they seem to be using bots in their app. They're using scripts to respond, not a real response to the actual issue. A scam like so many people mention here!!! Worst "customer service" in the Philippines. That's saying a lot.
