I have assumed that this church is easy to find but actually hard to navigate with all the twists and turns, ups and downs of small streets aplenty! But upon reaching the Shrine, you are guaranteed peace and tranquility as well as a cool atmosphere. Looking at the image of the Lady of Guadalupe at the altar amazes you with the miracle of what happened to Juan Diego….and how I love the image/statue of Juan Diego!

Since it was my first time to visit the shrine, I don't know where the church is located plus I don't have wifi that time. I just walk around the place and saw petals of roses in front of people's houses and there I found the church. I went there during the feast of our Lady of Guadalupe and people were filled with so much joy- A beautiful church indeed, a meaningful celebration with profound explanation to the history of our salvation.

We have been going to this church since I'm a kid. A lot of improvements were made over the past years. This year they even installed ACs, probably taking into consideration the El Niño weather.

You can go in and out anytime inside the shrine. As per the office hours, it's more convenient to come now because their office hours were already adjusted and more friendly to other working people if they need to inquire about something. They offer lots of services including marriage, binyag, himlayan, etc.

This is a memorable church for me. Back then, it was called Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish Church. I was christened here May of 1983. I did volunteer work here, teaching catechism to kids who attended the 4pm mass in 2004. I was even part of their choir and had played the church organ. Thanks for the memories.

I was searching online for a Catholic church in Makati near my place and I saw this National Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe. When I saw it from the outside, I was already amazed by his welcoming it looked like and upon entering the gate, there's a big space where one can also attend the mass outside comfortably. The ambience inside(which was air-conditioned) would really help one to be more recollected and focused on praying.

I was supposed to pray the Stations of the Cross, but I sat down for the 7 Last Words instead. Although the mic was too muffled to understand, the highlight on this Good Fri. is the dramatic play held by a young girl & her abusive mother. The experience left my eyes closed & my teeth seething in pain due to my personal one, but verbally. I departed from the church in order to take my late lunch & to continue the traditional visits.

Very accessible to those who want to visit the shrine. Parking spaces are available anytime.Office staff and church volunteers are approachable. No office on Mondays.

Easy to find. With directional markers if coming from edsa northbound. A lot of food places around the church, but no decent coffeeshop though. I also hoped there were more parking spaces near.

After about 20 years I’ve yet agin visited our childhood church which was a short walk to our ancestral home back in the days. The same Roman Catholic church where my parents had their simple wedding, my and siblings baptism and so are our children’s. This church has been renovated for so many times looking at it very different from how it was. Larger seating capacity and has large ceiling fans too. Better interior ambiance. Parking is difficult as there is no designated parking for the patrons. There is a small columbarium downstairs where it used to be an open ground for dawn masses. Funny memories though; I used to meet my boyfriend at the same spot (where my brother in law’s ashes are now placed) to attend a dawn mass. Well that boyfriend is now my hubby and we still attend dawn mass where we live now (just sharing). Overall, it was a solemn experience and happy memory.

St. Peters Church is more popular than Quiapo Church. In fact Sunday Mass last until 9 - 10 shift. Christians or Catholics who value Sunday Mass can make up for the missed masses by dropping by.
