๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ Great gym for beginners and experienced fighters and on top of that very affordable prices for training. I've personally recommended Empire to many friends looking for a fun way to get in shape. People often mention Empire, trainers, boxing, training, time, great, friendly, people, fitness, staff,

The problem there, is the routine...always the same and too basic. Thereโ€™s no sparring at all and no real advices to progress. Basically itโ€™s more a gym than a boxe club. What they are doing there is exactly the same than you can see in most of the fitness club. Only 2 series (sometimes 1..) of 3 round on the pao and then itโ€™s all cardio, so basically you have no idea abou what is a fight, what defense, what tactic or technic. If you want to stay fit and do some sports by boxing on the pao you can go but if you have real expectation of boxing you can skip. Itโ€™s quite expensive too 300/session and coach are not really meticulous, sometimes they just forget you and donโ€™t tell you what to do next, they arenโ€™t that neither. Thereโ€™s a smell of smoking while youโ€™re train but I donโ€™t know if it comes from their change room or no but thatโ€™s annoying. Place is very hot too, thereโ€™s no ac and some fans donโ€™t work. Good thing itโ€™s open 24h

You guys made my holidays in the Philippines very memorable. My kids loved your gym and they felt absolutely at home there. My husband too had a great time there and he still gushes about your highly disciplined trainers. We cant wait to come back there soon. Much appreciations from Cameroon

Trained here today. Was here on business and since it was right across my hotel I decided to stop by. They had me sparring on my first day, lmao... survived 3 rounds plus I had another 5 rounds on the pads. Not bad considering I had a stressful day at the German embassy. Excellent atmosphere here, trainers are friendly, and gym is well equipped.

Hi Empire! Over in America right now. I'm your biggest Aussie fan! I love the Philippines so much and I saw that this was open for review on your FB page. You're not a sellout gym at all. I love the atmosphere and your no bias stance and the way your trainers love handling everyone. No white girl VIP treatment! Everyone is equal here. Even my ultra gay mate said the trainers (Brian) were very nice to him. Sign up if you're looking for a place that is warm and friendly. Visited their branch in Davao and the couple that owned it were so sweet! I only said hi and hello and I said I couldn't train and they were still lovely. Rob, you're pogi! Amazing person full of colour! Keep building the Empire. I'll be back by January. Hugs to the crew and you owe me pansit for my birthday!

Very simple set up but everything we need is there. Women are treated politely and some of us were beginners and thanks to all the Kuyas that helped us out! Sign up here it's also sign one and get a boxing session.

I felt at home anytime I was here. My training was personalised as could be and I saw myself improving as smoothly as possible. I could walk in here at any time of day and still find a trainer. It got to meet different people from around the world coming here as there was always someone from a different country at some time or the other throughout my 3 month stay in manila. Very professional staff.

At first I enjoyed going to Empire. The promos were good; they used to have decent trainers. But after a while, the new trainers were bad; they showed favoritism on preferred customers/trainees (particularly girls, foreigners, and elites). As much as their price is fair and attractive, don't expect too much. Go here if you're looking for a workout that's convenient for your budget and time. Otherwise, there are better places. And yeah, they blocked me on their social media when I complained / criticized them about a bad experience. That's their customer service for someone who went to their gym from 2012-2014.

Empire is my home away from home. They have the most amazing people and will be more than happy to help you reach your goals! They're such an amazing and happy bunch of people that you'll keep coming back because working out there is NEVER a chore. Proud to be part of the Empire family because you know you're getting your money's worth and more! <3 I always look forward to coming home to Empire.

The trainor assigned to me wasnt really paying attention. Although we had a tiring session, i didnt feel the one on one training as promised. He was looking all around, and i was the one who keeps on approaching him. He didnt even guide me in the post workout and cooldown as supposed to the others that I saw..tinatamad ata pag lalaki client, tingin ng tingin sa mga babae e. It isnt my first time to kickbox so i know what to expect, i thought i have a good gym to kickbox near my office but i guess not. Yes staff were friendly, but may mga lutang, like the trainer i had and front desk -.- before i came i have high hopes to enroll as member but nah, never mind if i wasnt able to save a few bucks. Go for Boxing if you are a man, the boxing trainors are more engaging.

Iโ€™ve lost motivation going to this gym. After two sessions the trainers seemed to have ignored me and no longer even speak. I donโ€™t need you to be my friend but be a trainer at least. I need to change my Facebook review because I donโ€™t care if the gym is old and dirty but Iโ€™m not learning anything. Iโ€™m going to start looking for a new place now.

I live very near the area and discovered this gem of a place. Costs are low compared to other boxing gyms however training is much better, younger energetic trainers, and they have a weights gym. Trainers, owners are very kind and dedicated to offer you the best. My wife and 12 year old daughter come on the weekends and they love it! Salamat, Empire Boxing! Sa oolitin!

This is a great place for beginners to try boxing. They focus also on the sport itself if you request but Iโ€™m big on fitness. I like the staff, owners and other gym goers! I love my Empire family!

I have been training at Empire Boxing for two years now. I started without any knowledge and the owners and staff were always glad to help me. The trainers are youthful and always ready to work with me and on weekends my two young kids. Kudos to Empire Boxing Gym! Best gym! I love that itโ€™s open 24 hours!

Definitely a good work out but the trainer we have is not as attentive as I'd like and does not watch or correct form much. He will also often take on 3 or 4 clients at a time so you get less attention.

Empire gym is my happy place! It is where I am able to maintain my fitness and at the same time, it is my outlet to release stress. The trainers and the people at the gym are very friendly! I used to box in Elorde, however I was uncomfortable with the trainers there because they would sometimes tease me with malicious intent. Empire in comparison to Elorde has better trainers who respect women and push them to their fullest potential. I've been boxing for several years now and one thing I appreciate is my trainer who constantly assesses my fitness condition. Jun, my trainer, balances boxing with conditioning (weights training). He helps me reach my fitness goals. I am very satisfied with Empire! I hope this review encourages others to try out the gym and gain the same experience as mine.

What's not to love about being able to punch your stress away and get a good workout while you're doing it?! Instructors are great and take the time to correct form and provide personal instruction. This place is the real deal and smells a little like it too but you'll leave the gym with a little bit of sweat and a desire to come back again soon.

We have been here several times, the gym is convenient and nearby our home, but a coach is really dirty to lady! He touch the lady students all the time! Really ugly! He is a little bit old one and the skin with many pustules...we noticed this serval time and decided not to go there anymore

This is the first boxing gym Iโ€™ve been to thatโ€™s complete and full of nice people. There is no intimidation, no pressure, and the crowd is fun and not into themselves or anything (sorry Iโ€™m brutally frank) They also encourage women very well. Beginners this is your place. The newly built gym is first class, the owners are really nice! Thank you and Iโ€™ll bring my friends next time!

We've been recommending this gym to our friends and officemates and will continue to do so because working out here has honestly helped us relieve and reduce our stress and be more conscious about our health. The coaches are friendly and the management has done a great job renovating the place. We also admire how they promote brotherhood and humanitarian efforts every now and then. :) Training here has also significantly improved my mood swings and helped me change my narratives. Definitely a thumbs up for physical training and surprisingly good for the soul as well! :)

By far the most woman friendly gym Iโ€™ve ever been to. Iโ€™m an expat and travel everywhere and my colleagues in Manila recommended me here. Itโ€™s open 24 hours. People around and the trainors are very welcoming. Iโ€™ll see you again next month and thanks for everything.

Been gym hopping until I found Empire. More than the training services, I experienced genuine friendship with the coaches and staff and even with other clients -- things I didn't see in other gyms. There was even a time when I survived my 4-round sparring session and with my coaches, we celebrated at Mang Inasal after the training. Haha! The friendship, laughter, and the intense training made me choose this gym. :D
