The staffs are nice and no issues with the vet clinic. My only complaint is that their grooming service is not good. But that was a long time ago since I availed the grooming service for my pet coz I did not availed ever since. Not sure if it has improved now.

My cat just survived 3 virus and was treated by the best veterinarians at this pet clinic! She was confined for approximately 5 days and went home already 🥰 All the staffs are friendly and nice, they treated my cat well. The doctors are very experienced, love them! Will definitely go back for more check ups! Thanks Barking Zoo ❤️

Went for a cesarian for my Pomeranian. They opened 10am. The charge was 5,500 for the cs, 1500 for one overnight stay and 950 for the medicines.

Na confine cat ko for 1 week then after 1 week discharge, there's a cut on his tail. Big CUT so my cat is in deep pain on his tail.

Grooming places is SO SO SO DIRTY. I’m pretty sure this is where our pet get the tick. Never again! Also said, don’t cut the hair - but they did anyway, thankful that nothing happened to our baby.

They rejected grooming our dogs! Said they are fully booked but their groomer is just going outside hanging! Wow thats what they call busy!!! So pissed!!

I should have taken videos and photos. Staff were nice, but their grooming space is so dirty. I think that’s why owners are not allowed to watch the groomers because it’s chaotic upstairs. I have cats and the environment is too loud and messy. I WILL NEVEE LET YOU TOUCH MY PETS AGAIN. And we specifically said no trim but sanitary trim, and they still trim my cat’s fur tail. NEVER AGAIN. 👎🏻 I’ll give zero if possible.

I highly recommend the barking zoo for all the fur parents around Sampaloc or Pandacan. You can really tell they care about our pets; they are super accommodating. I'm happy that I found a great vet clinic.
