Our room got upgraded to an Executive King and chose this hotel for our quarantine. The room was clean and well equipped. AC is perfect and internet was fast enough for my needs. The food package that came with the rate was surprisingly good. they did not disappoint and 4 days went so quick. Wish we could stay longer really and on top of that customer service was superb.

I love the Sheraton Manila Bay. The rooms are older, but looks like renovations are underway to the lobby and restaurants. This hotel felt like you are being welcomed home. I stayed again at this hotel after my mandatory quarantine in Manila because of their hotel staff and very well maintained property. This is an excellent place to stay. Lloyd at the Front desk was so excellent. I was checking in late and had not had any dinner. I anticipated arriving after 11pm, Lloyd helped me, read all the choices on the menu and pre ordered my meal and was ready when I arrived. Lloyd went above and beyond his call of duty to accommodate my situation and he is 5 star employee for sure! Thanks to Jake, the front desk Manager, he went out of his office to meet me, walked me to my car and helped rolled my luggage. He’s also 5 star employee. I will be back again and again because at this hotel, you simply feel at home. Home sweet home! Thank you!

Appreciate Marvin at the front desk and entire crew working the breakfasts. The cafe has amazing desserts! There's even a basketball hoop if you have extra energy to burn. Only negative is the immediate neighborhood is a little dodgy. Lots of karaoke and massage places right next door... However, there's also a large mall a block away with lots of dining and shopping options as well as a big supermarket and cinema. Worked for our needs as a more central location to meetings vs the airport hotels. Traffic is a pain but that seems to be the norm in Manila🤷🏻

All the things that I need is there including the flat iron 😅. Oh! I like my bubble bath in the big bathtub too. The hotel strictly implement Health and Safety Protocols and maintain cleanliness in the surroundings 👏 even in the pool and gym areas. Buffet Breakfast at the Pacific Lounge is a variety of flavorful choices. It has Sushi, Miso Soup, Congee, Cold cuts, Bacon, Sausages, Eggs, Filipino, Thai , English, Japanese, Chinese...and more ... Decors are simple yet elegant. Playful and stylish, tasteful yet trendy. What i like most here are the staff. They're superb, helpful, attentive and friendly. Memorable two week trip to the Philippines at a wonderful hotel with some of the most helpful and attentive staff I’ve ever met. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in the Malate area, lots of restaurants and shops close by and within walking distance including Robinson Mall. From the intial airport pick-up, Lloyd and Nilo were friendly and helpful, to the check-in and briefing on the quarantine procedures (w/ Clifford) and for the daily meals and information during my stay the entire Sheraton team went above and beyond, and made the time pass seamlessly and handled all matters with the utmost professionalism. This is a wonderful property, and the team mtake it to the next level I look forward to retrungin one day for a staycation.

Stayed here for my mandatory 4 days 3 nights quarantine on December 2021. Check-In process was easy, smooth, staffs were very welcoming, and pickup process at the airport was jolly easy. Room was very spacious with a nice bathtub and shower. Huge tv and working desk. Can’t complain about the foods because IT WAS VERY DELICIOUS. Everyday F&B Staff will call to the room, greets you very well and tells what’s on the menu on that day. Portion was 👌🏻. Definitely will stay here again!

Nothing beats coming home to the world class Filipino hospitality...warm, smart, proactive and quick. Everything was well coordinated from the room reservations, airport pick and drop off! Facilities are every inch dust-free. Great team!!!!

First coming in was ok, protocols were being made due to covid restrictions. But all was well we got into the rooms and it was cozy and expectedly great. We planned to go for a swim at their pool and the pool was great too the water was at the right temperature and the pool staff were accomodating. The view was great too. Finally we decided to schedule for a dinner buffet on their “kitchen” where they offer a seafood buffet! We then reached the buffet about 7:30 Walking in was quiet and simple maybe due to covid they have less to offer food . Then again we (my family) started to check out the food, they have the bbq chicken (was ok), german goulash with spatzle (was served without the spatzle), pork in apple and raisins?, other dishes were bicol express (dry), kalderetang baka (dry) chopsuey (vegetable was not as presentable as it was) they have tuna on the fresh side on the other part was salad (was great according to auntie and mom). Then they have SEAFOOD shrimp, lobster, crab, tuna, pusit. Upon asking on the seafood on how they can arrange it the answer was just grilled but from Our previous hotel buffet experience we usually asked it to be cooked in buttered garlic sadly they told us that it wasn’t offered on their menu for that night, ok so we pushed thru the dinner order a lot of seafoods the dip was chili garlic. Little do we know a little by little the food servers was relaxed and a bit with mood to serve. Not the usual jolly and accomodating waters. Then i remembered reading from their menu German goulash with spatzle so i asked the server where was the spatzle? Then got no answer so a still insisted to ask the people behind the buffet area and hearing their reason was “inubos po kasi ng previous customer and spatzle” but i was not convinced. Then the server asked me why Sir do you speak german? So i answered no i told him i was a food lover and culinary graduate as well. From my experience from a foreign chef and serving of German goulash and spatzle it should be served as a set! So it wasn’t, a bit disappointed we just pushed thru the meal. But if i were with a chef in a hotel and specially it’s SHERATON you cannot say they ran out because a customer ate it, courtesy was always have a ready back up. And expecting also that they have less guest at the buffet the food should be well presented and served but it wasn’t the mood was really sad and the servers are with attitudes. The buffet was from 5-9pm so it was. One of the waiters told my sister while checking out the dessert “mam may iba pa ba kayo gusto kasi mag close npo kmi (with a tone) that was upon choosing what to eat for dessert???” The courtesy should be was to pass thru the table and inform us and ask if there is anything else we need before the buffet closes. But sadly that wasn’t met. I wrote this just as an ordinary customer who was really expecting much especially it was “SHERATON HOTEL” and was also a food lover. But the other the staffs were great and good the room and the pool were good. My Brother just told me maybe its because they were affected by the pandemic. But on my personal experience and coming from a family who loves food thats shouldn’t be an excuse specially when it was coming from a high rating hotel and the bearer of the Hotel Stars! All in all sgaring this experience hoping next time other guest won’t experience the same thing. God speed and we are still thankful for the blessings and short stay we had at the Hotel. Hope the Chef from the hotel gets the chance to visit the kitchen soon!!!

The rooms are are very clean and the pool has an “instagramable” view especially at night. A bit pricey compare to other hotels but it’s worth it. The food delivery is fast and yet it taste’s great. Recommended for meeting foreign investors since they have a lot of function hall options.

Service is great. The location is ideal, it’s just near Robinsons Place Manila. Their buffet breakfast spread is impressive and varied. The room comes not just with breakfast but also with dinner cocktails. Liquor and drinks are unlimited and the cocktail dishes vary every day. Would love to go back.

Very nice and clean. Lots of restaurant choices. Great breakfast buffet. Superior staff. Quiet room and great bed. Perfect for first two nights in Manila.

All was fine I went just for a beer.The staff was helpful and friendly,I didn't booked any room but I guess they are gorgeous. The only think is that once I asked the bill. It was showing service fee,which is fine for me topay,but the breakdown of vat or taxes it should be already included in the price list as most of the places does and not added to the final bill. It is a matter of transparency and politically correct behaviour versus any guest.I felt tricked and it is not so elegant for such place,us I guess it is illegal as we're I come from.

Worst customer service ever experienced! After exchanges with the hotel after a canceled flight, all documents and air tickets submitted, no one ever replied. Even if the hotel decided no to refund the stay, the least is to send a reply to a customer. I strongly suggest to choose another hotel. In this area of Manila, there are plenty of nice hotels!!!

So glad I chose this hotel among all the other 5-star hotels on my search results list. It may not be located in the now-trendy area near the airport, but the attentive service and very friendly demeanor of the staff seal the deal for me. The food and beverage are excellent. We go to the 21st floor lounge for cocktails and the city view. The ground floor casual drinks and food bar is a nice haven for cooling your heels. An unexpected plus for me is the access to authentic Korean food only steps away ( the hotel is right smack in the heart of K-Town). Robin son’s is a 5-minute walk. We didn’t have a chance to venture further, but from the map, the bay is only 2 blocks away. I highly recommend.

we stayed back in July for our wedding anniversary, they have surely went above and beyond with all the gifts and surprises, they also granted our request to get a room with the view of the Manila Bay so that was a real treat, thank you for making our stay extra special, will definitely be back

Recommended place to stay. Room is very clean. Staff is very polite and accomodating. Lobby staff upon check out seems in hurry, I still have questions but he want to finish conversation faster, need some behavioural training.

Great hotel with reasonable (for the tier) prices. Close to a few social hotspots and other locations/attractions. Breakfast Buffet available with a decent variety of foods and a pleasant view from the lounge (high level) floor.

For a hotel that is limited by the size of its lobby, it does offer a cosy atmosphere and generous seating area for its guest and visitors. Room is generous, clean and beds comfortable. Close proximity to mall. Security is tight and feel safe. Staff are extremely attentive and courteous.
