One of the nice SM malls around Metro Manila. Small yet offers a lot of establishments and activities. as usual, cleanliness of the facilities is well maintained.

My go to place in Manila because of the convenience and wide array of shops within the mall. I also love the food court and different restos within the mall that are serving wide array of cuisines. Certainly a one stop shop for me because the mall is not big enough to explore and the mall is really serving the community within it's vicinity. Keep hustling SM City San Lazaro and kudos. 👍

Sm San Lazaro is a shopping area located in felix huertas manila. This mall is a place for family and friends to hang out. They are also pet friendly. This place is very convenient especially for those living and working around sta.cruz area. A nice place to shop,dine and unwind.

Customers Are Suffering. The supermarket has almost 40 counters and most of the time only <10 counters/cashiers are functioning. Making it worst is the cashier will scan the items randomly and then put them in the bag. Normally bagger is not available. Overall waiting time just to pay is 20-30 mins. Shoppers are anxious and stressed on the queuing time. SM San Lazaro Management don't you see the problem and are you going to fix it?

This SM has so much interesting Christmas Decors, one that I liked is the roses on the tall Christmas Tree😍. It's so pretty😍 Also this place is very accessible as this is situated in the middle of Sampaloc with so many tangled streets😆. Edit: January hop in SM and had Ice cream from DQ, so good. Also visited Book Sale, has lots of good deals.

A great place, complete with everything you want to buy but the additional taxes are overwhelming so prepare your wallets. It has a lot of branded shoes and clothes that will force you to buy some because it looks good, and places to eat if you're hungry, to fine dining to fast food restaurants, everything's marvelous again prepare your wallet folks.

I always been here. All stuffs that you need is in here, Busy hours here are weekdays from 11am - 8pm, its almost the same with other SM malls, they have wide super market, Bench, Penshoppe, G by Guess, Power Mac, Shakeys, Mary Grace, Starbucks, Sumo Niku, Mcdonalds, Jollibbe, GongCha, Cha Time, Ace Hardware and many more. One more trivia, if you are first time to visit here and notice the vibration of the mall. Dont panic, building facilities here used a modern technology that can stabilized if have an earthquake, building will follow the shake of the ground.

Great shopping mall near schools and universities, contains what every SM Malls have. It is also easy to navigate around as it is only 1 building with 4 floors, I did not see if it has basement though. The layout of its Department Store caught my eye as it is what I have seen from the entrance. And that it is all on the same space on every floor.

Had dinner at Chow King at SM City San Lazaro. They serve the best Halo Halo to go with the Chinese Food, would recommend this outlet, spacious with outside seating as well. The service is quick and the staff friendly.

Had a quick trip to Manila and this is the closest mall to my aunt's home. Bought some shoes and toys for my kids. They have great selections, great food options within the mall. Lots of activities. The cinemas were open so I took the opportunity of watching a movie, after the pandemic. Like my last cinema experience was 2 years ago. 😅 I missed SM. They got it all for you ❤️

Well, it’s just like any other SM that I've been to. At the front, you'll walk past double entrance door similar to SM Megamall. And it has lots of elevators as an alternative to escalators. If you're looking for the food court, it is located at the lower ground near the supermarket. I have nothing much to say just thumbs up. 👍

It is located in the heart of Makati area where there are many other malls and hotels. It is one of the smallest SM malls in Manila. Most of the shops were of medium and local brands. One can enter this mall and roam around all nearby malls by overbridge without crossing the roads.

Nothing to look at. Traffic area. Hard to take a taxi. Kids disturbing the taxi area as a "barker" which you're obligated to give them a tip. Side Tricycle drivers pleading to take them instead of taxi cab and asking for hefty amout of fare.

This is one of the easiest to go mall from our house, convenient commute. I also have to say that when it opens at around 2004 or so my family and I are visiting til now 2024. I've been here with my parents and now I visit alone because they are both now already. Sometimes with my fiancé and baby sister just to relieve some stress. One the best Malls. Suggestion:I wish SM would provide seats for its patrons on the upper ground floor so the patrons, especially the food delivery riders (grab foodpanda) can have a place to sit, especially if they want to rest, chat with others or eat their meals. With the increasing number of food stalls and restaurants accumulating in this SM branch, I think it's time for more seats for the patrons. Overall, I think it's a pretty decent mall.

When I stayed in Batangas, We didn't forget to visit San Lazaro mall. It was a good place to hang out and relax while looking at the sales product. As a customer I really enjoyed my stay. I am happy and I will come back for sure.

This is Tayuman Street. I went here to buy catholic rosary beads, relics and statues. Bargain is allowed. If you want to explore the street, there's a lot of tuktuks, cabs and jeepneys. There's even an LRT nearby. Of course there is an SM Mall nearby where you can have your food after an excursion in the street.

Easy commute going there it offers a lot of different stores it basically has almost everything except for entertainment options which is very limited understandable considering sizeable area but not a lot it ain't MOA. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a dining experience and shopping for gadgets and computers

This is my go-to mall whenever i need anything. They can do better if they have more sports house options. Currently they only have Toby’s. Getting a racket rewired takes days due to long queue.

I've been going here since it was first opened. You will feel the ground shake, until now, especially when there are lots of people inside. There are no much option in Cyberzone. The mall isnt that big but almost all essential stores can be found here

The place is very neat & clean. Many good stores to visit plus good restaurants. The place isn't too crowded like other stores. The parking is quite lousy vs to other SM malls.

It's a great mall overall with all its shops and stalls although I was a bit confused with the layout when I first entered. They practically have all that you could ever need in one place.

The people in the department store are very helpful in assisting and thumbs up for the personal shopper who assisted us a few days ago. I love their Prestige area where you can rest and have a cup of coffee or iced tea.

We love SM San Lazaro. It's comparable with the larger Westfield's in Sydney, but much more pleasant to be in. One thing that is very different is the multitude of mobile phone stores upstairs, which is nice if that's what you're after. Plenty of places to eat, as well.

The Sales Demos at The SM Store were very courteous and accommodating. There was also these 2 guards outside who were also very courteous and helpful when I asked for directions. I was actually surprised that the mall looked good inside, even though the outside seemed so ordinary.

Went there Dec. 2023 to bring my senior citizen father to his dental appointment. While walking my father suddenly felt dizzy We decided to use the escalator and happen to see a wheel chair. I asked the guards assigned if we can use it because my father is feeling dizzy. The guards responded that we cannot use it without registering in the entrance. They did bot allow my father to use it even if it is available. Really disappointed that they do not value their customers.
