They have the worst security guard in the Philippines. I was so excited coming from Cash n Carry that I noticed there were newly opened restaurants at the side and back of the building. I was asked why I am taking pictures I said I am a food and travel and took all the interesting restaurants that are not yet published in Google Maps. Here come the security guard telling me to stop those things because management don't allow to do it. Where in the Philippines law you can see someone to restricting people to take pictures. I will ever go to this place anymore.

Robbery! They charge 150pesos/2hr parking, 50pesos for each hour that exceeds. 😤 There should be a law against exploiters.

A good location in Makati🤔

Super super trash cheap apartment, very shabby, go to the gym and other need to apply, particularly troublesome, next to the train tracks, 7 a.m. to 22 a.m., are in the train after the whistle, particularly noisy, there are beggars at the door for money, there are robbers, the attitude of the security and the management office people are very garbage, do a poor job, the car parked in the parking lot will be scratched. The room is also very small, do not stay here, this is the worst choice

Convenient location in Makati with nearby main thoroughfares and grocery stores. Do not choose a unit that faces the train tracks (it's loud and runs constantly from early morning through the late evening). This is also a severe flood zone meaning cars can't approach this building during heavy rains.

Not good to rent as a tenant.. Very rude and strict guard. Going out for vacation with luggage you need gate pass... They don't accept big parcels in the lobby. Need gate pass using the amenities like duh!!

Location: 5/5 Establishments: 3/5 Amenities: 4/5 Security: 3/5 Admin: 2/5 I would not recommend it for long-term tenants. The process is not efficient. Security is too strict beyond necessary. As a tenant, You can’t use amenities without making a reservation and approval with admin first who only works Mondays-Fridays even for the BASIC amenities like pool, study room, and gym. RFID not working on basement floor. Asked the admin why, they do not know the answer. Compared to previous reviews, the guards are a nicer for me, I think. They are respectful and cordial. Just whenever i ask them for consideration like to use the study room/library they wouldn’t allow me without prior approval/reservation because they said the Admin might reprimand/punish them. Sighs. Find a condo with better property management.

The guards are incompetent and rude. They lack flexibility but sometimes impose unnecessary strictness on trivial things. Also it seems that they dont care of valuable guests' ID carefully. lastly, After we checked out and just stay for a while to wait a Grab Taxi, one of the guards said 「what are you doing after checking out」 They need to have just least hospitality though dont need to be so kind.

Not a good place to play basketball. Staff are either not a professional or a scammer I think. For a 3 hrs game they required a 10k (5k rental fee, 5k security deposit). As per Aimee (person incharge), the security deposit will be available for REFUND AFTER 2 WEEKS (why?). 2 weeks after, we initiated the refund process but its been a month and yet the admin hasn't given us the refund. We always get a response of "MAYBE NEXT WEEK".

One of the worst properties in Manila,The property will not help you collect the package, nor will it provide any assistance,The facilities are very old and there are many cockroaches, the public area is very dirty,The efficiency of the intermediary is very poor, the deposit is deducted in various names and the delay will not be refunded,It is not recommended to rent a house here, the experience is very bad,The train is very noisy, seriously affecting sleep

Nice residential place in the prime Makati city .

We stay there 3 month when in Manila. Perfect location, forget it without aircon. Very limited storage space, facing amenities, no sun-good. nice pool, be early, not enough sitting spsce.

Comfort rooms at the parking lot should be "NO SMOKING" area.

The worst guard I have ever seen in my life specially the old one in night shift who is almost bald he is rude, I moved from there because of that guard the rudest person in Philippines.

Just renting one of the condo here through AIRBNB. Amenities are paid like everywhere 200 peso/per person per day. But the problem is swimming pool is without the water and gym has broken 3 machines. Went to the property management asking for discount coz its ridiculous pay full fare for half amenities out of order. Answer was there is no discount we waiting for parts for machines. Would I buy here condo? Never with filinvest.

WORST CONDO/APARTMENT TO STAY - lots of cockroaches inside the rooms and elevators - Guards and admin are arrogant. They gave us a penalty for tampering of rfid but when I asked them which part of the rfid was tampered, they gave me no answer. I asked them what "tampering" means to make sure they know what they are doing but the guard and admin answered a completely different definition of the word wth!!! They ended up withdrawing the penalty because they can't prove anything. They dont have any written rules and regulations regarding the penalty either. They made up rules that are not approved by the management and charged people. - you need to reserve the amenities before access. Very inconvenient.
