Parking is free. Gym is well maintained. Facilities are new. Showers are clean (most of the time). Staff are accommodating.

Place is good and secured, the way i see it it might be a good place to do your daily physical exercise. Hope they have reasonable membership or monthly due

Pro: Easily accessible place. Cherry is a floor below. Parking is cheap at 40 pesos. Cons: Lockers are broken. Staff are not returning equipment after their trainee has used it. And in just 2 years, you can already see damage in some of the dumbbells and equipment.

- Very accessible, just along Shaw Blvd, and a floor above SM Cherry - Their staff and coaches are nice and approachable - Complete equipments - Clean restrooms - Lockers can be improved
