    5 moths ago I was at your medical center as part of a dental treatment. The doctor who treated me was Tess Mendoza on the 11th floor of your building. She supposedly done 2 root canals and 2 implants. After getting the treatment I was promised my money back in case they won’t heal properly. After going through SEVERAL specialists, they all confirmed her work was a scam and the root canals were never done. Also, both implants didn’t heal well and were never done properly, one was already removed and the other is next to be done. After contacting her back she disappeared on me and let me deal with her assistant who wants me to sign papers stating I received the refund for the work. It was never done. I’ve got a group of doctors and past customers from same clinic waiting to take legal action for the same type of treatments done by Tess Mendoza. Everyone who see this review please double check everything promised to you before going for a treatment with this doctor. For people who already went there I recommend you to go to a specialist and get it checked ASAP.

    I'm a filipina and I don't know if I'm pregnant. When I visit the clinic (it's Dr. Grace Jaafar on 17th floor) want me to do the internal ultrasound to know if I'm pregnant or not ,but I refused to do it coz I don't like. And they said that only they can do for me so I decided I will just leave. I was shocked with the price it's super expensive for only a very short consultation. They want me to pay 1500 for only a small talk. No solution. I'm very disappointed. I advise look for another place.

    During the severe epidemic, there is no standard safe distance. Because there is no safe distance, standing far away, the guards have been chasing people to join the crowd, restricting personal freedom. Feel very disrespectful and dangerous! ! !

    The pediatrician was great. I think she was on 10th floor. But the OBGYN (Belita) tried to scam us. Charged us over 3x the amount. I understand everyone wants to make money. But nobody wants to be taken advantage of. We read the reviews. And still went. Don’t let them overcharge you.

    Worst experiance ever went with a broken ankle wasnt offered an wheel chair or help made to walk up to 14th floor myself to room.1403 the nurse would let me wait in the recption made me wait an hour with no ice for my ankle or pain relief i even ask for pain relief and nothing After an hour i called a grab and left to get some actual help there service is beyond pathetic from the time you turn up they treat with such a unprofestional level of disregaurd

    Doctor always not available Important covid results send after 10 hours Covid result outcome couldn't be informed in the phone call because of privacy, must send by email only which takes many hours too I'm speechless, I help medical team to contain the virus spread but no help from their side. I really hope they improve as one of the nurse is still very polite.

    Concierge are very helpful. Guards are respectful but strict in implementing restriction to enter the building on people with COVID-19 symptoms of like fever, etc.

    Security and other hospital staff push clients to use Executive Screening Center services. In fact there is other company doing covid tests 2 times cheaper for 650 pesos instead of 1600 and not long wait for results. In plus staff is friendly and theye even sent results by Viber but always after 5pm.

    Very sanitized, from the entrance with automated temp machine and sanitary cube to the elevators. Not too crowded and have enough chairs to wait. Staff are very polite and helpful. If you are interested to have clinic or office here there are many available spaces. Good location since this is near and walking distance at century mall

    A decent one and despite arriving too early @5am for our 9am appointment, we were allowed entry to the parking area and spend our time waiting at the visitor's lounge. Staffs including the guards were courteous, they were ready to provide infos that they were capable of giving. While waiting, I have spent my time looking at the displayed arts located at the hospital's info lobby. Surprisingly, I didn't get bored and haven't noticed time passed.

    Here for my blood check. There are paintings on display (and for sale?) on the small ground floor area. Very few benches there. There is a drugstore just outside, too, where water is cheaper than at the food sections on the same floor. Advanced Lab Solutions is at the 9th floor. Their area is clean and tidy. The staff were professional, polite and quick to process from registering to payment. (All this in the reception counter.) They accept card payments and I also saw a Gcash qr code. I was here on a saturday morning at 9ish am and there were only two other patients with me. Plenty of chairs. Paid 1,205 for lipid profile and HbA1c. And it took a whole day to get the result. I asked to be emailed it, but I didn't get an email. I have to go to their website and finally saw the result at 8 in the evening. In all of the other places I have been, I normally get the result in less than 3 hours, so... I'm weirded out by their "advanced" when they lag so far behind. Still, I got what I need and they are nearest me, so it's all good.

    RE: The Executive Medical Screening, Level 8 - Doctor prescribed me the wrong medication. Came back within the hour to rectify the script after discussing with my professional in australia and they said they couldn’t help. Second feedback is always a priority when it comes to medical, so make sure its ok.

    ESC department absolutely useless at effective communication.. Flew up specifically for testing with them (now kept waiting in Covid rife zone) and day 3 still standing by for ANY news on a booking.. Effective communication is key to progress Centuria. Try get it right, especially when we the people are paying a FORTUNE for your services.
