Great location… In the heart of Makati, which is heart of Manila . Everything is near to you, shopping malls, restaurants, supermarkets and cafes. There is a nice small cafe UCC, just cross the road. It is opened until late time . Hotel itself is new, not overused, clean and all facilities are working very well. Staff members are amazing peoples ♥️♥️♥️♥️ they are supportive all the time . All requests are done in very short time. Food in room service is very good. The pizza is great. Breakfast is very good but Pork items are so much , however, Halal items not that much!!! There are a lot of Arab and Muslim guests, so I believe that, you should add more Halal items. Gym is working 24 hrs 😃😃 it is new and all machines are new and great. Swimming pool in open air , it is very clean. Generally, we love our stay in the hotel , but the price is a little bit high comparing to other hotels in Makati.

Don’t stay here. The only 5-star aspect of this hotel is the fitness center. Overall, very poor experience. Ive stayed at many 5-star hotels and I would not consider this a 5-star hotel. I can’t wait to leave. The service is terrible. We needed a Covid test to travel. We asked them to make an appointment. They said we would get a confirmation email but we never received the email. So we had to ask again. We asked the concierge to make a phone call for us but they just told us to dial 9 to call out. Isn’t your job to assist guests? We still weren’t able to phone call. We walked around for an hour trying to find laundry, only for the concierge to make the requested phone call after wasting an hour and a half… really annoying. Please do what your guests ask the first time. When you call to ask for something, they aren’t helpful. We asked for another blow dryer to dry our clothes in our room (because there are no laundry places open and the hotel is too expensive). The man told me that I already had one. I called for a tea pot to make tea in our room… no tea pot available. The buffet was overrun with people because of Easter. We’re paying to stay in the hotel. We should have access to the buffet that is included in our stay. We had to wait. There was hardly anything left when we got our table. I wouldn’t stay here again

Not recommended for family with kids. Their hotel and staff don't want to deal with guests that has kids along. We booked a room with access on the Exclusive Lounge. It's the first time we got discriminated here, our party is just 2 adults and 2 kids (7yo and 2yo). They tried to be "nice" about it, but they just don't get that kids will be kids. Oh by the way, their rooms aren't that sound proof (despite being an expensive hotel). We were told to keep "quiet" because my kids' jumping can be heard by other rooms, staff said. Negative experience overall. Better go to another hotel. In photo, is where we were "guided" to have breakfast. Would you like to have breakfast in a boardroom with your kids? I'm a working mom. I wanted a weekend staycation with my children. And now we are in a boardroom, I feel like I'm in the office, working. Thanks Fairmont.

Located in Makti, very nice area. The hotel starts to be a bit dated. Rooms are spacious. Service staff doesn't care about green policy and changes all the towels regardless you've taken the time to sort them and clearly indicated which one you want to keep/change. Watch out for heated toilette seat: it's always hot and staff plugs it back in even if you unplug it. Breakfast choice very wide and nice but don't dare to show up in flip flops or the room slippers: you'll be sent back to change!

Every staff is very friendly and its not an exaggeration. They are the stars of this hotel. The breakfast buffet is really good too, a mix of Filipino and international cuisine. The pool has a peaceful vibe and a very good place to chill. Pool bar opens very early too which really great! There are some work orders that needs to be done especially on the washroom in our room. This is the 3rd time I've been here and its always a pleasant experience for me!

Stayed 5 nights in a corner room. Facilities are nice. Room was spacious and well designed (I just personally don't like carpeting in hotels). Staff was very nice and room service food was pretty good. I'm a fan of Accor products globally and I would def stay here again if I needed a hotel in Makati. Also, do yourself a favor and directly contact the hotel concierge for your airport pickup. It's the best $30.00 you'll spend for a clean, comfortable, reliable ride in Manila.

Had an awesome stay here! We decided to celebrate Valentine's early so we booked the weekend before it. The staff are very accommodating and helpful. They helped with our luggage and accompanied us to our room. If I ever got inquiries, a quick call is all I need. I also got a minor wound from the pool(my fault), and the attendant by the pool quickly called a nurse. The nurse treated my wound and the hotel manager paid me a visit to make sure I'm okay. Truly great service. Breakfast buffet is the best. It has a few selection of Pinoy Breakfast and of course breads and fruits. As well as cereals. They also have an egg order form which was funny and brilliant! You'll feel really secured while staying in the hotel. You'll know once you get there.

Comfy bed and nice bathroom! :) I like that they have a coffee machine and that we can drink as many cups of coffee as we can 🤣 Complementary breakfast choices are okay. Food tastes good. Pool area is big and nice place for hanging out. Staff were nice and accomodating. If you plan to stay in Makati and prefer to be near mall or public transportation, then I recommend this hotel.

The location is very good and the room is spacious and clean. All staff were kind and friendly. Special thanks to neil. Neil took care of us to arrange a taxi for us. I'm sorry I left without saying goodbye. I hope to see you again.

Stayed here for a lovely 4d3n work trip. Location is about 30 minutes from airport and has a connected basement to the nearby many mega malls. Room I had was a king no smoking and is quite spacious with a big working desk and really comfortable couch. Whst I really liked about the hotel was the beyond normal niceness of the Philippines staff that started from the minute you reached the hotel, to Joshua who checked me in and all the housekeeping staff. The hotel also has really nice features including a 24 hours gym, pool either bar service, complimentary steam room and jacuzzi along with 3 or 4 restaurant and a cafe. Room service was also 24 hours which is greatly appreciated. Location of the hotel is opposite greenbelt which is a spider Web of like 6 medium sized malls and it shares the carpark with the landmark shopping center which houses a supermarket and food court. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely come back again.

We have stayed at this luxury hotel for a night, the rooms have been comfortable and immaculate. It is very quiet and safe place to stay. The staffs are well trained and professional. I would like to appreciate and I highly recommend Miguel and Alex for accommodating me instantly to get back to hotel room to retrieve my thing/s because I left something after we checked out. Thank you so much for assisting me Alex and accompanying me Miguel. We will surely come back here again in Fairmont.

I like hotels where they are already ahead on the sustainability path. And ofcourse the iconic Long Bar - the staff was brilliant and we enjoyed our drinks there so much we went there again in a span of 4 days.

We had a very lovely stay at this sanctuary. Its a lovely area with plenty of shops and restaurants. The hotel has a lovely rooftop bar. The rooms were excellent. Breakfast was good, with a good range of choices and easy to find what you're looking for. I will definately stay here again.

Rooms was comfortable and the bed was very soft. A few electrical outlets didn’t work but we still had enough for all our needs. The room service was very fast and the staff were especially friendly and helpful.

Last check in here was 2018 and stayed the last 3 nites this May 2022. I’m still very impressed with the service. From entry to reception, from whatever you need in the room to lobby bar., from gym to pool/spa, I mean everyone always has a smile and passion to gladly guide you. Okay, a little disappointed with the interior which I love but this time it seems dated, luster decreased, even smelly carpets in the hallways. Pillows, comforters are old, paint touch up needed. So I don’t know 3.5 for facilités but 5 stars for the service! Kudos to the staff!

Went here for a staycation and also because we needed to use our membership. Loved that the room had a high ceiling. Their gym was fully equipped and they had water and free fruits in the gym. They also had a remote for the lights in the center console. Also very walkable towards Glorietta and Greenbelt.

Excellent hotel! Service is first rate. Breakfast buffet was the best I ever have seen with full spread of everything from Crepes to smoothies and even local dishes and exotic fruits. Like to go to the gym? This gym has the best I have ever seen in a hotel and is equipped with any type of equipment you would need. Like to swim? The pool has a lap area that seems to be 25m as well as lounging areas. Rooms? Can't get more comfortable! They even have rain showers! The spa includes free access for the steam room and hot tub. You can't go wrong booking here!

Just had an amazing meal earlier at Spectrum Buffet in your hotel. Gotta give a shoutout to Fonsy – top-notch service that made the experience even better. Props to the whole team for a fantastic dining vibe! 👏🍴

We had a luncheon at the Namayan function room. Food was delicious and the servers were attentive, helpful and amiable. Parking was easy at basement 2. Clean restrooms as well..

Had Buffet at Spectrum. Staff were very courteous, always helpful. Some food disappointing and not as varied compared to other similar rated hotels. The toasted ice cream made the experience better.

Super nice and attentive staff. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Convenient location. Very good price for value. For those that are coming to Manila from different climate, if you are allergic to high humidity, make sure to bring your allergie pills. Plus, overall, indoors AC always running high at 16C (not limited to the hotel but everywhere), so make sure to bring light jackets.

I love the ambiance of this place. The Spectrum restaurant is really a nice place if you want to eat an exquisite kind of dish. I love how they serve one plate per order. Before you walk inside the restaurant you will have to sign up for health declaration form and then ask for your temperature. Overall I'm satisfied of their service.

Location is superb, few minutes walk from Greenbelt Mall. Reception and service from the front desk, concierge to housekeeping is impeccable. As a guest I felt very welcomed and everyone is friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back again for my business trips. Price is reasonable for the service and breakfast buffet spread has quite a variety. Guests are allowed to use the mineral jacuzzi located at level 4. Room is spacious and clean. If you prefer a quieter room, ask for opposite side of the rooms that do not face the bar at ground floor.

Great business hotel, came here for work and it is 5 mins walk to Greenbelt. The food in the lobby was nice, especially the burger and fried rice. Not a huge fan of the calamari was it wasn’t very flavourful. Hotel rooms are nice, with great facilities and ambience. I thought it was not bad at all. I will recommend. 👍🏻

Supposedly a solid 5-star hotel. However, our stay was marred by inconsistent service and/or incompetent management. Paid a premium for the room and extra for the breakfast with access to the “gold lounge” but it didn’t matched the experience we had at The Manila Hotel. Overall, the staffs were lacking the “Filipino hospitality” that we had come to expect. If I were to recommend a hotel to my friends and family, this won’t be one. Would definitely come back and stay at Manila Hotel next time we’re in Manila (for almost the same perks but better execution).

The hotel doesn’t deserve 5 star. Pros: - good breakfast - staff willing to help - french- press in the room - wet wipes and antiseptic provided - location (close to supermarkets, shopping malls, cafes and more). - quick respond to queries Cons: - small rooms with not enough lighting - dirty swimming pool on 4th floor with smb’s hair in the water, usually crowded - very warm duvet so it’s too hot to sleep even with ac on - the phone in our room was broken and beeped all the time, starting at night. The staff tried to fix it, but it didn’t help, so we had to put it in the safe not to hear it all the time -housekeeping didn’t do their job properly: they don’t do vacuum cleaning and they don’t wash the floor (not even once in a week!) until I asked them to. The only cleaning lady I would like to thank is Joy for kindness and thorough cleaning. - they charge for what is included! We were told by the staff that you can dry clean two items per day for free. We did it every day for a week and finally were charged at the check- out. All argues didn’t lead to anything. Pettily and just unfair

The staff here are incredibly helpful. In each interaction I had with a staff member, they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care. The room was spacious and clean. And breakfast was delicious.

We booked here for two family celebrations, and needed a break from working at home for nearly three years. The room was elegant and comfortable and the service impeccable. Thank you to the front desk and housekeeping staff, especially, for taking care of us during our stay.

Stayed here years ago as we usually try out hotels when they newly open. I remember it being a more business-y type of hotel versus a family vacation one. Mainly because of the desk and chair set up, and the room being relatively smaller than most places we've stayed in.

One of the best hotels that I have stayed so far. A truly magnificient experience. The room was big and the cleanliness level was fantastic. The staff was extremely freindly and must service was great. A great place to stay if you are travelling to Manila!

Great hotel!!! I love the size of this hotel. The staff are always friendly. The corner room is lots of space. The bathroom is my favorite space. The overhead rainforest shower is so relaxing after a busy day. I'll definitely recommend this hotel. I'll be back for sure.

Quite a good location, which is next to greenbelt where there are a lot of dining choices and shopping you can spend your time. The room is spacious and clean. Love the hot shower as well. The bathtub is also very well maintained. Make you feel like you want to soak in the water every day. Service was very good and fast as well. There was not much waiting time during my check-in and checkout was smooth as well.
