Their service are way better than other laboratories where I had medical examinations. Place is clean and sanitized as I saw working uv disinfectors. Lesser forms to fill up as some of the info are already required to be filled up in their google forms prior the visit. This saved a lot of time. The staff are courteous and would gladly assist you. The maintenance personnel even showed me where to sit as the lobby was crowded. They are using a system which tracks your progress. We had this paper detailing the steps we will take until procedure is done. Also stated that my procedure would take 4hrs however I am done in more or less 3 hours. The clinic set the bar higher in terms of quality service.
