My dad is in ICU as we speak. He's in and out of ICU since April. Doctors do not explain what's going in with the patient . They get upset when you ask them questions like you don't have the right to question them , very defensive, for what reason ???? Maybe they don't know what exactly they're doing. Very frustrating specially if you've already spent close to a million in hospital bill 😠

I was so disappointed with this government hospital. To quote as “government hospital” which means it is funded by the government from our taxes. I myself a tax payer can’t accept the fact that I cannot get a good service for such hospitals who serves the public. Even a single cotton ball has payment? Plus they undergo me to ECG worth 1,000 pesos without even asking my permission. They execute further test without asking for the patient’s permission and without explaining the benefit of it. Nurses are so unattentive, they left their patients unattended, only to found out they are with their cellphones at the reception area of the hospital. I’ve been in the ER for 1 hour and a half, paid a 1,905 pesos bill and nothing happened to better my situation. I was in pain of gastritis that time by the way.

I'm so disappointed I had a bad experience at this hospital the staffs are not that accommodating. They're out of systematic manners. I don't have any problems with the doctor who handled me, however, some staff I was treated rudely. I don't think they have the training they need. These staffs are constantly disgraceful of my time I told them I have another appointment and I'm waiting for almost 2 hours without getting my laboratories.

I went to this hospital because I really can't breath. I told the doctor about it and then he asked me "How he/they would know that I can't breath?". Do they want me to collapse or die first before they attend me?! They will not diagnose you properly. This will just ask you for blood test, xray and prescript you with medicines and then that's it.
