I haven't actually been to this hospital but I have been a patient of Jonathan Sandejas. I refuse to call him "Dr." or "MD" because he's a stupid piece of sh*t. He doesn't know what he doing and will end up killing someone someday by prescribing wrong meds. He is a complete moron and wearing the title of "Doctor" some people will believe he knows more. If you have gone to him, I highly recommend you googling your symptoms and fact checking him. Everyone I know who has been to him has to go in for repeat visits and he prescribes them meds that never work. One friend was diagnosed with hepatitis because the meds he gave her was killing her liver! COMPLETE MORON!!!! And of course, he kept taking her money and the kickbacks for the meds he was prescribing.

If there is zero star I will give zero or negative rating. Doctors and staff here are unprofessional, incompetent. The facility is so dated. Doctors and specialist here refuse conference with family members. Their offer of treatment and prognosis are inappropriate and irrelevant. Dr. Ronald Payumo refuses to communicate, I am not surprised though, as at this point they are playing hot potato. At this point they are just milking us money, they are using COVID as a crutch in terms of their policy, but in reality they are milking and wringing us for money without any guarantee of positive outcome, on top of this, they are making the patient suffer. Medical practitioners in their oath taking swore "to do no harm" this is a staple and top in the standards of practices cross the board esp. in the medical field, in this case all violations are met instead of standards, the only saving grace of these practitioners is that they are in a country that does not have a claw for violators and malpractice. This hospital guise itself and vouches to be god-fearing but in reality who cares about God, they care about money, not the patients. There is no compassion, no dedication, no integrity. They are but a few that made a little difference but even with that it cannot be overlooked how inappropriate this hospital and it's practitioners are, even an animal cannot be treated in such condition.

Parking is the worst. If it wasn’t for your doctors, i would never going back to this hospital. The guards will not even offer you alternatives how or where to park even if you are willing to cooperate, they would give you high pitch voice rather than offering alternatives “problema mo na kung saan ka paparada” WOW! Just WOW!. ❌❌❌

My wife been for emergency on Nov.1. However she angry. Coz they saids positive for antgen test. i think this is fake. Coz she was negative on last 4days ago PCR test. And they push to her & me stay here 7days for isolation. i think ER team is loco loco. by the way my wife try antigen test at Makati medical on next day. Result was negative. meaning this ER team is really too bad.

Ultrasound section is really unorganised and unsystematic. Wait time is more than 2 hours they dont even have a numbering system.

been here for couple of times and nurses and doctors here are awesome !! they will work for ur comfort and convinience !! the last time im here my dextrose need to transfer and yes !! were talking bout lost of needles to waste coz i just recently had a c-section delivery last feb and im here last day of march to april so my veins are still not healed! i tooks 10 tries for 3 nurses to transfer my dextrose they almost let me cry for that, but from time to time i keep on requesting them use the smallest needle like for the baby maybe that would work and wont rupture my vein. and they did ! theyre very coopertive! doctors are very very friendly and amazing !! everything and everybody worked for ur comfort and health! :)

Doctors in that hospital even giving medical abstract to your patient you cannot even give. You're asking your covid19 patient to buy remdisevir and tocilizumab yet you don't want to give medical abstract. I cannot say anything more to the quality of service you are giving to your covid19 patient.

All their staffs are DISGUSTINGLY degrading people and this is an understatement. Sir Bernie - the head of billing section will spit very degrading and dehumanizing words right in front of everyone in the room if you do not have money to pay on the spot. Their treatment to their patients are guised under a religious theme "HEALING TOGETHER" but these are doctors and staffs that will milk you penniless and will leave you with either a loved one in a worse condition, or will probably kill their patients through experimentation. I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU FIND ANOTHER HOSPITAL BECAUSE THIS HOSPITAL IS A MELTING POT OF DIFFERENT KINDS OF EVIL. if i can give this hospital negative stars, i would give -200. That's how vile these people are.

Worst private hospital ever. Very rude phone operator and staff on HMO office, staff are not accommodating. Hoping that management will address this worst pa sa public hospital ang treatment nila dito. If may zero star lang deserve nila.

I went to have a CBC and they just handed me the results, without telling me what to do with it or to.know if my platelets have dropped low, I have dengue and they just handed me the form like I am expected to understand it with just one look, I was told by the info to ask the doctor in the CBC result and I have to stand in line with the patients, I am dizzy, tired and confused if I'm getting worse or not. I am never going back to this hospital, such a waste of time.

The HMO office ia really sucks! They do not have the organize process. I suggest a new staffs with a discipline.
