I ordered essential food last april 2 through shoppee and that supposed to be delivered.april 15 unfortunately no delivery came. I sent private message to nestle but my message was till.unread... then i called shoppee to make a follow up but shoppee told me that they can not do anything about instead advice me to coordinate it with nestle and if not make refunds nlng daw.... I don't mind refund but the things is I waited over a week and a half then irerefund lang... was it because the amount of goods was only php100+ lang? Napaka unprofessional ng nestle!! Sana hindi nlng sila nag promote sa shoppee kung ganyan rin lang ang service nila.

Their security guard are not very accommodating. Or should I say conceited or unprofessional? They don't even know how to cater to their visitors. Mga feeling entitled.

I hate it

In my opinion ..Stop buying products in their online portals..they are so primitive in handling logistics..probably such a bunch of incompetent people handling this company, no wonder Nestle is consider one of the most untrusted company in the world according to some sources.
