Not a typical gym goer as i usually do calisthenics, i was invited by a friend and was happy to find all the equipment i needed for my workout.

Complete equipment. Good gym during the pandemic as they follow protocols and limit the number of people inside. Can open the windows for more ventilation.

A brand new gym at rockwell area, facility is good and the gym is good for functional training but for hardcore workout is not advisable. More elegant or classy gym

Very well equipped & nicely laid out gym. Great lighting, immaculately clean, lots of space. Very friendly staff & excellent ammenities.

I went here for circuit training. The room was spacious for about 20 persons to do about 9 stations. Trainers were also great.

It's a fairly new gym (albeit small) with well-maintained equipment, clean locker and shower rooms, free locker rentals, and friendly staff. Membership rates are competitive with Gold's/Anytime Fitness. Would totally recommend as gym if you live/work nearby.
