It's a good place to study and pull all nighters with friends. The place offers free brewed coffee and water. No corkage fee for food bought outside. Rates are 240 for 5 hours and 350 for 10 hours.

Great place to pull all-nighters.. This is the place for those who can't study at home and find it hard to tolerate the noise at cafes as well. Plus the lighting is bright here, perfect to study, do paperwork, and group work. They also have small conference rooms if you are looking for one in the middle of the night, lol.

Clean tables. Not soundbproof or quiet ( in the evening you can hear the studio next to the place and the vehicles in Dapitan)The brewed coffee taste bad and the small snacks taste salty. A bit too pricy for a common student. No elevator 24/7, at night you have to take the stairs upto the 3rd floor. They open at 10am and close at 7am the following day. Great study hub located near UST. (Just wish they added a sort of banner outside to locate it faster). You have to take the elevator to reach it. The Place is clean and the size of a typical Starbucks, with 2 private conference rooms you can rent. Price is pretty good, not cheap but not too expensive, especially with the complementary free wifi + coffee and the comfort room was clean as well.

The place is nice, homey and tidy but the wooden chairs are bit woobly. Needs more sound proofing becuase the vehicles outside are noisy especially jeepneys. But overall, I like it.

Affordable and accessible co-working lounge. Sockets are available, wifi connection is fast, spacious and conducive place for studying and working. It is open from 7 pm until 10 am the next day so the time is also flexible. Highly recommended!

Place is very good aesthetically. But the sound isolation is the problem. Sound coming form the streets. Sounds coming from the neighbors. It kinda ruins the mood.
