daughter
availed
this
membership
at
fitness
first
in
Robinson's
metro
east
unfortunately
she
really
didn't
maximize
her
membership
coz
she's
really
busy
on
her
school
activity
and
studies,
but
its
okay
last
October
2018
she
decided
to
cancel
her
membership
since
she's
not
using
it
but
she
can't,due
to
the
contract
that
she
availed.
then
just
last
January
7
a
certain
agent
from
fitness
first
head
office
text
her
that
she
needs
to
pay
the
remaining
months
then
January
8
she
visit
fitness
first
to
pay
3,036
using
her
bdo
debit
visa(first
time
she
use
her
bdo
debit
visa
she
usually
pay
in
cash)
this
desk
manager
of
fitness
first
confirm
to
her,
that
would
be
the
last
payment
she
needs
to
pay
to
compete
and
finished
the
membership
that
she
availed.then
January
11
she
was
about
to
withdraw
some
cash
to
pay
her
tuition
and
found
that
there's
nothing
left
on
her
ATM.she
inform
me
that
she
has
no
money
on
her
ATM
so
i
transfer
some
cash
and
i
told
her
to
request
a
bank
statement
from
her
bank
to
find
out
why
her
ATM
get
empty.she
found
out
that
last
January
9
she
has
been
deducted
1,964&
2,300
&
200
a
total
of
4,464
(that
time
she
stay
at
home)and
it
was
confirmed
that
this
deduction
was
from
fitness
first
.i
call
them
(fitness
first
Robinson
east)to
question
why
they
deduct
my
daughters
bdo
savings
account
without
asking
permission
to
their
member
they
told
me
that
they
will
give
me
feedback
on
that
same
date
via
text
or
email
and
they
told
me
that
it
was
really
double
charge
and
they
will
return
the
money
since
my
daughter
pay
them
on
January
8
with
the
amount
of
3,036.but
until
now
i
haven't
receive
any
text
or
email
coming
from
fitness
first
metro
east.now
this
is
my
question
to
fitness
first.
1.do
they
have
proper
coordination
with
the
head
office
and
all
their
branch
because
of
double
charge?
2.how
come
they
have
an
access
to
deduct
without
using
my
daughters
ATM
this
is
really
scary.it
only
means
that
when
you
give
them
your
ATM
to
pay
for
your
monthly
fees
they
will
have
an
access
to
charge
you
anytime.
3.why
they
need
to
bill
my
daughter
on
a
different
name?
I
just
found
out
that
her
surname
on
their
system
was
Marcelo
instead
of
Yanes.
4.why
their
staff
doesn't
know
what
is
happening
inside
their
branch
everytime
i
call
from
overseas
i
need
to
tell
the
story
repeatedly
and
they
don't
even
know
what's
everyone's
day
off
specially
their
manager
and
the
desk
manager?do
they
have
any
briefing
/meeting
in
the
morning
so
at
least
everyone
will
be
well
informed.
5.they
need
to
be
transparent
to
their
member
that
once
they
give
them
their
ATM
or
credit
card
they
will
have
an
access
to
deduct
anytime
they
want.
This
is
too
much
hassle
to
our
family
my
daughter
was
unable
to
enroll
due
to
this
and
i
am
worried
to
transfer
money
on
my
daughters
account
thinking
that
this
fitness
first
metro
east
might
deduct
again
once
they
see
that
her
ATM
has
money
and
i
need
to
spend
some
money
to
call
them
from
overseas
just
to
follow
up
on
their
action
for
their
mistake.
