I lived in the hospital for one day. I paid 31,000 pesos to the hospital. This VRP is too expensive. There is still a problem. The meaning here is that you are a foreigner and give you very expensive medicine. Then the doctor can earn To get more money, I have a checklist for the hospital.

Main interest here is issuing overpriced invoices until you run out of money, tests overlooked, just below average in every way possible.

Very bad experience. Noisy doctors. Unresponsive residents. No sense of urgency. Very low to no service at all. The food servers and cleaners are more professional in taking care of the patients than the doctors themselves.

We waited for more than 1 hour for dra. Gatchalian of Room 418 in a waiting area without proper ventilation (their aircon has no power based on the admin). Upon checking the reason of the delay is because she is talking to a medrep for more than an hour. We went to the ER, the doctor without explaining in detail the diagnosis, wants us to be admitted (it just shows that they are only after your money, not with your wellbeing). Good thing someone advised us to get a second opinion from a high end hospital. In conclusion my wife was misdiagnosed in VRP. its our 2nd time to have a bad experience in this hospital.

We went to ER last September 24 around 8:30 PM due to difficulty in breathing, having an asthma attack. Talk about Triage. Took us 30 minutes before we were able to fill out the form. Took the vitals, still didn’t process the HMO approval and the most ridiculous part is that we were asked by the nurse, “Are you willing to wait?” Like, Seriously?? What’s the purpose of going to an Emergency Room if that’s the case? Would you only cater the patient unless they’re literally dying? Went to Lourdes Hospital instead and they prioritized me because of my case. It’s just frustrating, VRP.

Worst hospital ever. Do not go here if you value your life. 2 different doctors did not arrive for a simple check up and had me wait for 6 hours! This hospital does not even deserve the one star I gave.

In my two times coming over with an emergency, I never felt the urgency in their staff given that there were no patients during both times. Staying for a total of 10 hours without getting any real help nor any proper diagnosis. This is just the hospital you go to when all other hospitals are closed. Just not worth the effort of going here.

I wish I could give zero star. I paid 360k pesos for my mom’s 10-day stay here and nothing happened. No improvements. They wouldn’t operate on my mom because they said she had covid but they wouldn’t even show me the covid results of my mom. They even agreed to discharge her even though they said she was still positive with covid. Please don’t go here no matter what happens. The nurses are nice but don’t expect anything good from the doctors. I paid 5 different PFs to 5 different doctors, some of which I didn’t even know existed. I super regret bringing my mom here!

VRP took great care of me while i was battling COVID. I was critical at one point. They helped me fight the virus. Their nurses and doctors made me feel comfortable and made it as stress free as possible. In turn gave me the ability to fight the Virus! VRP gave me a second chance at life! I would choose VRP to help me in any of my medical needs! I am here because of VRP!

Bad experience. I have a 5 month old baby, diagnosed with UTI. I'm not sure if doctors here are properly trained. We spent more than 24 hours trying to collect urine sample of my baby since nahihirapan mag collect, her pedia decided to use catheter instead. The doctor named Joel Atienza did the procedure of inserting the tube to collect urine, unfortunately, hindi na salo yung urine and stated "pasensya na po". What if your patient is in critical condition, do you think pasensya is acceptable? In addition to that, 5 times nagkamali same doctor mag insert ng needle for dextrose. 1st attempt, namaga buong braso after 24 hours.

Only the nurses talk to the relatives and the patient. The doctor went in and did a physical exam but did not talk to the patient. Then when asked about the diagnosis, only the nurse talked to the patient and relatives but could not adequately explain the condition. Then when asked further, without waiting for the question to be finished, the nurse interrupted. During the entire time, they conversed rudely and interrupted constantly without explaining properly. They made the patient and relatives feel unimportant as if they were merely cases and not people.

My mom had her elbow surgery at VRP with Dr. Cadag. All staff were very helpful and responsive. Ms. Agnes, the Patient Experience Specialist has been a great help during my mom’s confinement. TV has a cable! We kept ourselves entertained. They also have full sized ref. And the aircon is cold! The room was spacious and it was really cost-effective for us. Make sure that if you parked your car, make your ticket validated from both Admissions and Information desk to have a flat rate parking fee of P150 for overnight.

(Translated by Google) Very bad experience! I waited for almost 3 hours to have vaccination. I followed up twice. The reason is that the nurse has a lot of patients but those who have been caught have just left. There was a parent who followed up who was there for just an hour before they even started! If I didn't hang up I wouldn't have called! And also delayed the delay because they didn't read the doctor's prescription, again and again. I even had a senior who was in pain but left because the doctor never came back to them. Wont recommend! (Original) Very bad experience! I waited for almost 3 hours to have vaccination. (Translated by Google) Please avoid this hospital. Its 100% clear they are just after the MONEY !!!! The staffs will pretend to be so nice, kind and caring specially the Doctors and their secretaries, but they're pooling you. They do overcharging. And do illegal transactions too. Like for example, our own experience. My father was discharged so my mother took our total hospital bill which was 129,000.00. When we were paying, my mother sent us to the Doctor's clinic and then the Secretary of the Doctor informed us that we needed to pay an additional 82, 500.00 for the Professional's fee which they would like to give to them personally because they did not put it in. to our billing so that we can no longer charge VAT. but the Total hospital bill from the Billing section they included the Professionals fee we pay. They appealed to us until we could not pay what they demanded for 82,500.00. To make the story short they have illegal transactions between Doctors and Secretaries. So please mind our experience. Hopefully nothing will happen to others. And hopefully someone can clarify it to me Hospital management if I don't understand it. To clear me up. Thank you (Original) Please avoid this hospital. During my PT session, I encountered a malfunction machine. Despite not being able to complete the entire procedure correctly, I was still charged the full amount. It seems like the focus is solely on profit, with little regard for the well-being of their patients. Since the procedure was not completed, I should not pay this fvcking hospital. As a result, I decided to request the cancellation of my remaining sessions due to a loss of trust in their hospital. PLEASE DON'T VISIT THIS HOSPITAL IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR LIFE.

The emergency staff including the young rude male doctor turned me down last November 5, 2022 at 1 AM (Not a busy hour). I said I suspected I have shingles and in pain but according to them since it is my left eye that is the most affected, they could not do anything about it and I should go look for an Optalmologist and that I should go to Medical City instead. They did not even check me or even take my BP first as a safety protocol (Like, what the heck?!). They did not even touch me, they just looked at me while I talk. I felt like a trash that is not wanted or important. On the other hand, when I arrived in Medical City, I immediately experienced the treatment difference, and when they discovered that my HMO cannot cover the expenses, the doctor available still looked for me and gave me a free consult telling me I've come that far and he would not want to waste my effort and so I can also start the medication ASAP. This is the kind of service every hospital must have!

The staff who assisted me was very responsive and accommodating. She's from the VRP HMO Concierge which also handles the teleconsult. So far, I was really satisfied with their service since they were also able to address all my concerns properly and even provided everything that the I needed, including the medical certificate which was released on the same day of the consultation. Though I have waited for a few minutes for my turn on the platform that they used for teleconsult due to the long queue, the physician who did the online consultation was really nice and had given good medical advice to treat my condition. He also assure that I can recover from it through the simple treatment he had adviced. Immense thanks to VRP and kudos to the staff and medical practitioner who assisted me, Ms. Kaye and Dr. Bonto.

Very Poor Emergency Services! 1 of 5. • Guards are the one collecting patients concerns instead of nurses or medical personnel to assess the urgency. Nagtitipid kayo sa manpower? Security guards are for security concerns! • No sense of urgency. Panay kwentuhan ng staff and guards. Long queue of patients! • They will give you patient-form to fill-in but no pen. Are you expecting patients to bring pen during emergency situations? • They will not prioritize you if you don’t wear face mask. I get it due to covid but can you at least provide face mask? 2-5 pesos per mask lang naman. If you’re not willing to provide it free, have some ready for patients to purchase or charge to their bill. Ended up going outside the hospital to buy face mask. (Update: i left the ER after 30min and find medical care somewhere else kasi mahaba pila at walang urgency talaga)

We had an emergency and VRP was the nearest hospital. Although most of the doctors were quite young, they did well in managing the situation. They were a bit expensive but that is to be expected given that they are a private hospital and is located along EDSA. The facilities were tidy and well managed.

Subject: Feedback on Unsatisfactory Experience at VRP Hospital Dear VRP Hospital Administration, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to provide feedback regarding a recent experience at VRP Hospital that left me greatly disappointed with the level of service provided. During our visit to your hospital, we encountered significant issues that impacted the care and treatment our daughter received. One of the most concerning aspects was the inability of the nursing staff to successfully extract blood from my daughter. It was evident that they lacked the necessary experience and competence to perform this routine procedure. As concerned parents, we expected the presence of skilled professionals who could handle such tasks with ease and minimal discomfort for our child. Additionally, we were handed a urine catcher or catheter but were left to our own devices when it came to installing it on our daughter. It was disappointing to witness a lack of effort or assistance from the staff in properly carrying out this essential procedure. This left us feeling frustrated and abandoned in a time when we were already in a state of worry and concern for our child's well-being. Compounding the issue was the expectation of full payment for the service despite the unsatisfactory experience we had. It is disheartening to be required to pay for a service that fell short of our expectations and failed to deliver the level of care that should be provided by a reputable hospital such as VRP. I believe it is essential for the hospital administration to be aware of these concerns and take immediate steps to rectify the situation. It is crucial to have well-trained and experienced staff who can deliver the level of care expected from a healthcare institution. Additionally, appropriate measures should be taken to ensure that patients and their families are adequately supported during procedures and not left to handle important tasks themselves. I kindly request that you take this feedback seriously and initiate an internal investigation to identify the root causes of these issues. It is my hope that you will make the necessary changes to prevent other patients from experiencing similar hardships in the future. Thank you for your attention to my concerns. I trust that you will address these matters promptly and take the necessary actions to improve the quality of care provided at VRP Hospital.

I just have to make a shout out to the wonderful people of VRP Medical Center specially to their Concierge Representative (named Nica) who has been so helpful and very accommodating. She totally understand that I am not familiar with the process and even with the location but she is amazing in educating me and assisting me all throughout. Their medical staff were really great as well. A job well done indeed. God bless and more power to you!

Concierge have been doing a great job in providing assistance. From booking of appointment online, an email confirmation will be received about the request. I usually get a response and follow up from them in less than an hour, sometimes within just minutes. Personalized approach, very efficient follow through, and spell convenience all throughout the process. I've used other e-consultation services previously, but so far VRP's eKonsulta stood out in servicing their patient's needs.

This morning was my very first time to step in this hospital and have experienced the professional, nice staff of VRP. True to the reviews I've read, I felt comfortable with how Mr. Mark and Ms. Gigi of the Admitting Dept. answered my inquiries on how much would be the additional charges, more or less, if I decide to upgrade my room. It was just a preliminary step prior to my "suppose" major operation and I felt I would be taken care of in this hospital.

Best EKONSULTA! I got cough and colds while waiting for my next Endocrinologist appointment so I decided to try EKONSULTA as to not spread the germs around if physical consultation. I filled out their online application form late at night and the next morning, they already sent me msgs in Viber to assist! Very quick indeed! You know how some hospitals offer EKONSULTA but only if cash basis? Not VRP. Whether personal payment or hmo, they cater to it. They also took care of obtaining my HMO LOA and all I needed to do was sign it electronically. The appointment was set then. The video/audio during consultation is very clear too. Had no problems at all. So I highly recommend VRP EKONSULTA! Thank you Nica of EKONSULTA!

Relative smooth teleconsult booking experience. Probably there could be a better way to get the representative aligned with the documents submitted in the webpage. In my experience, they asked again for the lab results and admin docs even though I submitted them prior in the booking webpage.

It's along Edsa between Shaw Blvd and Boni intersections, on your right if you are coming from Cubao. This hospital recently underwent a major renovation.

Doctors and nurses are good. However, emergency room sucks because there is no triage. The guard will make you fall in line despite the case, no one is assessing which is more urgent. Also, they won't let you in even if it's an emergency case if you don't have a mask, doesn't matter if you die outside the ER door, rule is you need to wear a mask.

Stay away from this Hospital. Especially the nurses here are very incompetent. This hospital will kill you rather than make you feel better. They will force you to keep on using oxygen even if you dont have difficulty in breathing becase? It costs a whopping 7000 pesos each and 100,000k of our bill only came from Oxygen alone It was really one of the worst experince I HAD IN MY LIFE. I'm thankful that my health has greatly improved since I i did home treatment and have my prescription drugs.I can sleep better and no more Incom^^^ nurses again. BTW. up until now they havent sent me my med results which they said they would email me.

Definitely will recommend this hospital! I was admitted to this hospital for lap chole surgery. I like the service here. Friendly staff. And they keep my room clean and tidy. They even change my beddings daily. The doctors are accommodating. And I like the food given that I am very picky eater!

Very accomodating ang concierge nila ang bibilis sumagot to my queries both fb messenger and email. Usually kasi on my experience it will take hours or a day bago sumagot. I'm happy and satisfied din with their service, less hassle ang process to have pre approved LOA. Thanks alot!

I am currently with my mother at the emergency room. This is our third day of being in the emergency room after my mother was diagnosed with a STROKE. CAN YOU IMAGINE THIS HOSPITAL KNOWING MY MOTHER HAS A STROKE AND STILL SUBJECTING HER TO THIS STRESS??? This is also the second day of us being told that we're third in line for a room, and the second day we've seen the ER empty out around us. Staff in the ER is nice and competent enough, but it's the people who make decisions who don't face patients that fail them. They won't let us go home either. If you have a choice between VRPMC and a flaming dumpster, do not hesitate to pick the dumpster every time. May ipis din pala sa CR kanina but it was 3 AM and I was groggy from looking after an elderly person and sleeping in a chair for two days so I didn't take a picture. Rest assured it was there.

Arrived at VRP ER 1:24pm and got discharged around 4pm… Thats 3hrs of waiting just to get nothing. The SG at ER2 doesnt even know how to handle a patient with care. He said “maghintay lang po kayo jan at wala tayong magagawa.” I was already chilling and really feeling dizzy. So slow service!!!!!!!!!!!

Just went to VRP medical center for my follow up (2nd dose) of anti rabies vaccine. Last Sunday after my first dose I asked the nurse if I need to go to the same facility for my 2nd dose and he said YES. Today, I was advise that 2nd dose will not be covered by my health card provider and need to pay it in cash. I was advise to go to the nearest primary care center of my health card provider. I asked the nurse to give it a try and have it approve because prior me going to VRP I already called my health card provider and I was advised that it is covered. I am not sure if the nurse is just lazy enough to get approval or just didn’t want to do her job. Take note: ER is not that busy. After waiting for 30 minutes no one returned to me to give me an update about the approval. I went straight to the nurse station and get my ID and vaccine card. I was advise that she’s on a call with my health card provider. How come? She’s roaming around the ER and there are other 3 nurse there doing nothing. I am not sure who gave me the wrong info, is it the nurse from my last visit, the rep from my health card provider or the unwilling to help nurse today. I got my 2nd dose in my health card provider primary care clinic in 10mins after I arrived in their facility.
