They never mentioned anything to ease their clients like me who is apparently having financial difficulties. They're financial advisor or officer never mentioned anything about admitting my dad in a ward. They suggested rooms and recommended my dad to be admitted in an ICU which is 55k per day. So, I waived and insisted not to admit him there. Speaking of service, it is definitely nightmarish. Until now, my dad is admitted here in a regular room, which is 15k-20k (though I paid a down payment of 45k), there is no update on what to do and what my dad needs right now. There's not even a single doctor who would like to tell me about my dad's condition. All they do is to monitor my dad's status and they keep sending us doctors who kept asking the same questions about my dad's condition, medical history, etc. They can't even tell us if my dad is okay, needed to be discharged, etc. Again, we can't afford anything here. We admitted him right here because he was admitted here last time. They are currently monitoring my dad, though based on my dad's CT scan, more likely he's fine. This hospital definitely has a lot to be desired. I definitely concluded they love leeching on their clients pockets and wallets. Posting this so those who wanted to check up, or be admitted in Capitol Medical Center, I'm telling you all, you will need a second opinion...

Oct 2022: I came in very early for a routine blood-test and ECG. Fast and efficient medical technologist at the Laboratory Dept and friendly staff at Cardio Dept. They also have a Seattle's Best Coffee nook near the entrance. Great service! πŸ‘ May 2023: I had my laboratory tests at 6:30am. After that, I ate at the cafeteria. Food was a bit salty. I got my results after an hour thru text message and email.

The Neurophysiological lab is very innefficient. Aside that the room is not suited for the purpose which would affect the results, they can't deliver the results on time so it affected our checkup schedule and resulted in additional expenses.

VERY POOR SERRVICE. I arrived the hospital around 1230pm for my 230pm procedure. Procedure only took 30 mins inclusive of waiting for the doctor’s prescription but the whole process took almost 4 hours. Process and waiting time beyond the procedure is super slow. There were times were there only one customer being attended to but there were 3 staffs that can assist. VERY POOR SERRVICE.

Doctor's assistant is not professional at all from room 306 consultation. She is very rude when dealing to patients. I heard how she bad mouths and saw how rude and inconsiderate she is towards the parent and patient who was a special child by the way. the overall process/procedure for consultation is not organized very frustating.

One of the worst hospitals here in the Philippines, from nurses to doctors(not all) and billing staffs as well as on pathology department except on ER Dept. This hospital only cares about the money and not about the health and condition of the patient. If only I can give negative stars to this review. Probably - 5 stars. Probably the worst of the worst experience in this hospital. Most of the Nurses and Doctors are not knowledgeable and very unprofessional. Sayang pera nyo kung dito lang kayo magpapagamot. If you have money, better at St. Lukes QC or St. Lukes Global na lang. Di nagkakalayo prices nila and walang lagayan portion sa doctors unlike dito, gusto pa ng doctors sa pf nila cash basis.

When you need immediate help or medical support, when it's an emergency ... DON'T GO TO CMC!!! We went there last Friday with a toddler with open chin after a fall. They asked all personal datas ... that's it. After two hours waiting in ER we gave up. Nobody checked the toddler, nobody checked the wound. Only one doctor was available (it's a hospital). We went to Providence and they took care the kid immediately ... cleaning the wound, x-ray the skull and final maintenance of the wound including gluing the cut. After that they asked about personal datas. All was done while one hour. Good job Providence - forget CMC....

Never bring your patients here or they will die. The facility is just ok but they lack medical doctors. There is way too many nurses but had no doctor we waited for 4hrs for just 1 doctor. Its private hospital but it feels like public. Better choose other hospital over this not worth it

This hospital thinks only about the money and not about the patient. Oncologist: Dr. J. Gonong: Medical Malpractice. Wrong diagnosis. She gave us a prescription to buy a therapy drug even though there's no results yet found on pathology lab and there's no appropriate screening for illness. (Pinapabili lang ung patient ng therapy drug sa med rep na nirefer nya kasi kumikita si doctor bawat transaction dun). Nanghuhula lang ng gamot ung oncologist na to. Better we sue her for this kind of services.

Badly maintained facility. Family member confined there since it's near and attending physician practices there. Had to bring our own portable vacuum cleaner as air vents were filthy--during this pandemic yet. On follow up visit, noted 2/f PWD restroom's water closet was overflowing (a crime against the environment) and bidet had no holder but lay on germ-laden floor. Imagine how many toilets CMC might have wasting water, and all the other filthy air vents. Que horror!

Tatay went for a non covid concern and right before we are about to leave, He was suddenly asked to transfer in covid e.r. Saying he has signs and symptoms of covid So they needed another set of blood tests etc etc and swab Ended up we stayed ans waited for 3 hours, no swab was done, he waa negative Ans we went back to regular e.r. We were so powerless when we were moved back and forth for regular e.r. to covid e.r. I know there are protocols, but doing it the way they did seemed so harsh and patients will be scared... End up we went home and A day after we went to ucpi Ended up tatays stomach was bloating due to enlarged prostate... Well It was a charge to experience lesson for me. Now I am traumatized in this hospital.

Earlier, I was about to pick up my mom from the clinic when I was stopped by the guard because I need to fill-up the triage first even if I already presented by COVID-19 vaccine card. I really don't get the purpose of the triage, it's time-wasting and inefficient as it can possibly increase the sread of the virus because of sharing pens. Also, what's the purpose of the triage when I already have my COVID-19 vaccine card with me and Metro Manila is under alert level 1? My mom, who is already 85 years old and casted because of a broken bone, have to walk far to fill-up the triage and walk back again to go to the clinic and it makes me mad because I do not see any use of the triage except to collect our personal information, my phone number, and address, and possibly sold for scam texts. In the past two weeks, I have already been going in the capitol medical center to have my mother checked-up, but this has been the first time I've been asked to fill-up the triage - showing how inconsistent this system is. This system needs to be removed because it's inconsistent, dangerous, and time-consuming.

Was in the ER for a shot, I’ve waiting literally an hour almost 2 for A SHOT. Been asking why is it taking so long they said that it needed to be approve first. Mind you the ER only have around 10 people There are like only 3 patients and around 7 nurses in the ER, this is at night too so everything is pretty quiet and not a lot of things happening. My biggest question is that isn’t the whole point of an ER supposed to have faster treatment and attention due to this being an β€œemergency”? After I took the shot my mom asked why they took so long? Their response is that if I want the service to be fast we should have just walked into the main entrance lobby than the ER I’m shock…. So are you saying that a walk-in regular waiting area is much faster than the ER? Then why is there a need for an ER if everyone can just walk-in and wait regularly? Why is there an ER anyway? The whole thing just baffles me.

Doctors are always late! Knowing their patients are in queued and no senior/priority lane! These people could contract Covid-19 while waiting for several hours! Patient's room CR is so dirty that you'll have a heart attack using it, toilet seats are gone, they don't even have shower curtain. And the hospital food is worse in the business. Didn't even provide disposable utensils. Don't know if it's a hospital or some sleazy motel room.

very impressed with the way i was taken cared of when i had a major surgery at this hospital. unfortunately, when i needed to go to the er for the first time earlier today, i was not assisted properly. my companion was not allowed to enter the waiting area despite the fact that other er patients have their companion with them. the nurses don't have a systematic approach hence the reason why i saw a significant pile-up of patients that needed to be attended to earlier. i waited for almost 2 hours before i can get the prescription, despite the fact that the doctor responded in less than an hour to give the necessary list of meds. the contrast between when i was in the er and when i was confined in capitol is very evident. i was very disappointed in your service earlier.

There are lots of remarkable things I noticed when I visited the hospital for my son's EEG. I just think that these things deserve attention from the management. You are doing a great job. Thank you! 1. Manelyn Ordonio from the EEG service team handled everything smoothly and excellently. She patiently answered all our inquiries. After knowing that we have a newborn with us, she took the initiative to conduct the health declaration interview to avoid any possible inconvenience on the scheduled appointment. We were amazed that our data were already endorsed at the reception when we arrived. 2. The reception area/triage is at the strategic location unlike the other hospital we visited. Nice system upon entry. 3. The staff at the elevator was attentive when someone needed help. He saw us looking for the EEG room and he immediately assisted us. 4. Manelyn conducted the EEG smoothly. She was organized. She gave us a briefing on what's going to happen and what should be done. We truly appreciated it since we're handling newborn. 5. The security guards were helpful too. From the time we went to the hospital for the scheduled EEG up to the time my husband picked up the results, they were attentive and responsive to our needs. I had a bad experience with other hospital. That is why I realized how great service can affect someone esp during this time of pandemic. Capitol Medical Center is one of the hospitals with an established system. Hats off to all of your frontliners!

If you can choose not to have a star, I don’t want to give it a star. This is the worst hospital in the world. If you don’t want to waste your life and time, don’t come to this hospital. It is very bad and greedy. This hospital doesn't want to accept or admit a patient if will be using HMO. They will tell you that they can't reach the HMO hotline even if it's available 24 hours and instead asks you to pay in cash and will tell you to do reimbursement aftewards. unpleasant staff & doctors who don't even bother treat my symptoms. all they care is the billing!

Ito ay isang ospital na di ko nakitaan ng alcohol sa mga strategic areas buti pa sa City of Dreams Casino left and right ang alcohol. Bukod sa Walang mga disenfectant for visitors or patients pati comfort room nakakadiri. My goodness what kind of management does this hospital have. You know why health care is bad in this country it is because doctor's make their pstient wait while in the USA the doctor's there are just like ordinary employees who are there waiting for you and they don't need any assistance to move machines as they themselves get it if they need to use it. Here in Capitol even the nurses have attitudes oh not to mention the doctors secretaries too have this awful attitude kala mo sila yung doctor ang lalakas pa ng boses mag kwentuhan bebentahan ka pa ng products nila walang professionalism. The wound clinic is also one place you wouldn't want to go to. The surgeon charged us with doctor's fee just for post op consultation and for the operation his fee as per instruction should be paid straight to him naku BIR dapat aware kyo may mga ganitong doctors and if I didn't inquire further he won't even say anything at all kulang sa detalye sa post ops pero nagbayad ka ng fee nya beware of that surgeon

Nope. Never ever going there again. If I could rate it 0, I would of done because my tita got sent to the hospital because she had really fast breath. They kept the in and she was there for a long time. Eventually she was not looking anywhere she was just looking straight like a statue and so they said they are not going to give her an injection and I'm guessing that they are just experimenting not doing what they are meant to do so they gave her a pump and they was pumping it so fast that she was breathing fast and fast until they gave up and said "oh I'm sorry we can't do anything, she is dead." I mean what hopeless nurses like they are treating their patients like a material for experiments and they don't know what they are doing but however my cousin got pneumonia but they knew not to go to capitol so they went to at Luke's and however it was expensive, it was worth it. They were so nice and helpful and cured her perfectly so shoutout to at Luke's and capitol, you need to start taking a look at yourselves and close the entire thing until it is on good condition

it is good hospital located in the heart of Quezon City business district...from the entrance it could be mistaken for a hotel, a taxi or private car can drop you at the main entrance gate a receptionist will help you of your inquiries and guide you where you are suppose to go...an attendant nurse will ask your info...but be very understanding , they might see you as " poor" or incapable of paying their DOC. PF... so they rather say it point blank...

I had 2 experiences here with my grandma. One was them suggesting surgery and making her stay in an expensive room when all she needed was a cast to let her shoulder heal... And last was when my grandma died. One of the guys who was bringing my grandma in so they could attempt to revive her said outloud in front of my family "ay patay na". If I wasn't trying to be the calm person in my family I'd broken his jaw. Inconsiderate and home to a lot of cash grab doctors. I believe not all are corrupt but that place will run you dry and die trying... With the patient likely be the one doing the dying.

I think they offer good medical service here. The place is tidy and straightforward. Though I think, they should offer more lights outside and around the area to protect people going to and coming from the hospital to ensure safety and security of their patients and guardians or visitors. They have good security guards in their annex parking lot.

1.Not all but most of the staff are rude. 2. Dropped the IV line in the floor during IV insertion. NOD just wiped it with alcohol pads. Well I understand it's just a few seconds but I know for sure they should disposed of it and use a new line. Did not comment I just observed. 3. Not my choice but my patient insisted staying with them.

Senior citizen super-friendly, As far as regular tests (uncomplicated machinery) or blood extractions, etc, are concerned. As for the complicated machinery, appointment scheduling isn't far from setting it unlike similar hospitals that make you wait close to a month. Walk-in with your Rx slip &/or documents.

ER personnel are very attentive. My ICU stay is also pleasant. I underwent angioplasty there. They have a great team there. Thanks!

So far capitol medical center improved so much. Tha rooms are newly renovated. And their covid facility is well organized and very clean. They are now well equipped. The only setback is when you are admitted for civid, the deposit they ask for is 45K. Unlike before they treat you even when you're shirt on budget. I guess that's the cause of improvement, innovation and technology.

This place is so inefficient, with all due respect to the staff, but waiting in the ER for 4 hours for an upset stomach is beyond nerve racking. I suggest any body of thinking of going here to have a second thoughts. Your will die not from what you sickness but from waiting for nothing

Useless hotline number. I called just for a simple inquiry about a service cost. I kept being transferred multiple times, waited on the line for minutes, until eventually the call just hangs up.

Price - Affordable Staffs - Professional Location- Easy to find Equipments & Procedures - Good Contact Numbers- Reachable Hospital is bigger than most I've been to. Staffs easy to talk to. Nothing grand but you get done what you need.

Disclaimer: This is a review and not the official website. The 4 semi-private cubicle (singel patient in 1 room) that shares a common toilet is reasonable for its price. From doctors, nurses, orderly and even housekeeping are courteous and helpful. But just the same, nobody wants to be checked-in.

(Translated by Google) They hold the patient here. I have a patient I know who was not released by the capitol med because there was no payment for the meantime..they pressed. Come to pcso and dswd..the pcso has already given tulonf..make a promissory letter that will be paid and money is expected. Colateral is still needed to release the patient. During the pandemic, hospital rooms were very much needed and yet they held our patients for a meager amount. Where is the heart of our hospital? For humanitarian purposes, do not detain the patient.

Doctors are good, service is good. Price seems to go high quickly compared to past years. Some areas need to be renovated, but all in all OK.

Looking for source of infection due to fever, expensive. The other day I was checking in at another clinic, seeing as I was feeling really rashes. Duling or two doctor janes who looked amazing. The other day nagpa check up ako sa ibang clinic ,nakita ung ngala ngala ko puro rashes na pala. Duling ata ung dalawang doctor jan na tumingin saken.

Worst service ever! I was informed that only 3-5 days it will take for my swab test result to comeout and that I was given a cutout paper with mobile phone number ( Infection Control Nurse ) that can be used to followup in regards to the said result.Too Frustrated coz it was already been more than a week and the I tried to call number being given it was their information desk and not the department who handles swab test results... MIS INFO AT THIS PANDEMIC TIME? Terrible experience!

Thank you Capitol Medical Center. To all the caring staffs, nurses and doctors who took care of me and our baby during labor. We stayed for a week, C-section and the price is reasonable and affordable with all the care we received. God bless! πŸ’“πŸ’“πŸ’“πŸ’“πŸ’“πŸ’“πŸ’“πŸ’“πŸ’“

πŸ‘πŸ‘ I am all for a 5 Star hotel-experience inside St Luke's grandeur reception area.
