Waiters are alert and willing to teach you twice how to operate the karaoke 😁 (coz it's kinda hard to look for your song choice)

This is a terriff place for large number of peeps. Their facilities are well maintained and food is superb. Waiters are focused on your needs: it’s not a trouble to look for them. There is parking that starts at 30 bucks at the basement and a few in front of the building. It’s pretty accessible for commuters, too!

The place was good. Restrooms are clean. Staffs are very accomodating. Food was great. Sounds have a good quality. Updated song 😍😍😍😍

Worst ever! I'm not sure if the rude lady who works there is telling the truth that they don't have a song book or just too lazy to accommodate us properly. We've been calling them several times to the point that I went to their front desk (twice) to order food there and the rude lady just said that someone will come to our room. Moments after that nobody came! To our disappointment, we went to the front desk and complain. Instead of being attentive they were very rude! So we walked out, without paying; we didn't last long BTW, only 25 minutes if my memory serves me well! Attached here is the actual room, they provide fresh microphone cover to make up with the nasty smell of their room! We went to music 21 BTW after walking out. It's cheaper there and room smells better.

The room was just right to what we paid..the selection of songs are limited.

Good food. Room smells better now that smoking is no longer allowed inside. Easier to find songs since everything is done through the remote control - one can pick by artist, song title, genre. Microphones have covers so I assume it is more sanitary as compared to microphones in other KTV places. Airconditioning is also well maintained.

Perfect for parties, reunion with family and friends or just simply singing your heart out because of a promotion or heartache! Haha! Song choices are great! Their food is just ok.

Been there, venue are nice, too big but super pricy, not recommend for the group of people who tight in budget, their foods ang delicious.,

I liked the air conditioned, spacious rooms and good selection of songs. No remotes or song books are available but the songs are available digitally via a touch screen pad. The interface takes a bit of time getting used to but the staff will guide you through before using. Fun for reunions. Their large room fits well for 10-15 people.

It was really a best place for a bunches of people especially on a company event and night outs.

Aircon was not functioning well, the comfort room was better ventilated, the food was okay. Not that happy with the place but good for an event to enjoy drinking poker and billiards.

The room was not that big but it was cozy. Our only struggle was picking a song from the machine, it was hard to pick a song using just a remote. There was no song book to pick from so you have to manually choose your song using the remote. The food was great and the cocktails too. There was 2 air-conditioning units but it was kinda hot.

Had a good fun we have a birthday party .

Place is good. Food is okay. The karaoke though has somehow limited song selections.

Good Karaoke

It was nice, the only problem is their song machine, which is very difficult to use.

Always check your receipt. There is deluxe charge included.

Nice place

Great place. We had a HS get together here and got a private function room. It was spacious and comfortable. The only thing I didn't like is the bathroom in the function room. Not too clean and quite yucky. I had to use the bathroom in the club which was a floor down.

Awesome place for a barkada singalong night.

We had our Christmas party here, very accommodating and up to date songs and drinks.

Too few songs. Hard to navigate and search for songs. Food was good though. I'd give it a five if the software for the song selection was better at searching for songs.

Good. Newly upgrade karaoke machine with more songs. Room renovation would make it perfect

Spacious room. Food was okay. But the touch screen wasnt convenient. we like the remote version better when choosing a song. the songs were also off key.

I like the rooms and the lights and it was clean. Price is reasonable. They can improve the service a bit. I always had to go out of our room to ask for stuff because even if there is a service button on the remote, I don't think they are very attentive to the call on their end. And take note there are no traditional songbooks to flip through. Haha. Some of us were fumbling and fighting over the remote control to choose songs.

Has updated songs but foods/drinks are overpriced. Not that sound proof as you can hear others singing from other rooms.

Good place to go with friends and sing. Offer different size rooms for any group size. Large list of songs and if you can't find they offer YouTube which means endless possibilities.
