    This branch have the worst phone etiquette. They would remove the landline/handset from the cradle just so the calls wont come in. The reason, they are too busy talking to each other while talking DOWN to their patients. Have some compassion.

    Clinic rooms and walkways are too small and cramped. They have inaccurate digital weighing scale for babies. Doctors are not always available and may cancel there sched, therefore you must call the clinic before the visit - which is hassle.

    Called to ask for availability of doctors. No one specialized in Gastro, not even one for internal medicine. So what's this clinic for?

    I waited for a total of almost four hours for the concerned doctors to arrive. Doctors here seem to have disregard of their clinic schedules.

    Called them several times because I wanted to confirm if the doctor assigned for that day will be there but no one answers. The doctor is supposed to be there by 10am but arrived 11:30am. All in all, it was not a good experience considering it already happened several times to me.

    Scheduling patients manually, resulting to inefficient processing. KUB ultrasound scheduled 1PM (doctor is not around) Nurse instructed to drink 1L of water and that the bladder must be full for better scan. Doctor arrived after 1 and a half hour and since there are patients before me I was assisted right after 2hours of waiting time, within the waiting time you cannot pee btw. VERY EFFICIENT!

    It will take you forever to contact them. 2 landlines and 1 mobile number, all cant be reached. Im trying to call for 2 weeks now.

    Medical City Sm San Lazaro keeps on changing its operational hours and has cut-off. Also has no special lane for senior citizens.

    Dr. schedule is until 7pm but I arrived 4:15 and cut off na daw since reliever Dr lang. This is not the 1st time 😥😥😥

    Bad & slow service. They’re not welcoming. Staff has an attitude. They’re going to talk shi & complain even in front of your face. No manners.
