    Very disappointing. The doctors and nurses are unreliable, it feels like they're just there for the money and not for their profession. Imagine, my partner's blood pressure has always been normal! He's been a seafarer since 2010, but never pa syang nagka-problema sa BP niya. And he always gets a regular check up. His latest BP 140 over something and the doctor didn't even care about it. Dapat twice silang kinukuhanan, manual and digital. Very unprofessional talaga. Dapat 'to, nire-reklamo!!! This medical clinic doesn't deserve a star, not even one!!

    I went yesterday just to make an aditional test, since my medical cert. valid till next year.Everyting went fine.Just for one reason it seem that these lady are not happy w/her work.Dont know how to smile and to accomodate the clientel.She's rude actually.She worked at the record section.If im not mistaken her name is Rica long blonde hair.This sec at floor no.5 (in pic).I know that we have to que on line.But since that time nobody's were on line in their sec.Im standing in front of her and she doesnt bother herself to ask me sir may i help you? I wait for a while coz she's busy typing.Until 1 female.aporoached the desk she get.the papers r8 away of that female client? So it was a bit surprised for me? I asked her do i have to give you my paper miss? She replied yes and wait ro call you back.I told her that why you didnt ask me in the first place since nobody online? She answered back(with facial language,grumpy face).Bcoz u didnt ask sir! Do i have too? Nobody in front of her except meehh That time?! She's realy rude.Hope the admin whoever supervise these people must give them training how to accomodate clientel w/a pleasant employee.She needs a disciplinary action.Attitude problem!!!

    Arrived 0625h and was given form numbered 205... already plenty of people this early as from what I checked various companies semd their crew here for PEME... staff & guard at reception was accomodating and helpful.. 0802h sent to stn 3 for processing.. sent to lab to have blood drawn as i may overfast (last meal 2000h)... 0900h sent to basement given my batch nmbr, seats are numbered by batch nmbr (station where blood is normally taken-free biscuits available)... 0950h ground flr- guard reception... 1007h 3rd flr assessment... dental 1043/51h... 1052h lab, cannot fill 2 bottles of urine so take later... proceed to 5th flr-PE 5min, ultrasound 2min, xray (long line) 1155h out... went bk to urine collection, nxt to IDTOMIS 1213/17h, 2nd flr- ishihara 1220/24h... wt & visual acuity 1239/42... ecg 1245/1313... audio 1315/24... trdml stress test 1325/1448... psycho 1510/12 (oral only).. 1516 Tapos na.. went to another bldg for RTPCR test 1521/1530... Barcode scanner per station, free water (no filling of water bottles) free biscuit... organized processing as staff guide you to next possible stations... in/out times from barcode scan to finish at station... overall my experience here is very good rgrdless of outcome of results (i normally have pending issues- have to see which ones will be detected here).. Results can be seen on their website via individual username & password... they also send texts of abnormalities in your findings as what they have done to me...overall score 4.6

    Staffs are not service oriented they are always rude to those who are taking medical. Hope this review will goes to the head of departments. It is not because it is the only accredited clinic of most seafarer's company. How many cases you only getting tons of money just only to clear patients to be fit to work with questionable findings, with this reasons the will go to a private or known doctors for secind opinion for questionable findings. That will cost losses of money of patients.

    Worst clinic that I've been to...from rude nurses to the incompetent P.E Doctor..I had bad experiences on this clinic that is why I withdraw my application from my agency...I decided not to finish my PEME due to additional non sense test that they are requesting. The cost of my non sense retest is more expensive than thier regular packages cost...I will never forget what this clinic did to my career as a seafarer..

    The worst medical center I have ever been to, staff aren't very accomodating, processing is very slow ,because they sacrifice their service just to accomodate more patients, capitalism at it's finest, the place is really crowded, when I was done with my medical exam, I tried to look up my status online,after 2 days still no result,so I called to follow up regarding my status, must've called 30 or more times, nobody fuc*ing answered the damn phone, had to go personally just to know If I am already fit or not.

    WARNING TO ALL SEAMAN and other CLIENTS who wish to have their lab tests here: Go find another lab testing clinics or whatever health services you want avail. THIS CLINIC IS A SCAM making all your test results negative, giving you wrong prescriptions which will lead to stress and lastly, all about MONEY. SASADYAIN NILA NA YUNG TEST MO AY MAY SAKIT KA PERO ANG TOTOO WALA NAMAN. particularly, their BP APP laging HIGHBLOOD while checking it to other clinics, youre perfectly just fine and all LABs are in NORMAL VALUES. Lastly, BEWARE and have second thoughts first if youll go here.

    One nurse in 6th floor station 4 was using cellphone and not very accomodating. I wait her to finish to scroll her facebook account then she look up and said yes. It happens two times when i go to that station. I waited more than 1 hour in ECG section and waited for 2 hours and 30 minutes in Physical exam. I started my medical at 8 am and i only finish at 4pm.

    To Seafer, insist your right to ask if your final BP is taken once using Digital Ap. Note that BP taking using Digital should be taken 2-3 times before final is noted. Several minutes rest as interval shld be done. After 3rd tries, yon na yon final. Insist to Dr and Staff. This is the professional practice of a Clinics and even hospitals. Doctor/Staff should accommodate your query especially if you know by fact (health record, lifestyle and BP monitoring) that you are not considered as Hypertensive. Digital BP App has capacities to meet and calibration that is regularly done. With numbers of Patient of this Clinic, its very possible that BP App is already malfunctioned. Insist to your Doctor to have a Manual BP App taking is you are considered with Elevated BP. Because if you dont, you will keep on coming back to them and until you give in to ABPM. This is costly with no validated and correct BP reading. To Seaferer, you earn hardly for your money. Fight for your right as Patient. To SuperCare, check your Operational guidelines (Med and Ops). Remind your Doctor to be compassionate to Patient. Have a heart to serve not to just make money out of non-sense referrals (ABPM??? 50% sure earnings plus PF cuts). Our nation and people badly need healing from this pandemic. Do not make them as a milking cow for business. Healthcare System and mindset of businesses (Operations and Medical) should carry a certain meaningful causes. Its about compassionate Care over and above anything. Good Business will follow if your ways and means is aligned with advocacies towards true care and service.

    Very bad experience. This place needs to get better or should just be closed down. They will extort your money by adding uncessary services which will cost you more than your expected costs. They will be giving incomplete information and pass you around staff by staff only to end up not getting the information you need they will treat you like livestock. The management along with other diagnostics nearby are most likely working together to make money off of you. The guard and some doctors and nurses need to be replaced, they have very unprofessional behavior

    Needs improvement & handling the concerns of the applicants. Upon inquiring for the basic question like for the package price they are really polite yet redirecting you to the 3rd floor for confirmation of it. The waiting area was extended on the side walk & limited parking. They have holding area across the stress & tents before entering the clinic. You can check their website for the services you would like to avail but might or not be helpful. Walk-in / Reservation you may check the existing details / ask the front guard / employees to assist you.

    Received a text message to check online my pending results and got invited for follow up ultrasound. Called the many hotline numbers they providedβ€”not single operator picked up for my query so didn’t know what time I had to go. Went there at 1:45pm to avoid massive queues (there are hundreds waiting) in the morning. Then got told by a nurse the doctor I needed to see already left for the day because there was no more referrals. This was around 2:10pm. Seriously, how many doctors do you have, just one??! Paid 1,000 for a service I never received. Then I needed to come back twice (and another to pick up my results) when I live far from the Ermita clinic. I wanted to believe a doctor would do the ultrasound but it could have been one of the technicians. They will never read the results to you, but you will pay significant amount of money for poor service. Unbelievable!! I would have gone to a bigger hospital had Supercare is not our prescribed medical examiner. Check your vision pleaseβ€”to become the best preemployment clinic in the PH by 2020–you are far from being one with this! I can’t imagine how many others are there, who didn’t have a choice but Supercare, who went through the same experience I had. UPDATE: Went there today at 9:30am, 23rd Oct. Male Doctor doing ultrasound badly needs customer service training. Seriously, it’s as if he was doing me a favour. If I had a choice of doctor I wouldn’t be there. He just said to β€˜lay on the bed, and do as I said’. The attitude! The nerve. Your years of experience didn’t teach you how to deal with people with care? The second male doctor on 7th floor who read my results was way more professional. He took time to explain my condition and advised me with useful information. Thank you.

    This facility is good, give it a half day and you can accomplish your tests. In my case it was the comprehensive package which was set by the company. They have a lot of equipments and staff, which made the process smooth and fast. However due the smoothness and fastness of the tests, I am not convinced if those were accurate. For example during the audiometry, there are only 6 people lined up then there are 2 testing equipment plus 2 staff. Imagine it only took almost 30secs to finish the test which for me is not so convincing since I have undergone audiometry test before in a 4 star hospital. It would not hurt to spare a few minutes for a patient right since the line is not long. Another situation was the line for PE is on the other floor while some PE rooms are on other floors, now when it was my turn to do PE I have to rush to climb 3 floors which makes your heart beat faster and blood pressure elevated, then the doctor complains that you are "matagal". All in all this medical facility is good however there are some bad things I found. I just hope that the results are good and it won't be "supercashed".

    SUPERCASH is what seafarers call this clinic which somehow I agree with and I personally experience it. During my ECG testing schedule, the building elevator was not working which led me to climb up and down up to 7th floor few times. Not to mention the walking between the new building, the annex building and the old building which is quite a distance away. During the testing, my body wasn't really relaxed at that time which caused findings on the result. It alarmed me to even consult another cardiologist for 2nd opinion since my vitals and blood tests were all normal. Luckily, the doctor said that there is no issue or ailment with my body and further mentioned that I should have been relaxed prior to the ECG test. Supercare should know it and could have avoided unnecessary expenses for paying their Cardio Doctor and the stress test. As well as the doctor for 2nd opinion. πŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘Ž

    As a first timer to take medical here as to compare on my previous medical. This medical facility have a good system and they are using an advance queuing which make the service even faster but it depends on the numbers of clients on that particular day... Employees I've encounter were courteous and easy to be approached...

    Amidst all the rumors and hearsay against supercare, I took my medical 24th september at 0930hrs then completed my peme at around 1500hrs, their system was above average no More long queues, the are now using the batch system which is actually effective. Got my result next day and I passed. Hats off to supercare you are doing a great job.

    I was able to finish the PEME in just a day, but the ff up findings consumes a lot of effort, time and specially much money. This is SuperCash they say, you cannot verify if their staff are all professionals, they conducted the exam and still seek for other clinic exams and laboratory.

    Staff are not knowledgable to the system that's why the patients/customers are all over the place which can also lead to transmission of infectuous decease (Covid19). Poor management due to excessive patients/customers. My advice, reschedule and have a specific no. of corresponding patients before allowing the next batch to proceed , and have a time schedule per patient that will be sent through email prior arrival. I was there 7 a.m. and short notice informed me verbally that the vaccine for cholera will be conducting at 12 noon.

    The people or staff in this Medical Clinic has no customer service skills. Most of them has no courtesy. And most of just always holding Thier phone all the time scrolling in the phone like no tomorrow in your face. I don't know why thier management allowing this.They love to chat on thier phone rather doing thier job Very unprofessional. Not organize too. They keep thier client waiting forever. Not Recommendable. The Doctors are nice but thier staff are worst as if we are not thier client or customers who are paying their services and contributing to thier salary. Avoid this clinic.

    Nurses or staffs here are kind of full of themselves sorry for the term but they are unprofessional name calling their patients as if they own the clinic esp ishira dep. hoping they could do something with the attitude of their staff. they just need to respect others too if they wanted to be respected aswell, also i’ve saw how they treated their erderly patient just asking for his papers since they misplaced it but getting mad at the patient when in fact his paper was really misplaced by the bmi dep.

    4.9 stars lang. Walang parking :). Well organized. Super clean. Approachable ang mga staff. First time to have my medical exam in this clinic. Started from 6am then completed at 1030am(didn't expect na ganito kabilis). I was expecting for worse but I think it's one of the best clinic I've been. Madaming babayaran if may pending but mostly same with other clinics (understandable). Sidewalk pay parking nga lang.

    During this pandemic, the process is well improve, from staff supervising the all client. Because before pandemic this one is the worst medical services.the nurses have a bad attitude and very rude. But theres a lot of improvement and 1 thing is still have a rude nurses on ECG.

    Yesterday I was calling their landline to inquire after 2-3 mins I was answered by an operator, onced I asked the question she immediately transfered me to another, I shrugged it off thinking she's just in hurry after 2-3 mins of ringing I was starting to get impatient, then finally someone picked up the phone but immediately hang it up.     I've been calling for almost a day. I call at random hours because the line is always busy and the operator line is just ringing and no one pick up my calls. someone will answer at the nurse station and told me she will transfer my call to the person in charge regarding my request, then suddenly the line will cut-off. Ending is i need to call again and again but still cant connect. take action on this don't put contact numbers if there is no operator to take a call. 8521-0024 to 35

    Arrived 6:15am. Finished 11am on wednesday. Priority number is at another building near the main building. Its a new building with not yet functioning AC. Bring ballpen and know your SRN. blood extraction will also take place on that building. After blood extraction, you will proceed to the main building. Personnel are generally nice and professional. Queue was quite long in 5th floor but tolerable. Nicest staff were in the ECG area, the dentist, drug testing computer area, ishihara area, and snellens area. The rest were quite borderline rude but understandable. Overall very efficient system.
