I am a member of Fitness First in London, Doha and 1 month here. The staff are polite sadly the facilities are the worse for an FF gym, it seems that it has been left to care for itself the equipments are dated the place need a complete revamp to bring it up to UK standards. The showers are disgusting toilet and hand wash facilities are not the standard expected from a UK company. I hope management take notice the locals are entitled to the same standards expected in the UK.

I have tested this gym last 2016 because my friend have a guess pass. I enjoyed a wide ange selection of the most advanced exercise machine available. The place is clean and you dont have to worry anything. You can focus on your workout.

Facility - not at par than the usual FF gyms. Equipments are from technogym (one of the best) but seems that these are here for ages as you can feel and see the rust building up on all equipments. GX classes - quite good as the rest of the GX classes especially les mills and zumba. Only to improve maybe the stage and lights inside the GX studio to make it more appealing to members. Aircon - too cold for a gym Member consultants - too pushy for new clients to become a member. Honestly a turn off for me coz as I wanna try out the class/gym before deciding, the member consultant would want me sign up as soon as I enter the club. Until I told her that I wanna try it out first, she keeps on following me and always on her sight as I do my class/workout. Washroom - same status as pre-covid which means need to have some refurbishment

I made this message for the awareness of everyone who just want to be fit and healthy.my daughter availed this membership at fitness first in Robinson's metro east unfortunately she really didn't maximize her membership coz she's really busy on her school activity and studies, but its okay last October 2018 she decided to cancel her membership since she's not using it but she can't,due to the contract that she availed. then just last January 7 a certain agent from fitness first head office text her that she needs to pay the remaining months then January 8 she visit fitness first to pay 3,036 using her bdo debit visa(first time she use her bdo debit visa she usually pay in cash) this desk manager of fitness first confirm to her, that would be the last payment she needs to pay to compete and finished the membership that she availed.then January 11 she was about to withdraw some cash to pay her tuition and found that there's nothing left on her ATM.she inform me that she has no money on her ATM so i transfer some cash and i told her to request a bank statement from her bank to find out why her ATM get empty.she found out that last January 9 she has been deducted 1,964& 2,300 & 200 a total of 4,464 (that time she stay at home)and it was confirmed that this deduction was from fitness first .i call them (fitness first Robinson east)to question why they deduct my daughters bdo savings account without asking permission to their member they told me that they will give me feedback on that same date via text or email and they told me that it was really double charge and they will return the money since my daughter pay them on January 8 with the amount of 3,036.but until now i haven't receive any text or email coming from fitness first metro east.now this is my question to fitness first. 1.do they have proper coordination with the head office and all their branch because of double charge? 2.how come they have an access to deduct without using my daughters ATM this is really scary.it only means that when you give them your ATM to pay for your monthly fees they will have an access to charge you anytime. 3.why they need to bill my daughter on a different name? I just found out that her surname on their system was Marcelo instead of Yanes. 4.why their staff doesn't know what is happening inside their branch everytime i call from overseas i need to tell the story repeatedly and they don't even know what's everyone's day off specially their manager and the desk manager?do they have any briefing /meeting in the morning so at least everyone will be well informed. 5.they need to be transparent to their member that once they give them their ATM or credit card they will have an access to deduct anytime they want. This is too much hassle to our family my daughter was unable to enroll due to this and i am worried to transfer money on my daughters account thinking that this fitness first metro east might deduct again once they see that her ATM has money and i need to spend some money to call them from overseas just to follow up on their action for their mistake. Sa owner o franchisee nitong fitness first metro east need to check ang head office nyo why they need to deduct immediately sa client without asking the branch and your managers kulang na kulang sa customer service,at knowledge to deal with the complain of their client/member.be honest and transparent to us.

An old fitness first branch that's in bad need of an upgrade. They've done some renovations here and there but considering the sheer amount of people who go there, it's just in need of a massive overhaul. Showers are often dirty, toilets not enough for the number of users, a lot of broken & unusable lockers, and no shoe lockers to rent out. Maybe they need to stop looking for new members and try to improve the club so the existing ones don't leave.

Complete gym equipments but will be better if their sauna and steam rooms are functional. Hope it becomes available soon.

Women-friendly gym, great modern equipments, great facilities also and not overcrowded.

I forgot my pair of nike air max under a bench in the lockers on a Friday and remembered it on a Monday as I will use it again. As expected it's gone already. My mistake I forgot it in the first place. Their cleaning crew should be honest enough to bring it to the lost and found but they took interest in it. Guests would not touch it as they would think somebody in the shower owns it. Their cleaners are thieves.

One of the oldest FF branches in the Philippines and it seems like it’s also being forgotten. Shower areas look very dirty. The interior of the gym looks like just like a big neighborhood gym with AC. This branch badly needs an overhaul for new members to join.
