The place was great but food refills were slow. Some food choices were not even filled and have been empty since we arrived. The roast beef and chicken servings were disappointing and the staff was not so accommodating. It seems like he does not like what he was doing. Food tastes good but not worth the value because of the reviews mentioned above. We dined to this place to celebrate my wife's birthday but we did not receive any complimentary cake. This would have been very minor but we felt discriminated since the table next to us was prioritized because they were paying more. The receptionist however was welcoming so will give this a 2 rating to be fair. The place can be better if the staff were accommodating and enthusiastic.

I chose to celebrate my Birthday together with my family here. The place was nice and had a great ambience. It had a cosy and chill vibe. It had an ample space to accommdate a large group of people. It also had a view overlooking the Marikina River. There are a lot of food selection and for me this is by far had a great variety of food than the other brances. The food are delicious. They had different continental cuisines to choose from. By far this branch had a wide selection of sushi (my fave) The staff are nice and approachable. They really cater to the customer's needs. One thing I noticed that this is the only branch that needs a vaccine card when dining in. So don't forget to bring your vaccine card or a picture of it through your phone which they accept. Overall had a great experience and by far the best branch we've been to. Highly recommended to experience a buffet feast with your fam or groups. Xo

Servers are pleasant and very accommodating. The price for adult is 980+ after tax plus they will add another service charge. I like tempura but they only serve a little then they will wait for the customers to go away then serve tempura again if no one was looking/waiting lol. They don’t sing for the celebrants anymore.

We were able to get discount from their promo with eatigo. They have less food on weekdays (no hakaw, for example) but there are still variety of choices. The lechon is also crispy and the desserts are still sweet. I've always loved their crepes with ice cream and almonds. To ensure safety protocols, you can still choose food while wearing masks but the server will be the one putting it on your plate. The staff are also courteous and helpful.

I celebrated my birthday here! The place was like a huge party where all were friendly. The food is like an awesome and expensive catering. This is such an amazing place to feast. Eat like VIKINGS!!! There are a lot of variety of foods to choose from Appetizer, Main Course Dish, Dessert, and Drinks. Atmosphere is so lovely there will be a sing and dance to witness while you eat. A birthday cup cakes to serve when it's your month of birth. Overall this place is absolutely amazing.

This was great! There were so many options to choose from - Japanese, Pinoy, European, etc. You would really feel international! We got a reservation for dinner prior to our target date so when we got to the place, everything is set. Even before 6pm, we were called in and started munching everything. We felt so special. We were placed at the center with round comfy couch. The employees were so accommodating from start to finish. The ambiance of the place was just perfect. It's wide and my two kids still had a place to run around without much thinking of bumping anyone with a food tray. The lights were fine. There's also a spot by the window where you would see the city lights of Marikina and Antipolo.

Had celebrate our Birthday in Vikings. It is my first time entering this kind of restaurant. The ambiance was good and the foods and drinks was good also. All the staff was nice and accommodating. And there is a little surprise for your Birthday.

Wide variety of cuisine to choose. Spacious dining set up. Accommodating staff. My first time trying Vikings and I know now why it’s being chosen by majority of my peers during their birthday celebration.

The new normal policy is, you have to queue and wait for the staff to serve you the food. They are also pretty strict about the plates, only staff can touch it. Some stations are unmanned, just call someone else's attention and they are quick to help. Some stations are swamped especially the popular dishes so extend your patience.

The Vikings Buffet caters to a wide range of choices from Continental to Asian food that is bundled up concurrently. I felt like there lacked a bit of choice for Filipino ashet. There was also Korean food, but not a lot of many choices as I would have wanted. Since I'm into the OMAD diet. Not all the food in the buffet is low-carb and keto-friendly so you have to select your food wisely. The quality of the food was mostly acceptable. Only the open-presented steak did disappoint for the reason that it is frigid and tough! There were also various drinks to choose from like their cucumber and lemonade drink that is so refreshing. The only comfort food for me that highly enjoyed is their fresh sashimi. They have a promo for birthday celebrants. On the birth month, the celebrant dines for free with your paying companions. But right on the birthday, one paying customer gets the celebrant free. I suggest getting prior reservations rather than just walking in since this place is well-known. So far, the Marikina branch is the best ambiance and doesn't look crowded even if the dining is full. The service is outstanding too. Highly recommended for those who are looking for a budget-friendly luxury buffet.

Celebrated a friend's birthday at this restaurant. As usual they have a variety of food to try, from Filipino, to Italian, Japanese, American, and Chinese cuisines.

If you're looking to indulge after months of quarantine, you might have to look elsewhere -- the food offerings are disappointing, with that perpetual feeling that they're really, really making sure your portions are small. The sushi bar is dismal, God knows what their creations are supposed to be, and sticking to sashimi has them serving you five small slices at a time. I've had a much more enjoyable experience in Sambokojin (West Avenue to be precise), and I think the buffet experience in general will vary from place to place and day to day. So it might be best to keep your hopes low so you won't get too disappointed.

Went here to celebrate my mom's birthday and I can say we had an amazing experience! Right of the bat, the staff were so welcoming and radiant even behind their masks. Sir Bry and Ken who took our pictures were so patient too along with other people who helped us. The food is also superb and caters to different taste palates ( there's even a section specifically for kids). Overall, we had a great time and would love to come again next time:)

Vikings SM Marikina Branch offers a wide variety of cuisines from all over the world. You have Chinese, Japanese, Filipino, Italian, Mexican, American, Korean and more. Although the food was not as it used to be, we still had a positive experience and would definitely consider coming back. I recommend booking an appointment so you can have the ideal seats.

I was just expecting more.. Since you paid a little extra than your usual dining. We ate during dinner around 6pm onwards.. I was shocked that you only had limited choices😅 and we shared a table with other guests. It was really like a battle in Vikings.. Battle to get a plate, a cup of coffee, a glass of juice and food. After that you have to wait for your receipt for about 30-45mins.. But still thankful for the free mini cake and free dinner of the celebrant(that is why it got 4)

I love going to Vikings Marikina due to the excellent service of the waiters specially Ken. We're from Makati and we'll travel and bypass other branches just to get quality service. However, our experience today was less than stellar. Some foods and service were disappointing. The hardness of the churros seem to break my teeth. It was hard as rock. The banana crepe exudes a tinge of sourness from the unripened fruit. The kitchen staff in the dessert kiosk provided an abhorrent service as if they're upset we're getting food. It was our first time to get crepe! Dont judge! 😂 On the other hand, the cappuccino provided a titillating experience as the sweetness and bitterness exploded in our mouths. The eclair is worth the calories. Overall, the bittersweet experience will have us re-evaluate if we should come back. Note: I came here on my birthday.

I visited last solo last January and I had a great food experience. So I decided to celebrate my birthday there last Feb 26. Sashimi Salmon the best, was requesting to have additional serving but I guess they're only limited to release a certain number per order so my request was not granted. Also they forgot to serve my Birthday Cake. :( But all in all it was a superb dining experience, lamb leg and baked tahong ❤❤❤

The staffs are very accommodating and they even had a special dance number for the guests. Bryan and Allen assisted us on taking my birthday pictures and even offered to pack my cake, to go.
