We placed our order(lechon/cochinillo) and paid tru Gcash(10,599) on May 25 (Tue) 11am and need it on May 27 (Fri) at 11am. We sent email also for confirmation of our order, however they replied on May 26 (afternoon) and stated that they cannot accommodate us for 11am slot. They even told us again that they will TRY to accommodate our order. Huh? Without assurance from them and we will wait and put us in a bad situation? Tapos they will ask for payment 1st? Very poor management particularly in receiving orders and quick response to customers. At the moment we are trying to find other resto to cater our needs.. very disappointing indeed. We called ur number posted and ask ur staff of uvcater lechon or cochinillo as u called it so we send payment tru gcash at secret kitchen..dont deny it ..accept ur shortcomings..if this is not the right page then why u accept the order and even give the gcash numberfor secret kitchen?
