If you are reading this review and your agency recommended this trash medical facility, I recommend you go to other clinic or facility to do your PEME. The service is extremely slow, poor, unprofessional and disgusting. Their system is garbage. If you like a whole day or more processing, this is the one for you. This is also serve as an awareness.

Got a very bad experience as they diagnosed me with lung fibrosis in my chest xray. I did second opinion and it turned out normal. And when i came back for my ff up they are very unapproachable. My money was wasted and the reason i didnt went to the hospital i applied for. Before u do that think that the money we are paying was not just taken somewhere. There is no credibility for ur clinic. Cant recommend at all.

My experience here was absolutely horrible. Came here for a pre-employment medical examination yesterday (7/4/23) and the whole process was very tedious and tiring. I arrived at roughly around 8:45am and was sent for registration at paragon building, imagine I was in line for registration from 8:50 - 1pm (THE REGISTRATION STAFF WENT FOR LUNCH AT 11 - 1). I also rang before arriving at 8am if I had fasting laboratories, the staff that answered said no and I can proceed, low and behold when I arrived I was told there was fasting labs dkekldntkkskdkdkdk, luckily they allowed me to submit my stool and complete the other steps for the day so that I’ll only have to complete my blood extraction labs the following day (today 7/5/23). As for the staff, majority of them are VERY RUDE, I noticed that if the applicants are DH’s or Seafarers the doctors, window staff etc. would shout at them and treat them sarcastically, this is inappropriate and not how people should be treated regardless of the position they are applying for. Hopefully I never ever have to come back to this place ever again as it might just be up there with one of the worst and longest days of my life. Btw, my day began at 8:45am and finished at 7:20pm LOL at the inefficiency of this place. If I could give zero stars I would.

this is the first time I can experience this kind of medical clinic, their service is very slow, you will be there by 9:00 am and you will finish by 7:30 pm! isn't it great !? you have to wait all day for your medical results! Long queue and slow service. Medtechs are very rude, as well as those staffs who sorts our paper before we proceed to blood extraction. There are female younger Radiologist whose attitude is rude specially to those DH applying abroad. Releasing of results is a burden to wait. Antagal mag release. Nkakapagod pabalik balik s clinic nila, tpos palagi pang crowded. I hope to whoever agencies tied up with this clinic, mag change nlang kayo ng ibang clinic to tie up with.

Everytime i follow-up,the answer always is "re-evaluation". Then you need to do this and that, together with thousands of pesos of course! After i comply, i called to follow-up, same thing...re-evaluation! And this time they are again explaining some things you need to do this and that. Can't they just say it "ONE TIME"? Every follow-up another different story to tell. Seems like the staff here are not really professionals! A simple medical examination is wasting too much time! Last year i have no problem with my medical at MLLC located at Paragon tower. Sad to say,change of company sometimes also change of clinic. Now here in Physicians,i have plenty of stories to hear from staff,doctors etc. of course personal money will be involve! If i have a choice, i will never get the services of this clinic!!!

Too crowded. I waited for about 2 to 3hrs for the physician's reevaluation of abnormal lab results, and only been attended for less than a minute. Ive waited for hours to retake the Psych examintation only to find out that the staff assigned is already out. I took my lunch out and upon returning after around 30 mins, I was told to wait again. No one ever explained why I and a lot of patients needed to retake the psych exam.

Never ever go to this place. To the owner and staffs on this center, I hope you will never experience what you made everyone experienced. May you never know the feeling of being helpless that you don't know how to start again. Because that's what happened to us. I don't want you closed bcs it'll affect everyone who is working there, I want y'all to change. I hope you will recognize the word 'change' begore it's too late.

No social distancing in psycho testing area They DO NOT SANITIZE beds, chair biometrics and headset before next patient use NOT ORGANIZE at all. This clinic is prehistoric ancient JURASSIC style of clinic Most staff are RUDE

Their system is very bad. It's the waiting game that makes you stressed and tired. Makes your test in bad result, then makes you comeback tomorow for the test again and then shows good result. What a waste of time and money. It should be no star lol

Came here at around 7 am and left 8 pm! The worst service ever. Some of the staff were impolite to "selected customers" based on their educational attainment. I discourage you to come here for a pre employment medical.

A very stressful and time consuming clinic.. Worst clinic ever. You really don't know if the employees and doctors are well trained. They don't even know how to be professional especially the Physician in PE department. He don't even know to act like a professional. He just say whatever he want to say without in unprofessional manner. I don't understand why he's in that position and he choose that career when he was very impatience to deal with the applicants .

Slow flow of medical process compared to the other clinic for medical going overseas..much better ung ibang company is humanap ng ibang tie up ng clinic as we can see a lot negative experience from them.

They require faceshield which has been not required by the whole country, it costs 20 pesos just outside the building, try to go around and look for a store where it costs 10 pesos only, much better bring your own. Employees here do not adhere to their own rules.

Most of their clients are OFWs. Some are land-based domestic helpers. Hoping they all be nice to everyone regardless of status. Especially the reception at the "puso ng maynila". To think we all have exhausting day. All day up and down at the 7th floor building and such a crowded place.

Watch out guys! Never waste your time on this place. Branch in Cebu was disaster and looks very dirty. I heard the reception lady in Laboratory area that she said "if she gets annoyed with the patient, she will purposely look for a mistake in able not to be fit for duty". They look so miserable in their job. Need to complain in DOH for this matter. They don't even have a water to wash your hands if you will use their toilet for getting a urine sample or stool. Then the P.E doctor arrives very late. The nurse said 10AM and still have to wait for 1 hr because she is very late.

so many patients everyday, exhausting seven floors of different stations to climb up and down. although there is one small elevator that obviously can't accomodate all.

The diagnostics was no much facility to cater the crowd of customers, in ratio with the doctor evaluating. Who been waiting for nearly 6 hour for one transaction, especially in cardiac clearance. No much chair to hold the waiting examines... No systematic procedures. The cues of more than100 per day examines are too much and No contengency plan made yet... How can this systems continue to work... Does it pass thru quality service qualifying body audit? Another question is are the suggestion box been check... I say No... I come to look it again in 3 days its remain in the box... Please help us...

Another bad & slow day. The psycho test is horrible too many nonsense questions. The waiting time to be called your name is a really bad experience for this clinic. Nurses are so rude. We're OFW are treated with no respect.

Most of the staffs are nir professional. There's an incident that the next steo after registration is so horrible espcially the man name Francis is just like bastos. The waiting time and the results are too long. Specially in the Pscyh testing it is poor unorgannized and the staffs are unprofessional.

Slow, slow, slow services! I only went for a pending check-up and it took me from 8 am all the way to 6pm for ONE pending check up ONLY!

So congested place, very stressful I got over fasting, poor system and you will take a whole day to finish examination, if you are not luck you need to comeback next day. Better look for another Diagnostic Center.

I go today for the follow up of my medical revalidation. I go here to make a sign for pending.after I signed around 8am.the receiving section told me to wait until 10am. But past 10am still did not finish my papers to sign and they said the doctor still not come on the clinic. Then I decide to check the P.e section. I asked the staff their if the doctor is already come. They said he's already come and still no one touch my paper on their table to sign. They don't know also my papers is in rush because same day is my dispatch day.. I hope next time they will give more attention for this kind of concern. Thank you and have a great day

This is my 2nd time here for Re-Medical. I areived here by 8am today and guess what! Up until now I'm still here in Cashier's Line 15:45pm! Like what? Staffs are rude!! The medical process is ver slow imagine spending 1hour and 30 minutes by waiting results and to be called by the rude staffs!! If I could rate this facility as low as negative 0, I surely will.

A lot of negative feedback on this medical facilities but based on my experience i never encountered any of what issues you've encountered. I did my medical smoothly and finished early and as long as we follow the process and the procedure. Staff, nurse and doctor's are nice, friendly, accomodating and Affroachable.

I’ve had my medical at PDC last Oct. 28. So far, the process was so smooth. It just that there were lots of OFW‘s that need undergo medical exam/test also. I’m giving 4 stars because I always believe that there’s always room for improvement. I think there’s should be an improvement like adding psychologist for psychological test and giving short exam only since the crowd of people were always wait and gathered in there. Nurses/Doctors and other medical practionioners, and employees were so nice just follow their instructions clearly. 🫶🏼

Reading the negative review about the clinic, I was expecting the worse. But actually, it's not that bad. My PEME went pretty smoothly actually. Started from 7am and finished at 2pm. Some of the staffs don't talk nicely. Nevertheless, they are actually helpful since they still gave you answers and guide you. Still, I understand some of the complains. The registration is on another building, so you have to walk a little bit. Then another paperworks on a separate building. I guess they have no more space for the registration area in the same building as the clinic. Maybe it's their strategy to not have a lot of people in the same building (IDK). The clinic is fully airconditioned. Tips: Bring Photocopy of Passport/ID and a 2x2 Pic 3500Php for PEME Fee Do fast for 10-12hrs for the blood sampling Bring your stool (poo sample) Do your dental cleaning and pasta beforehand or else they may charge you 1200Php for cleaning and 500Php/Tooth for pasta. I rate them 3 stars (neutral). Hope this helps.
