My experience at Anytime Fitness deserves a solid 4 out of 5 stars. The gym's accessibility and flexible hours were particularly appealing, allowing me to fit workouts into my busy schedule. The gym's equipment variety and maintenance were impressive, catering to a range of fitness preferences. The layout and cleanliness of the facility added to the positive atmosphere during my visits. The staff members were friendly and helpful, although there could have been more availability for personalized training or guidance. In terms of pricing, Anytime Fitness offered good value, especially considering the convenience of its 24/7 access. While the gym provides an excellent environment for individual workouts, a wider range of classes or group activities could enhance the experience for those seeking more social or guided fitness options. In summary, Anytime Fitness is a convenient and well-equipped gym choice, perfect for those who prioritize flexibility and accessibility in their fitness routines.

They do not reply to emails. Their number doesn't work. But they keep on billing. I had informed them that I was out of the country, but they still charged me. They said I will have 2 months for free due to wrong billing once and as an appreciation when they charged me during the pandemic when I couldn't have gone to the gym as a hcw. But they never really did give me any free month. In fact I have gone two the gym only twice in all the months I paid.

All been doing great till the time my key fob was stolen so i asked the management to review the cctv since there is plenty of them unfortunately that day the cctv is not working so thats a 50$ loss and no word about it like its gone move on. I addressed my concern but nothing been done. The key fob is tied down my bag strap and inside my zipper so no way it fell out (as shown in the picture attached)

The people are nice and friendly...the place is not that big but not that small...😊 facilities 👍 coaches 👍 gym equipments 👍

My home gym, JT centrale, closed down during the pandemic. My account was automatically transferred to San Lazaro, without consent, which was a branch far from where I was. During this time, my account was frozen. But it was reactivated without notice. They insisted that it was within the contract. "Walang thank you for understanding, sorry for the confusion." I compromised by saying I will pay the membership from the time that I was informed, half of March. They called me and texted me to follow up on the payment a day after the compromise. I was being treated as uncooperative. I did not feel like a client. (Again, as it was a little far going there during work hours was inconvenient). I decided to officially cancel my membership today. Paying the March (unused) membership fee, April membership fee (required one month notice), and 5,000 cancellation fee. For a total of 9,400. WITH THE HASSLE OF CANCELLATION, IT'S BEST TO CONSIDER IF YOU CAN COMPLETE THE CONTRACT. BECAUSE IN MY EXPERIENCE, THIS GYM IS NOT CONSIDERATE, NOR COURTEOUS.

They auto charge to your account even when you pay already. their admin management system sucks and the worst part they dont even refund when its their own mistake

Location is great, equipments are well maintained. Although the free weights area could easily be cramped due to the small floor size of the gym.

They dont update payment details immediately and doesnt update the client, they will automatically lock your account and charge you penalty fee. Big thumbs down whoever manages this branch.

Months after the pandemic started I already asked them to cancel my membership and yet last July 2021 they charged me for my membership. I contacted them to cancel it for the nth time and yet they failed to cancel it.

Freeweights area always overcrowded especially the squat rack. Crowded gym. Hope they put more squat racks and benches.

the staff are unapproachable, and it's almost ironic when they told me that we could ask about the equipment and how to use it, but they couldn't be approached at all.

Worst type of gym membership. Basically a ripoff. Not worth the headache

The place is clean and the equipments are well maintained. The gym is not that big, but you still get the work done, just don't go here around 6-9pm coz it's crazy. 🤣

My account was frozen from the time that the govt announced ecq and when gym was back on track again. I wasn't informed that my account was being reactivated and i was billed again without any notification from them. The agent even insisted that they do email me but ever since I joined the membership no email received from them. I also emailed them but they just told me that the manager who assisted me before is already resigned. They didn't even bother to reimburse as they keep on giving me reasons. By that time that I knew i was pregnant i emailed them notifying that i need to freeze my membership and still went there to be sure that they will freeze my account. But when its the time of the month that they are collecting the bill. I checked my credit card and they bill me again. I went there and ask the manager for explanation. The person just ask me my name and if i do email them. Bad experience, they also ask for medical certificate just to certify that I was pregnant when my tummy shows that i am really pregnant i also give them my ultrasound report but it doesn't suffice. Also, my husband was billed late payment fee and went there on the said cut off date just to pay for the membership but there's no one in there to assist him. He went the other day and the management keeps on saying that there's someone out there that can assist him.
