The best gym for me!!!! Aside from being an Al Fresco gym it has a lot of equipment for body building, cardio, cross fit and many more . Coaches are available and approachable too if you need them. They also offer Karate TaeKwonDo MMA and boxing.

Place is quite huge but not spacious. They have a lot of machines and offer a lot of training types. Doesnt get crowded at least during my workout hours in the morning. Lockers and shower available for free just bring your own lock. Membership not required and fees are very affordable compared to other popular gyms.

They have machines, weights, boxing, spinning, an aerobics room, TRX, yoga, zumba, elliptical machines, treadmills, stepmachibes, stationary bikes, freeweights, a small running oval, a climbing wall and cross fit. I even had cold sweats. Concerned, I visited a doctor who referred me to a neurologist. After several tests, I was diagnosed with epilepsy. I reached out to the gym in July regarding a refund, and they agreed to refund me P1700 after deducting P500. However, since then, I've been completely ghosted by them. This lack of communication and follow-through is disappointing and unprofessional. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when dealing with this gym, as my experience has left me with both health concerns and financial frustration. I know P1700 might seem like a small amount, but it's crucial for helping me cover the costs of my maintenance medication to keep my seizures at bay. This refund means more to me than just money; it's about ensuring my health and well-being. The gym's failure to honor their agreement has added unnecessary stress to an already challenging situation.

It's good to be back! But I hope the cardio equipment can be repaired or replaced. The staff are still as accomodating as always. I am glad that alcohol and disinfectant are accessible. Keep it up!
